i bought a used macbook pro from these guys. i originally called them from an ad i saw on craigs list. i didn't know it was a shop until i called. i really didn't want to buy from a shop because i figured it would be marked up or have cheap replaced parts in it, but i talked to Hassan on the phone and he seemed trustworthy so i decided to come by and take a look. the price of the computer was really competitive, even better than most similar macbook pros on craigslist. and on top of that he had five different macbook pros to choose from, all in good condition, ranging from 2008 to 2010. i could test out any of the computers and check them out in advance, which was way easier than taking a chance on just one at a time with individual sellers. also he wipes the hard drive clean on every computer and does a fresh install of osx lion, so it's like you're getting a new computer. and it came with a new power charger and a one week warranty! here are the summary points i enjoyed with telekom wireless: -- great selection of used macbook pros all in good condition -- came with one week warranty -- fresh install of osx makes it feel like new computer -- price was outstanding -- came with a new power cord (generic cord but still new and works great) i just couldn't be happier and will definitely be recommending them. read more

Telekom is legit and has skills, they were able to replace just the screen glass on my Samsung Galaxy S5, which is labor intensive, and a pain. Most shops won't even do it, these guys fixed my phone for half the price most shops wanted to charge because other shops wanted to replace the LCD. Beware of scam: they may replace your working phone parts with their generic parts without your knowledge or consent. They quoted me an incredible price to replace my cracked screen. After fixing my screen, I noticed that my camera image suddenly had an orange tint to it. I immediately returned, and they claimed that my camera image was perfectly fine. But, it was obviously changed. When I even compared my iPhone with another iPhone of the same model, the images were different and mine was noticeably orange. I later found out that orange tints are indicative of a generic camera. Even though I went in there for a screen fix, I believe they swapped my working OEM camera with their generic camera in order to sell my OEM camera off for profit. I'm not saying that everyone working here is crooked, but the individual who "fixed" my phone certainly may be. Beware of this scam consumers. read more

Came here to change my iPhone 7 screen and they gave me two options for the type of quality I wanted. I got the lower priced one and after a week I could tell the difference from the original screen. I came back in and they were so kind to let me change if for the original iPhone screen and only pay the difference. Went in to get my screen replaced, same phone I've cracked the screen on plenty of occasions, I usually go to TNT wireless, but had a friend recommend this place, being closer to her home. Should have seen the warning sign, as both of her phones have broken home buttons now. Nonetheless, I drop my phone off, am told 20 minutes, I come back , get my phones , clean new screen , I pay, begin walking to my car and try to unlock my phone, so I ask if there's something stuck under my home button. I get told my home buttons don't work anymore, when I ask why and if they'd made a mistake, he immediately turns rude and cold, then refused to take accountability for it , and then tried to up sell the price to add an app to use in replacement of the home button... and had the audacity to call me a liar. hmmm sadly I tried to support a black business. read more

Been here twice and they took excellent care of me. They will look to help repair your phone while also trying to give you the lowest quote possible. The second time I went it would have cost $90 to repair the screen and frame, but they were able to repair the whole thing for $50. I came here probably a week ago now! No appointments needed it took 20minutes to get my cracked screen replaced! The Only issue was that the front camera had like a bubble under the glass and when I turned the camera on to selfie it looked very blurry. I told him as soon as I saw it. Slightly embarrassed that I have been here three times in the last 6 months, but each time has been a great experience. First visit was for water damage to my iPhone SE -they fixed it right up in less than an hour with great attitudes. A few months later, I dropped and cracked my screen and the phone wouldn't turn on despite being charged. They took a look, got it working again after 15 mins but advised me not to replace the screen since they had already tinkered with it (due to the aforementioned water damage.) I left with a working phone at no charge. Then yesterday, my phone with an 89% charge, shuts off and won't turn back on. I run back and they decide we can try to replace the screen, a risk, but at this point I completely trust these guys. And I am now typing on working phone with a brand new screen. I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with these guys that I had to share! I bought a new Samsung Galaxy s4 and had it unlocked at Telekom. I was having data connection problems with my phone still due to it being an ATT phone and it not catching the T-mobile signal, and so i had to go back in for minor adjustments, but every time I came in they were very friendly and helpful. Very soon afterwards I accidentally dropped my brand new phone in water :( Since I got it out quickly and it still seemed fine I simply continued using it (I know, I'm an idiot). When I went to plug it in to charge it that night it wouldn't charge. I stuck it in rice for a couple days but it didn't fix the problem. So I went back to Telekom and told them what happened... They said there wasn't much hope, but they offered to hold onto it see what they could do. A few days later I got a call from them and they said that they figured out it was just the battery that was water damaged - the phone itself was fine! (They had tried calling me the same day I'd dropped it off but I missed their call). So they replaced my battery for $20 and I was good to go! SUCH a relief, I had resigned myself to buying another phone for $400 but they saved the day! I would say that every experience at I've had at Telekom has been wonderful. The guys that work there are very honest and genuinely nice people. Prices are very reasonable, the employees are knowledgeable, and I would recommend their services to anyone :) read more

I really didn't have the money to buy a whole new phone so I started asking around & found a couple businesses that would replace my screen for $70-80. I thought it had to be lower, so I looked on Craigslist & found these guys who said it'd be $50 to fix my iPhone 4S. I was like um yes please! Took it over & within 30 min it was all set just like new! They make sure & give you good quality screens (mentioning that they don't use the cheapy ones from China). They do these all the time & I haven't had any problems since I got it fixed two weeks ago! Came in with a shattered phone expecting my screen to come out brand new. Instead my screen is way harder to type on and when I'm on my calculator the screen flickers. I know I'm not the only one because it happened to my friend also. Plus I paid an extra $10 for a screen protector that didn't even protect my phone but instead my screen cracked.
