I rented from them a few months ago…read more When I rented my unit it was on the last day of the month and they did not charge me but for 1 day upon moving in but if you choose to move out on the 1st day of the month becasue you could not rent something until someone else moved out they keep every single penny and they do not credit you the other 29 days. So another words they are stealing your hard earn dollar. I wanted to move out of their unit on the 5th but since I could not afford movers as well as paying the full month to these crooks I have to live in my new home without my belongings because I can not move my stuff myself. I have to save my money to rent a truck and help before August. I will have nothing until the last day of July. I have paid my bill for July because I did not want to lose my stuff the corporate people keep getting richer and this stuff needs to stop.

Her customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have come in contact with her, but this recent time was UNMATCHED!!! There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. She was so kind and understanding and truly went above and beyond. I wish that everyone could be like Abby. She is such a light in this small town and someone who I would recommend anyone work with. I also noticed that she is bilingual which is very important in a town that has an international college! The lady I spoke too, Andrea, was beyond nice. I was stoked to see our home goods were going to be in a safe place. A few reasons why I picked this one is it's right out the back gate of Hurlburt Field, it's gated, you need a code to open it, they have a waived fee rental truck you could use, and the price was a steal. A+ Pack-N-Ship is sub par, to say the least. Twice, they have failed to give high value packages of…read moremine to Fedex and UPS drivers at pick up time. They offered no explanation as to why these high value packages were left lying around there store when they should have been shipped. The GM of the store, who may also be the owner, actually had the nerve to tell me that I must have dropped the package off too late. When, in fact, I personally dropped off the package TWO HOURS BEFORE the Fedex driver arrived for pick up. A+ Pack-N-Ship cost me a valuable sale. I will never use them again. I am kicking myself for using them after they did this to me the first time, with UPS. Maybe the woman working there should spend more time paying attention to their freight instead of constantly playing games on her computer. This was a $1000 sale that went wrong because I trusted A+ Pack-N-ship to do what they claim. A= Pack-N-Ship gets and F- grading from me. I also give myself an F- for trusting them a second time.
