The front was professional, efficient (not very friendly today), but the guy got me checked in quick and I was called back within a few minutes. My tech was the absolute best, she was very sweet, calming and thorough when I was brought in the back. That person transferred me to what was supposed to be the MRI department because they were unable to help me, but sent me to the wrong place where I had to repeat all my information again just to find out they are not the MRI department and they needed to transfer me to a third person who hardly spoke English, spoke too quickly, did not listen, and definitely did not understand how to answer questions. One of the WORST scheduling experiences I've ever had and I will not be recommending Radnet to anyone, I am assuming based on this experience that the outsource their scheduling, why does such a large practice have to outsource something as important as medical scheduling to a foreign country? Or hire people that are not understandable.This is unacceptable and I am hoping to not have to go back after this experience.

The appointment was scheduled for 5:40pm, we arrived at 5:37. We were greeted and checked in immediately, copayment was taken and by 5:48 my family member was taken in for imaging. No wait was necessary and it was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The radiologist was very helpful and informative, the care quality was great. What can I say, first and foremost, the employee who did our scans, Emily, was fantastic. She made the entire visit feel so comfortable and stress free. She was super patient even though our little boy was being a little shy and not wanting to move his arms out from in front of his face. She gave us a lot of options for trying to get him to move into a good position and when he did move she immediately went and captured the better scans. We ended up getting better scans than we could have imagined and the experience was amazing for us and the brand new grandparents we brought along. The room they had us in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was ample seating for adults and children and you could tell the whole place was designed from the ground up to maximize comfort throughout the experience. RADNET - Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging - Cal Oaks, Murrieta…read more Worst experience with an imaging center ever. I had a diagnostic chest CT because of a spot on my lung. The images were loaded to the portal on day 2, but 15 days later I still don't have the radiologist's report, nor does my pulmonologist! I have made 5 phone calls, 2 messages, a site maintenance request, and have been told by 3 people in Medical Records that they would email the report to me. It is still not available to me, nor to my doctor, who has also called and requested it. When treatment plans depend on diagnostic tests, those results are critical. Shame on everyone involved with the mistreatment of this information. I will never use the Cal Oaks office again and would advise anyone else to steer clear. Just a horrible, frustrating experience.

Came to this location to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Had to get an xray of my neck and my right…read moreforearm. This Sun City location is in a shopping center right off the 215 fwy. Been to a few of their other locations and they are always very quick and professional. Had my paperwork from my doctors to get the xrays done. I like that they don't require an appointment. I walked right in on a Friday, mid day and they had staff at the front desk masked and ready to assist me. Some medical offices close for lunch, so it was nice to see this place doesn't do that. The lady who helped me asked for my ID and paperwork, then had me fill out a few forms. I sat in the lobby after returning the forms to her. About 5 minutes after that, I was called to the back room by one of the techs. Once I was in the room, she was fast and positioned me where I needed to be, moved me a few times and got what she needed. I was in and out of that room within 4 minutes! I recommend California Imaging & Diagnostics for sure. They have always been great to work with, never had any hiccups here. Will keep returning if I need them again!
