It made us feel safe, especially with all the recent jewelry store robberies that have been going on in the Bay Area. Upon entry, we were greeted with warm personalities and smiles from the three ladies behind the counter. They never pressured us and allowed us time to look around. When we were ready, one of the sale clerks came over to help us. We explained that we wanted a simple, single, white gold band, and then selected a diamond. She laid out everything for us to look at and when she dropped the diamond on the setting, my heart knew it was the one I wanted. The diamond is 2.10 karats, and it's simply breathtaking! We did not trade in my wedding ring, it was a purchase for my right hand and a "I'll love you more than forever" ring from my husband. We opened a credit account and it was so easy, with six months interest free! We highly recommend the Jewelry Exchange in Redwood City for all your jewelry needs!
