It's a nice place. But I feel like it's under staffed. And it's kinda small. I wish they had more seats by the lane.

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here today with 10 of her friends. Everyone had a great time. The party ran smoothly, our party host (Silvia) was on top of it! Pizza came out on time and was very tasty! Many of the kids had never bowled and so at first they used the metal ramps. Then as they gained confidence rolled the ball on their own. The parents really enjoyed watching their children have a super fun time! Would recommend this for a unique bowling birthday experience for all ages!!!!!!! read more

The staff treated both my wife and I like we did not exist. They gave us the run-around when we were just trying to enjoy ourselves by playing a little pool and bowl. We ended up leaving before we even bowled because we were so frustrated. Horrible experience! If you enjoy being surrounded by annoying teenagers, an incredibly unprofessional, non-caring staff, then this is the place for you. read more

Bar does not open until 2pm on Sundays so do not plan on day drinking and not to mention a loss of revenue for the place. Very rude staff and we had to approach and acknowledge them before they would even talk to us. Management needs to train better if you want regulars. read more

I went to this place once with my husband, and I just didn't get it! It had only been open a couple weeks, and it already looked old and worn, particularly in the bathroom. Hooks on the stall doors were broken, there were dents in the doors, missing toilet paper holders. I know this is just the bathroom, but it was disgusting. The rest of the bowling alley was mediocre at best. It looks like the owner was trying to make a cool, clublike atmosphere (like "Lucky Strike" in Hollywood), but it just seemed so shoddy. Honestly, I prefer to go to a plain old bowling alley (like Brunswick) that isn't trying to be something it's not. I don't know, it just felt gross inside. Worst "VIP PARTY" ever. We arrived a 1/2 hour early since I had other decorations we wanted to put up. They informed me they double booked so they were going to set us up in the way back by the snack shack in a dark dingy room. This is for a 6 year olds Birthday party. 1. We don't want to sit in the bar 2. I rented out the private VIP room that was already full of people. It took them till 1:30 to get the party all set up when it was supposed to start at 1. I even had to set up all the chairs, clean the table up, serve all the food. We never had VIP service or treatment and we never even got to bowl in the VIP area. Most stressful party ever. Will never do this again. The only thing they got out of us was the non-refundable deposit of $50 which was still too much as far as I'm concerned. I asked for the manager over and over and over. Apparently there wasn't one so they had to call someone on the phone! If I could give this place a 0 I would!!!!! Don't go here! read more

Worst bowling experience ever waited 20 minutes for a beer at the bar saw four employees all said the bartender would be there kept going on with their duties. Finally had to walk to the front desk. They had to call her over the loud speaker she comes out of the bathroom with her book in hand slowly walking to the bar. Then after paying for another game wanted to get another beer looked over saw she wasn't there so I didn't bother. I kept checking back never saw her there. As we were leaving I noticed another gentlemen waiting there a lengthy amount of time she had to be called again once more she came from the bathroom book in hand slowly walking to the bar. Might I add this is a Sunday during football season. Just wow. To top it off her service was not very friendly didn't pass the pitcher all the way across the bar or even mid way. She also tried to instruct where to leave her tip. Didn't leave one with service like that. I don't recommend going if you want to have any sort of service. But if you like waiting without a line by all means perfect place for you. read more

What a huge disappointment this place is. I made the mistake of throwing my husbands birthday party here. Had about 20ish people. $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve 6 lanes. We ended up only needing 3 so we let the others go. I knew our group would be drinking, so I let the employee working the front desk know that we didn't want any issues or drama and if there was any problems to let me know. We were very respectful. We tipped the bartender very well. We followed the rules, we cleaned up after ourselves. My first issue was that the lanes had major issues, we had to call someone over several times to fix problems. Typical bowling alley stuff. Second issue, after spending a good amount of money at the bar, at 9:10 I went to get a pitcher of beer. The bartender told me last call was at 9 and I could no longer order alcohol. Isn't is typical for a place with a bar to announce last call? And why 9 when the place closes at 10? Not the point. The bartender was rude and neglected to do his job properly. Third issue, as we were getting ready to leave, a guy in our group went to close his tab at the bar, and the bar was closed, no bartender to be found (mind you the place wasn't even closed yet and the bartender already dipped). So he proceeded to ask the guy working the front desk (Eric) if he could get his debit card and he told him that it was probably locked in a safe and he would have to come back tomorrow! No, unacceptable. I won't go into too much detail. If they read this, they know what happened. Bottom line, customer service is non-existent in this place. The conflict could have easily been resolved with a simple phone call, but instead I was treated with disrespect by an employee too lazy to just do his job, when he even admitted it was his own bartenders fault and that he didn't do his job! Turns out the bartender just closed the tab and threw our friends debit card on the bar when he left. Professional right? For a grand total of $115 for 4 games and shoes were supposedly "free", not worth it at all. I'm not even sure what I paid for...I would rather go to the bowling alley in Murrieta where it smells like dirty feet than spend another cent at this place. And I hope you do the same. read more

