Been going here for years....to Dr. Argenbright. Always had a good experience. Had to pop in recently for a minor issue and was advised there would be a charge, which bugged me a bit, but I understood. However, my problem wasn't resolved, and I was still charged and then asked to come back the next day. I don't think so. I can't afford that kind of service. Dr. Parker said he would call the next day to check on my situation...never got a call. I don't think I am going back there now....my whole family went there...daughter...my parents, etc. I had a lot of trust in Dr. Argenbright, but I am not feeling that way at all with Dr. Parker. read more

Buyer Beware. I had to send my glasses back to the lab on 4 different occasions because they couldn't get it right at the store and kept ordering them wrong. First it was the wrong material, then the curvature was incorrect, and then it was the center view was off. All I asked was for them to match my current lenses. They just couldn't get it right. A lot of kids work there with little experience. At the end they did refund my money but they honestly let me leave the place without apologizing and being rude to me for asking for a refund. They couldn't get it right, like I am supposed to continue coming back?? I spent $334 dollars just to be inconvenienced. They never rushed the lenses and each time it took almost 2 weeks to get them. Dr. Parker has been my optometrist for years. What keeps me coming back is his kind nature, his appropriate sense of humor, and you can tell he truly loves what he does by the way he treats you as a patient. This past visit, I took my children to have their eyes checked. They raved about how much they loved it and Dr. Parker made each of them feel special by taking the time to show and explain to them what they were seeing in the pictures of their eyes and explaining what the equipment was used for. It was a fun learning experience for them. I had the joy of sitting back and soaking it all in. He is very open to questions and loves to share his knowledge. Not helpful and not friendly. I was referred here by my eye doctor and will make sure to let him know not to refer anyone here. They act like you are doing them a favor by going there. They told me the glasses would be ready in 10 days and it is beyond that. I had to call them to see if they came in and was told only one pair was in and I could either come in or wait until the other pair was in. Didn't offer to call and see why.....its the same frame just different color.....and didn't even call to let me know the one pair was ready. Very poor customer service. Someone suggested Costco and probably would have been better served. They need training in customer service. read more

Our family has been going to Temecula Eye Center for several years. Along with kids come many instances of bent or broken glasses and the staff at TEC have been more than accommodating when it comes to repairing same. Horrible place. We bought four pairs of glasses, two were Jimmy Choo, so combined with our appointments, we spent over $3,000. We have excellent insurance that covers our four eye exams and almost the entire cost of our glasses every single year so before we moved to Temecula our previous optometry made at least $50,000 on us over 20 years so we are very loyal customers. Long story short: I went in and said my glasses were giving me a headache and that something must be wrong. One of the ladies in the front argued with me for 20 minutes and told me "they were fine". I asked for a manager, he looked at them and said, "Yeah, these are totally wrong" and made them over. This would be great except the same manager was in the room the entire time the lady argued with me but he never stepped in until I asked for a manager. Okay, so I decide to give them another chance because they did remake my glasses. I went in to order my daughter a pair of Gwen Stefani glasses. I've had the same insurance for 20 years so I know it very well. A different lady at the front told me my daughter is not eligible for new glasses until 2018. I said, "No, my insurance covers glasses every single year." She said, "No, it doesn't, all insurances have stopped doing that." She continued to argue with me in a very rude tone for over 20 minutes. PS- That same "manager" was in the room the whole time and he didn't intervene AGAIN. She finally ended up calling my insurance just to find out that I was indeed correct. She didn't apologize or anything. So, now I am looking for another optometry who like customers who buy four pairs of designer glasses every single year. PPS- My parents also had a bad experience here. They made both their glasses wrong as well. read more

My husband and I have been going to Temecula Eye Center for many years and have ALWAYS found their doctors and staff to be exceptional! Today, they demonstrated an incredible professional courtesy to a child whom I work with who has facial anomalies which include one ear which is smaller and lower than his other, along with a hearing deficit in this ear requiring an above the ear hearing aid and a vision impairment. His previous optometrist fitted this boy with glasses which bows did not properly fit! One bow was riding more than 1/2 inch above his other bow, resulting in his glasses sitting lop-sided on his face. Obviously, not a good way for this wonderful boy to see! After working with this boy this morning, I had a short break in my schedule, so I asked his grandmother if she would like me to take them to Temecula Eye Center to see if they might have a suggestion on how to better adjust his frames. (Luckily, I work just a couple of blocks away!) Without so much as a second thought, their staff sat this boy down and started working collaboratively to provide a proper adjustment to remedy this horrible situation. I later learned from Alma that although the grandmother offered to pay for their time and service, Temecula Eye Center did not take their money. Instead, Alma told them to come back anytime his frames needed adjustment, and they would take care of him! I SOOOO love these people!
