The waxer told me since I didn't use my free wax yet if I wanted her to do my underarms so I said sure , and while my Brazilian wax having some time to chill out before we did more wax pulls she told me that since she already had her tweezers out if she could get a couple hairs on my eyebrows so I also said sure. I was under the impression that all of this was free: that's exactly how she made it sound. When we were all done she told the front lady that I had 3 services done and I was about to get charged $160+. I told them what the waxer had done for me and she informed me she would remove those charges. Upon getting home I see that I got overcharged still and I got charged for a $28 eyebrow wax that I didn't even receive. Wax never touched my eyebrows , a tweezer did!! And to get a couple hairs. Ridiculous. I'm never coming here again.

I had such a great experience at this new nail salon! The place is clean, welcoming, and really well-run. I booked with a pretty lady there named Quincy, and she was amazing from start to finish. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful--exactly what I wanted. Amazing experience! Went in as a walk in and automatically attended me with my pedicure and manicure. They bring you snacks for free and offer drinks which is convenient. However, my full set was completely finished before the pedicure even started, despite my nails being done on the spa side where the pedicure was taking place. From a distance, my nails look okay, but up close there are quite a few imperfections. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future.