The inside surprised me when I looked in, very good looking. Lanes with large tv screens, a decent bar filled with pool tables a n's two dart boards. The problem was we were told the wait would be 30 minutes, turned out to be an hour. Normally I wouldn't complain but or name was called and we were told sorry the previous bowler bought more time. We then had to wait another 30 min before actually getting a lane. We were a group of 8 and we rented 3 pair of shoes it was suggested that we rent 2 lanes by the hour ended up playing 1 game for 72 dollars then adding another 30 so we could get another game in @ 102 dollars, this was on top of a 150 dollar bar tab due to the wait. Next time we will just go to cal oak bowl. Very disappointed in costumer service and price. The lanes were greased but couldn't get any spin on the ball and when you did it wouldn't turn enough. Balls were marked small, medium, and large. Couldn't find anything over 12 pounds. Wouldn't recommended going here, won't be back. Gave 2 stars based on ascetics of the place overpriced, under trained. read more

First time at Temecula Lanes. I took my daughter and her friends there for her birthday, BIG MISTAKE!!! We needed bumpers, the girl up front forgot to tell us the lane she put us on the bumpers were broken so instead of relocating to accomadate our party she moved the girls to a different lane where they weren't together anymore, still proceeded to have issues with that lane as well. This place is not staffed properly, management doesn't come in till 3:00 so if you have a problem before that forget it it won't be handled. Staff on hand was SO RUDE I will NEVER step foot in there again. Wouldn't order food either kitchen is a mess and far from clean!!! Not to mention WAY OVER PRICED. read more

Definitally a fun time with a friend, we went out on a Thursday before a movie. The shopping center itself looks a little worn down but do not be turned down by that. Once inside the building it has kind of a hipster look but it's nice. The customer service at the front desk was very polite and pleasant (even after my friend had to try on about 4 pairs of shoes because she didn't know her size). Before we bowled we ordered a small pizza from the temecula grill that came out in a timely manner that me and my friend split. (Very good pizza btw) One of my favorite parts about this place is that instead of plastic seats they have these small couches which are very compfy. All in all spent about an hour here which was just enough time we needed to kill. read more

The place is really nice and could have great potential however, the employees have become my deciding factor on not giving a perfect score. We took my 5 year old here to bowl on a Friday night and we got bumpers put up for him. The bumpers did not come up automatically most of the time but that was manageable by propping it up myself. At one point in the evening a bowler in the lane next to ours had a loose ball and it came rolling back by our lane. The manager immediately ran over and tole us to make sure our kid does not bowl when the pins are being cleared. She automatically assumed it was our child who did this and I was irate that she had the nerve to come over and blame our son instead of asking what occurred. Her fat security guard standing by like we would actually act out because of her actions. Fire them all and it would be a better place to go! read more

Customer service was good and was quick (when sitting at the bar). I came with some friends (5 total) for their $5 Monday night deal. It was a great price and I will try to come back again. I gave it 3 stars because they allowed 9 people to bowl right next to us (there is seating for 4 at the lane) and I had to ask to move lanes. With a party that large they should be required to split up onto 2 different lanes. They just completely took over our area. Their kids picking up my ball as I was trying to bowl. Sitting on our side of seats and with no respect to our space. That was very frustrating. Also, they have phones at the lanes so you can order food/drinks but I called FIVE TIMES and not once did the bar or food pick up. I called front desk and they said they would call them. Tried again and again no response. I finally gave up and didn't order anything. I noticed that when you ordered food you had to walk to go pick it up. What is the point of having the phone if I have to leave my game to go get it anyway? I think they should have servers bringing out the orders. It would encourage people to buy more and the servers would make more tips. Seems like a no brainer to me. I may come back again and if I receive the same, lack of, service again I won't come back. read more

I met my family here to celebrate my son and brother's birthdays. We had a party 16 and none of us had been there before. We had the greatest time! It was clean, fun and the staff were super friendly! Maggie was super sweet and helpful with our party. The grandparents to the toddlers all had a blast! We will definitely go back soon! read more

I've been here quite a few times, my first impression was great. The staff was friendly enough, the alley was relatively clean, and the atmosphere is club like which was cool and different from other alleys I've visited in the past. However, every time I went back the environment was more hostile and the staff seemed a lot less friendly. Not in a rude way, but in a frightened way. At first it was a relaxed and friendly environment, but now it has a much more corporate and cold feeling. A huge turn off for me. Also, there were always new faces, I asked about one girl who I remember being very sweet and the new front desk person said she had been fired. I asked why and he said he didn't know. It didn't make sense because she was very helpful and accommodating. Also, one of the last times I was there the young girl who was working the snack bar was working the closing shift. She was still school age and it's not right to keep a child there so late. They close at 1 am and the poor girl said that there had been a few times when she was forced to stay until 2 am and close the kitchen completely alone. I asked why and she said it was because they were understaffed. It seems like the owner went of a firing spree and the few people that managed to hang on there are being seriously overworked. I will not give my money to support a business that treats employees like garbage and breaks child labor laws no matter how "hip" the atmosphere is. Your money is better spent elsewhere. read more

