Arsenio was amazing. I called on a Saturday Morning about an issue with two different showers. He arrived within an hour looked at both and was able to complete one and gave us an estimate for the other which would be a longer job scheduling for two days later (Monday). He was very reasonable, a nice guy and guaranteed his work. After he left, we noticed the shower he had worked on was leaking. We called and he returned as soon as he could (within 2 hours) and fixed the issue without any further cost us. It turned out the brand new part he had installed was faulty. The plumbing under the bathroom sink broke. It was flooding the house so bad where we had to turn off the water at the main water valve. I've dealt with other plumbers in the area that gave me the run around or did not meet expectations to diagnose and fix issues for a reasonable price, but Teles Plumbing is different. I called in the morning and he was at my house for a non emergency issue in two hours...that's right just two hours. He then quickly and accurately diagnosed our issue and fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable rate. To top it all off he was extremely professional and kind. I explained everything that I found wrong in my newly purchased rental unit and my desire to have all the water line valves inside the house and an exterior leaky spicket replaced. I figured due to the amount of work required that he'd come by for a quote and we'd schedule a future appointment date to get it all done, but to my surprise Arsenio told me he could knock it all out today if I wanted to...which I happily agreed to! Arsenio installed a water purification system for us, and he did an amazing job with a fair price. Today, a pipe came loose, which he said was a rare occurrence, and he drove an hour at 9:30pm to fix it, and then waited a half hour just to make sure that the glue dried and the problem was solved. This was a new one for us: my wife ran a bath while sitting in our garden tub...and when she turned off the faucet, the water kept running full blast!!! After searching, I figured out how to turn off the water outside the house. A Yelp search brought up Teles as a five star plumber in east Orlando, which is where we live. To make a long story somewhat shorter, problem solved quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price. This was not an easy problem to fix (something about a cartridge down inside this little hole and the potential for stripping that allowed no room for maneuvering or error).
