Hubs and I went here for the first time and had a delightful experience. We made an appointment and they seated us right on time. They have really nice menu options and their color wall is nicely organized! The salon itself has a very chic look; lots of white, grey, and gold which looked fantastic. The employees were all wearing masks (as they've done for many years lol) and they were all very friendly. The tools were sanitized, new nail files were used, and they had limited capacity to abide by covid protocols. My dip nails and pedicure came out great and I nearly fell asleep twice because of how relaxing it was. Which reminds me, the massage chairs are amazing. I am not one to frivolously write bad reviews about small businesses, because I understand that this affects someone's family and livelihood. However, I feel this review is necessary because of the poor treatment and experience I have had with Felicie Nail Salon. I think one of the owners must delete bad reviews because there's no way this place hasn't gotten more low-star reviews. I have been going to this salon on and off since it opened, just before the pandemic. The salon itself is new and pretty and one of the owners named Lisa seems nice enough when you first meet her, once you get to know her better you will notice that she is not so nice. She will make snarky comments to her customers and staff, and she has gossiped about other customers to me before. I have become friendly with some of the nail techs and they have made it known to me that Lisa is very rude to them behind the scenes as well, and that she creates a hostile work environment (you can sometimes feel that tension). With that being said, most of the other nail techs seem like kind people, who treat their customers well. It's shocking and disappointing that the owner of the salon is such a nasty lady, and I will not be giving my money or time to this business anymore due to the alarming behavior Lisa displays. Lastly, they have a "Nail chipping and breaking" policy in place for a reason -Whatever powder or products they use for their acrylics is not very good because nearly half of the sets I've gotten have broken or chipped within days after getting the service. The services are quite overpriced compared to the rest in the area, especially for the quality you get. Hopefully, this review is not taken down because people deserve to know the treatment and lower quality services that they may have to endure. read more

Well it was my first time going and although everyone was very kind and customer service was great I paid $55 for a gel pedicure and callus removal service which I have no problem with paying that much. My problem is when I get home and realize that not even 5 hrs later the gel polish is no longer on multiple nails. Not sure what the problem was because I've gotten gel nails multiple times before and this has never happened to me within hours. Weeks yes but not hours after. My daughter was scammed by this place, they charged her $174 for an acrylic set with a few jewels and a letter (sticker) on each nail (notice the price does not add up to the hand written receipt they gave her the next day). Minh is the one who was assigned as her nail tech. He removed her existing acrylic nails by taking a blank fake nail and wedging it between her nail and the acrylic nail she wanted removed which is a very painful way to remove them as you can imagine. He then proceeded to use clippers to remove excess acrylic near the cuticle cutting them and ripping her nail as he went. He then started on the new set. He dremeled her real nail down to her nailbed in some places trying to smooth out the acrylic. She was shocked when she got to the counter and they told her the price. She had even called the salon before making an appt to ask what the prices are, of which they said $10 for removal and $50 starting price for acrylic that would go higher depending on the length. Here is the breakdown of the charges: Full Set $70 (Although they stated $50 as a starting price) Removal $10 Length $30 ($3 PER FINGER Outrageous!) Marble Accent ($50) basically swirling 2 acrylic colors together (Really?! $50?) Letter Sticker $5 Diamond Accent $5 They have refused to refund ANY of her money without wanting to take some of her nails off. Her fingers are so sore and tender that she is unable to use her hands. She has had to bandage several of her nails for risk of infection. I DO NOT recommend this place! My daughter should have left when he began his torture but she didn't want to make a scene so she endured the pain. read more

If you have any back issues, rotator issues or anything of the sort uncomfortable is an understatement. chairs also not comfortable and there isn't any room to move because bar apron is deep and practically hits your knees. Hands down most uncomfortable nail experience ever, the nails this time however were great and didn't lift a bit but absolutely not worth putting up with sitting at the nail bar. No adjustment made on cost for the first lousy set, in fact they charged $5 more for the replacement set. Owner was nice first time but arrogant and rude second time, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Looking through other reviews it seems others have had similar experience with hit and miss service, attitude, and quality. Plenty of other better options nearby. read more
