This place needs some serious management help. I shattered the glass on my iPad and brought it to Temecula laptop repair for a quick repair as I was told. I brought it to their store in the early afternoon and was told it would be ready by five or at the latest, early in the morning because I was second line behind a laptop that need to be finished. I called at four for an update and was told I was queued behind a iPhone. Here com the excuses. Excuses are changing and my confidence is out the window. So I decided to go back at three the next day thinking it would be ready. More excuses. This is cookie cutter work and it was clear that they haven't even started. Sadly while waiting for my iPad, other nice people came in to collect their promised repairs and were given more excuses and a later date. I will say that is the iPad is fixed very well and I was pressured into leaving a five star review but I told them I did not have an account. You're very lucky to have have two stars. Brian and Franco: the go-to-guys for all your computer needs! My wife is a Windows-fan, claiming it's more user-friendly than a Mac (yeah, right!). That being said, I haven't been able to "convert" her to Apple and have been having to maintain her computer for her. When we got her the new Surface Pro 3, I figured Microsoft hard- and software would go together well. Wrong. However, I was hoping that several issues with her Surface Pro 3 would be resolved by upgrading to Windows 10. Done. Issues solved? Yes and no. However, I did also install some other software, which turned out to be Malware-ridden. I tried getting her machine back on track but to no avail. Also, since a recovery disc never came with the Surface Pro 3 (and I did not make one myself, either), I called Temecula Laptop Repair. I talked to Brian briefly and within an hour I dropped off my wife's Surface. Both Brian and Franco were extremely nice and helpful and reassuring that things could go back to the way they were. Less than 24 hours later I got the call: the Surface Pro 3 is ready for pickup. I picked it up, brought it home, wifey fired it up... and it works! Better than before, clean system, everything really nice and I could not be happier because my wife could not be happier, either! It's good to know that Franco and Brian are there to help with any computer needs that may s/Surface (see what I did there?). I went in for my notebook malfunction due to notebook automatically upgrade to Windows 10 after I left my notebook on overnight. My notebook will not boot up properly afterwards. I tried to REVERT back to my Windows 8, but unable to. After I got to this shop he instructed me to boot up and everything went back to original state before the accidental Windows 10 upgrade! ! All took less than 5 minutes. And NO CHARGE! !! I know I will return next time if I need help. Hopefully NOT. read more

When I went in I was expecting the laptop was going to have to be replaced , instead Diego replaced the hard-drive for a little over a hundred and it's incredibly faster then it's ever been. Had problems with my PC wanted to get a new PC but husband insisted on fix it. It was loud, always froze and would shut down constantly. I took it in and Brian started working on it. I saw they had other PC even Macs at their store. Brian didn't try to sell me his products. He told me the PC I had was top of the line and it was worth much more than the newer models. He completely repaired and updated the PC. It's fast, quiet, and works great. It's been 6 months still no problems. I brought my laptop in to Temecula Laptop Repair to have them estimate a price for me. I had dropped my laptop and cracked the casing on it and the mouse became stuck. I was told that for them to just open my laptop it would cost me $100 right off the bat. I was also told to replace the casing it would cost me approx. $105, and at that point was told if I wanted to do that I should just buy a new laptop even though my laptop is less than a year old. Thankfully I found Computer Repair of Temecula and they were able to fix my laptop. They also opened up my laptop to take a look at it without charging me $100 before giving me a price of what it would cost to fix it. Update: To respond to Franco - yes, you did give me a few options, that is correct. The options go as follows: Option 1: $100 to open the computer up plus approx. $105 to replace the casing. Option 2: go buy a new computer. **I had my computer fixed for $50 including the casing and the trackpad. It is now like brand new (appearance wise and working correctly) and I received better service. read more