I would have given it no stars if I could. I came here with my husband to have a great time. It took forever to get noticed at the front counter on 04/19/2013 and their was no one in line. The guy at the front desk was looking at us, but took a while before he helped us. Then we went to get a couple of drinks at the bar, the 1st time we went up we bought two drinks a guy helped us he seemed friendly enough. We left him a tip. The next time I when up alone an older women with blond hair helped me on the receipt it said reggi not sure if that was her name. She was very rude to me, I asked her to make me cranberry vodka light on the ice. She replies I can't do that. I said why not that is the way I would like it. She then smirks at me and laughs says alright now her and the male bar tender I had help me are now laughing amongst themselves and she mixes my drink with all cranberry and gives it to me and says here. I take a sip of it and it was like straight juice I said this taste like all juice, she replies if you want me to put anything else in it you need to pay me another $5.50 what a joke. That killed it for me we spent 20.00 plus tax on the lanes and 18.00 on the drinks and that is the kind of service and treatment we got. I will never go back I give my business to the Hemet lanes instead. I went and let the front desk know what happened they did nothing about it just said sorry. If you want really poor service and want to throw your money away to people who don't care about customer service go here. read more

First, let me start off by saying i only created a yelp account to leave this review. A couple nights ago I was here with my husband. We normally bowl here on our date nights and we were enjoying ourselves until the group next to us seemed to be drinking everything the bar had to offer. Mind you, I never complain, but when I saw how disrespectful this group was to not only the equipment, but the staff as well, I had to say something. Everything started because of their abuse to the childrens ball ramp, holding it in the air while trying to roll balls down it, not to mention drinking on the approach. Clearly these people had ZERO  common sense or manners. When "the older employee" that they mentioned, came to take the ramp away and sternly told them its for children, they acted as if he just slapped them in the face. Their behavior seemed as if alcohol wasnt the only thing they were abusing. They tried to argue with him and he walked away. And as soon as he walked away every one of them threw a ball at the pin bar. I overheard them say they were going to Yelp about it and read their bullshit reviews so, I felt it necessary to give you another perpective of what happened from a loyal and continued loyal "paying customer". So disappointed! Brought 16 kids for my daughters 12th birthday. Booked 3 weeks in advance. I confirmed everything with their party manager the day before. When we showed up, the employees at the front had no idea of what we had requested for the party and there was nobody there who knew. They did get the kids started bowling, but after that things went from bad to really bad. Our party "hostess" was never around. My husband and I were constantly running to get things for the kids at the party. We were supposed to have an area designated for the party. We had nothing. They charged me $20.00 for a total of 6 balloons that they tied to the bars by the bowling area. After we had been there an hour bowling, we had to wait 20 more minutes for them to clear a table for the kids to sit down. Then, we were told our pizza order (which came with the party package) had been taken by another party. They didn't even offer drinks to the kids. I was told I had to pay for extra pitchers of soda. When I brought it to the owners attention, he could not care less! The owner was there, he knew of the issues we were having and told me, "sorry, my employees have not been trained well." Uhhhmmm.....Seriously? That is your answer as the owner? All of the parents who were there were completely appalled by the lack of effort by ANY of the employees to make this a positive experience. The owner was truly rude and arrogant. He barely looked me in the eye and NEVER came by to make sure things were being taken care of. Instead I watched as he laid into two young employees. When I saw them in tears, I went over to tell them that I knew they were trying but they needed a new boss. Parents book parties at places like these and pay for the service for a reason. We will not be going back there and I can tell you neither of my children's sports teams will be booking anything at this establishment. Truly a shame. Hello - I was a customer Sunday morning, there were a total of 8 people, 6 bowlers and I spent over 150$ in equipment - games and food and have the receipts. When mouse drippings were found at the bottom of my pitcher of Sprite that every single guest drank out of - my aunt gave the manager notice he quickly replaced it and that was it!!!!! Are you kidding me? No comps? No refund? Barely an apology and not even explanation that was assuring the problem would be handled. Is this how you run your business? I have rented your private room two times and bowled there another half a dozen times. I don't feel satisfied with the way your customer service was handled and wanted to further express my disappointment. Your reply is hilarious and I've already reported you to the health department for "burnt cheese" - we won't be back and as far as further complaints I went to the desk and told them I was going to further the issue but not that day to disrupt my sons birthday and by the way we left with all the pizza and trashed it - they only ate the fried food after that. Disappointed in the customer service from their management and sales staff. I had two high school students stop by on three occasions to be told they would get a phone call back from their general manager or owner, who never called them. I left 4 messages over the course of 5 weeks and finally was able to get an answer from the group sales manager 30 days later. Apparently, returning phone calls and/or asking the manager to call back a local high school regarding a fund raising event was too much to ask of them. I will make sure the students from this local high school, who have been working hard to fund raise to grant wishes for two kids with severe congenital heart problems, are aware of how much you value their business and efforts to help out the community. I still have never got a return call from the owner or general manager, but was told by the group manager tonight that they would be unwilling to discount their group rates--even for non-profit charitable organizations. Very disappointing for a high school club, who is trying to do the right thing and help a family in need and provide the funds for two kids to fulfill their wish, and can't even get a return phone call until 30 days later. And also to tell them that their non-profit club will not get any breaks on the prices. I will be sure to share my experience with others. read more
