I had an appointment scheduled the day before my birthday and was left sitting and waiting for almost 35 minutes. When addressed, no apology and just dismissive responses. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated situation. Almost every time I book an appointment, there seems to be an issue. Either I receive a last-minute call to reschedule, the appointment gets canceled altogether, or they are running significantly behind schedule and unable to properly accommodate clients. As a loyal returning customer, it's frustrating to feel like my time and business are not valued. I understand that unexpected things happen, but consistency and reliability matter, especially when clients are booking services for important occasions, birthdays, events, vacations, or special moments. Prices are a little steep compared to other salons. You pay for the ambiance & complimentary snacks/drinks. As far as the service itself, I can't say how well the gel will stay just yet but I'm happy with the quality of the color. It wasn't light and needed 3-4 coats like other products. Within a week, one of my nails popped off and the other one broke and the rest of my nails feel as if they are coming off. I just got them done a week ago. I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon before. I was greeted like I was a burden for being there, even with an appointment. Then when I sat down, 2 workers were sitting in a back corner acting like teenage girls talking poorly about the people walking in and myself. They would stare and laugh and it was extremely uncomfortable to be around. Then when I was getting my nails filled the lady had asked me a question about my prior nail salon, in which I said I wasn't sure and she laughed at me and said how do you not know? In such a rude manor and continued to asked the question and laughed again when I said the same answer. Then my nails were finished, and they are so thick and not to the shape of my nail, very round within my nail bed. And about 2 hours after my appointment my polish completely peeled off in one area like Elmer's glue. I was on my way yo work and had to add some nail glue to hold it in place.So disappointing I will never be back and will never point anyone in the direction of this place. read more
