My second time here and it was even a better experience. The only reason I came my second time was because I remembered the fact that they did stellar service for a fair and reasonable price. Most places that I called gave me a price point that was a little more than this place. Don't get me wrong even though they are cheaper than most places you are getting more than you're paying for. Usually you come in and drop off your phone and it takes about 30 mins. My screen wasn't cracked, only the lcd was broken. 5 minutes after dropping it off I get a call and they notify me that the battery was the suspect for causing the lcd to shatter. It pretty much melted into my lcd. They asked me to come back to take a look, but I trusted them enough. I agree to replace both the screen and battery. Then, I come back 30 minutes later to find my phone is looking brand new. They quoted me online $90 for a screen replacement and told me the battery would cost $30 over the phone. He told me the total would come out to $110 which I was very surprised. I also wanted to use the $5 online coupon because as a college student I am trying to save every penny. So he knocks the total to exactly $100, which was a lot less I was expecting to pay. I will be back when my phone breaks again. read more

Having recently moved with my husband to City Heights a year ago, we are consistently surprised by the cultural diversity and hidden enclaves of this oft-maligned hood which we absolutely love. We were searching high and low for a used phone since we were getting the usual upgrade run-around from Verizon. At first glance Telekom is a bit of an enigma... a modest, mysterious sign that would seem to house a bare-bones phone-tech shop. Much to our surprise within lies an aesthetically appealing, spacious store with brick-red walls, leather and glass, an African/Middle Eastern soulfulness and a wide selection of refurbished/ used smart-phones of every ilk. The salesman (Adde I believe) knows his sh*t!!!! He found us a reasonably priced Iphone that worked with Verizon and went the extra mile to help us activate the phone before we even purchased it to make sure all was perfect. They also repair phones and screens here. So.... Even though my husband got a text from his ex while we were activating his phone and I was acting like a jealous b*tch for a minute (sorry Adde LOL) we had a first-class buying experience at Telekom. Took my iPhone 5S in for a screen repair a few weeks ago and they were very friendly, fast and efficient! My entire iPhone screen was shattered and they fixed the iPhone screen in less than 20 minutes - I was amazed! I was thinking I would have to get a new iPhone 6 from the Apple Store for $600 or so or spend $300 just to repair my iPhone at Apple, but thankfully I found this place with the help from my wonderful boyfriend who found them via Yelp! They fixed my iPhone 5S screen for just $60 and my phone is in great working condition once again! Also got a tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone and my boyfriend's iPhone for $10 each and I got 2 new iPhone 5S cases for around $20. They also gave me a 5% discount! Total I spent was $95! Compared to any other iPhone repair shop, this place is the best! I took my Samsung GALAXY S5 in after I accidentally ran over it with my car. (I know, right? ) Anyway, I was referred here by my cell phone provider. When I entered the store, I was greeted by some very friendly and smiling gentlemen. After absolutely zero waiting, one of the employees quickly assessed the damage and quoted me a price that was well under what the manufacturer had quoted me earlier. I asked him when my phone would be ready and he actually said ONE hour! I couldn't believe it. That's fast service! I was not able to pick my phone up until the next day, but as soon as I arrived, my phone was shiny and new and I ended up paying exactly what they had quoted me the day before! Go figure! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone when those unexpected and sometimes unusual accidents happen. First of all, let me tell you these guys are wonderful, especially Abdi. He is the one that I dealt with mainly. I bought a used ipad 3 from him and it was basically brand new. Not a scratch on it and in mint condition. I was a bit skeptical because it was such a good deal I thought there must be something wrong... But to my pleasant surprise everything was perfect! So, I brought in my Iphone 4s... I was referred to this place by a friend so I decided to stop by. I was greeted by Ali who then I came to call "Pedro" in all good humor! My Iphone had both front and back screen cracked... Ali gave me a great price for both fixes! in about 20 minutes or so my phone was ready! It looked like new!!! I had my phone back! after that I had them unlock it! it took around 10 minutes and done! I was fully back up and running! I will definitely will be returning for future fixe's! These guys are amazing!! Not only did I show up 15mins before they close (stuck in afternoon traffic and they say be in by 5 please, I got there 5:15) and they still help me, but my completely shattered iPhone 5S screen was fixed brand new in a total of 15mins as well. As I was mentioning the need for a new case (thus the cracked screen ) they recommended the mall for variety. As I was paying they handed me a new case and said "on the house"!!! It's a simple light case and perfect for me until I find an otter box or something shatter proof later on. What fantastic and friendly service. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. I got my iPhone 6 fixed here tonight and was very satisfied with the service. I'm a very picky person because I'm 14 and my mom said to find a cheap place so i found this place, they were super friendly and fast; it took less then 20 minutes to fix my phone. It was shattered and it wouldn't turn on and they fixed it for $100 even! Every other place that I looked was $150 or more, so if you're in a hurry to get your phone fixed go here! I also have an iPhone 4 that needs to be fixed so I asked how much it'd be since I have the same problem and they said $50. These guys are AMAZING!!! I'm in high school and there are a lot of clumsy guys out there and one ran into me and made me drop my phone. It completely shattered! I took it to them and it took them less than 30 min and only for $50! Most repair places are super expensive but this one was fast and inexpensive. They give you a 90 day warranty which is awesome. I took it home and started using it and the new screen they'd given me and it was glitching so I waited but it didn't go away. So I took it back within the 90 days and they fixed it right up and gave me a brand new Speck case on the house. They were super friendly and they made my day. I was in the area grocery shopping with my mom when I suddenly drop my iPhone 5S faced down! This was my first time shattering my phone and I needed to get it fixed. I googled iPhone repair places prior to coming to Telekom Wireless. When I called, the man on the phone said it would be $75. I got to the shop and the man there told me it would only take 30 minutes or less and that I can wait there. So I waited and it literally only took 10-15 minutes max.
