I talked to John about coming over to fill out the claim form and he said 95% of the time it's something he can fix. And he did! This place was cheaper than the 15 places I called in the city and could get me in and out a lot faster. The first time took about 30 minutes (just in time to check out the dollar store down the street) and the second time less than 2 hours because there were people ahead of me. I also then obviously bought a screen protector for a mere $20 which he so carefully applied for me. He cleaned it with a wipe, used special dusting tape and took his time applying it. My hubby who got his done at the Verizon store has bubbles. I would absolutely recommend this place and also recommend getting a good case. Duh. I had a fantastic one (a life proof case) until my daughter thought the lime green sealant rubber thingy was a necklace and stretched it out.
