So much better than the one on Washington St. atmosphere is great, waiters and waitresses are very polite and expedient. First time I had the chimichanga loca and the second time had the El Pinches Special. Both were delicious. I didn't leave hungry. Second time was with a wedding party. I had bragged about this restaurant. Every one was pleased. Prices are reasonable and most importantly the food is superb. 3rd time being here. Saturday about 7 pm. Place is busy, but got seated immediately, underneath a tv. Our waitress Jasmine being her 1st job was superb. Ordered drinks and dinner. Food was delicious. Noticed people adjacent to us watching the tv, a soccer match. A different waitress with dark hair in a long pony tail wearing glasses came and turned the volume on the tv above us which was blaring. I signaled for her to turn it down. After struggling with the remote for a minute she was able to lower the volume but was still to loud. I motioned for our waitress. I explained to her knowing it was not her fault, but this isn't a damn sports bar. Asked her to relay that to the establishment. This is a restaurant not a sports bar, if people want that atmosphere then they should go to a place like Hooter's where they don't care if your hearing gets damaged. I like this restaurant but my desire to return may be influenced by this. My sister went at a later date and experienced the same sports bar atmosphere. Says she won't go back. Went back solo. Told hostess just one but wanted a booth. She looked around, then asked me how many and if I would like a booth. DUH! I hope they return to how it was in the beginning! Keep the tv audio muted!!

He spoke little English and didn't understand and he went and got what was supposed to be a manager (Hispanic female) and she immediately came in charging at my guest and screaming at her. My guest didnt get a chance to say anything for being verbally attacked by this deranged female!! We all looked at this female and told her to stop. Don't talk to people like that and you barely speak English too. Get someone thst understands. The deranged female kept yelling. My guest asked her to calm down and the female continued screaming and then threatened to call the police! Other customers told the deranged female to stop and she refused. She knew she was wrong. She didn't even understand the issue because she never listened and she should've gotten someone that spoke English. My guest remained calm throughout this attack, paid her bill and left. This female was still screaming at her as she walked away. Anyone else would've turned around and took action being this female was in her personal space. We step outside and there are 4 police cars outside due to this female lying about what actually happened!! Had we called the polICE on her, it would be a different story. Then she told the police I couldn't come back in. What did I do?? I didn't want to go back in anyway and won'tbe returning. The other locations are better than this one anyway. This restaurant socalled manager obviously has some kind of racism in her being she did not speak to anyone non color in the same manner. I hope she has her credentials intact.

I moved here less than a year ago to be close to my grandkids and this is where I've made a few friends. It's the best Mexican food on this side of town, but on 6/11/2026 I had an unexplainable negative experience . I consumed two small margaritas in 2-3 hours. At some point my bev was spiked. I lost all memory from 4-845pm. I regained consciousness at my son's home after arriving around 7:50 Pm. The manager explained I left the restaurant around 5:00pm- I thought I left at 4:00. I have zero recollection of anything after 4pm. Yes, it's upsetting that I drove 100 miles God knows where and my family located me on a dirt road in the complete opposite direction from my home- unconscious, and without knowing how I got there. What made the experience even more upsetting and stressful is the manager didn't believe me, and was angry at me for reporting it to her. She was defensive. She said she saw nothing on video as if she is a forensic expert. I expected they would want to know, so I came forward. I certainly would and would educate my staff. I thought they would care that something untoward took place. I'm so upset, it was traumatic, but NEVER did I accuse the restaurant. As someone who has 10 years experience in the hospitality business and 25 years in Hospital management , I can comfortably say that she handled this incorrectly, by being accusatory and hostile towards me. I never got a call from a superior. I deserved to be treated with respect and care. I just want to move forward, and see my friends again, but I will never leave my beverage unattended anywhere again. She has stated she will never serve me alcohol again, so I can no longer have that happy hour margarita with my friends that I so enjoyed here. I am being punished. This is exactly why women don't come forward when they are assaulted, because we are blamed and shamed for situations out of our control.
