Called late on a Sunday afternoon and they stayed open late for to arrive and look at their mattresses. Jeff is very knowledgebase and a no pressure sales guy. I've had buyer's remorse since buying my mattress here. They asked for a $100 cash deposit. Payment had to be cash upon delivery. I did not receive a receipt. The warranty card was from an off brand factory in LA. Is a warranty without a receipt valid? I've had the $1250 mattress for two months and a furrow is already forming. The number they gave for free recycling was for a guy in Hesperia who said he didn't drive this far. It was Covid and many mattress stores were not open for regular hours. You have to meet them at a locked gate to a storage facility. They gave me a bamboo pillow they said I'd love. Thing is like a rock! I made a hasty decision and I regret it! read more
