The waiting room is spacious with a plethora of comfortable seating and is immaculately clean & bright. As are their interior rooms where lockers are provided and the rooms where their equipment are situated. I have always had the best experience here. The ladies at reception are always professional & friendly. I never have to wait long except the lines can be long on occasion. My technician today was Breanna (sorry if it's misspelled!) and she was very friendly, kind, and caring. All the technicians I have encountered in the past were so professional and so sweet! They immediately put you at ease with their caring demeanor. I'm so glad this facility is close to home. Their online platform is convenient & makes it easy to schedule appointments.

The chairs seats are all torn. Some ceiling tiles missing. Desk personnel is not friendly. The 1 bathroom in the waiting room is very dirty- to many people using it and no one doing clean up. TV is on repeat every 5 minutes advertising cancer screening. This is a very understaffed and poorly managed company. You need a professional makeover with your clinical staff on how to show compassion. Karen Texeira

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Unique Ultrasound gave us a way to connect with our little one in a way I will cherish forever.

Although the pictures are really bad, you cannot beat their customer service and amazing responses which can be non existent for many big and small companies. This type of customer service is what separates the crowded similar companies from the best and what any client would want, need, and expect. For their superb customer service and fact acting help, I change it to 5 stars. Overall, this company is 5 stars all said and done. Old review: I really wanted to like this place. Came here back in December. The tech was nice, a bit too high pitched and forced but nice. My issue is with the pictures. Only one was acceptable. I got 2 D pictures for $99, and the pictures were all awful except 1. She took so many good shots but for some reason gave us some really messed up ones. I remember 2 D still being able to get some very good pictures of side profile, etc. The quality of the pictures is bad too aside from the bad shots. I would not recommend this place.

With all the bad reviews, I was thinking my first visit was a fluke, but it really wasn't. The front was professional, efficient (not very friendly today), but the guy got me checked in quick and I was called back within a few minutes. My tech was the absolute best, she was very sweet, calming and thorough when I was brought in the back. I wish I got her name, but she was definitely the highlight of this whole nerve-wracking experience.

I was able to check in immediately but was told they are running 15 minutes behind (it was 10:55am) The waiting room was pretty full but clean. The chairs are not comfortable and all have rips in the seat pans. Thru still have Christmas lights up and a skeleton on the door. Like what!! Why?? Anyway, I'm here because I have to be but would prefer to be at a facility that runs on time. We all have a life and we can't make list time. I overheard a person saying he was here waiting since 9:30am and he just got called to the back at 11:31am. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional. This is not how a medical facility should be ran. I'm still waiting at 11:27am and was told it's be another 15 minutes to be called back. My appointment was 10:50am. That's 40 minutes late!!!! I finally get called back to get my MRI. The girl tells me to remove all metal from my body and put it the locker while she goes to check on my device I wait for another 15 minutes or so and then gave to ask someone to check on her. She comes back only to tell me Trey can't do the MRI on me because their machine is not capable of doing it. She tells me I have to go somewhere else or maybe even a hospital. So I blew an hour of my time because their machine idiots from the very beginning don't know how to verify which facility has the MRI machine that can be used to scan me. Oh but let me be even 5 minutes late to the appointment and they threaten to not see me. Don't come here if you don't have to.

The room was packed already when we got there and only one person was called back before me. I deducted a star because the front desk people are not the friendliest and when I asked a question after my xray, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Your saving grace was definitely the tech that did my xray, she was extremely kind and patient, very comforting during an already stressful situation.

However, if you need an appointment as soon as possible, you have to call. The service over the phone is hit or miss, and mainly a miss. One person I talked to wouldn't look at the dates available unless I answered several time-wasting questions. I hung up because I was so frustrated, redialed the number and got another person who found me an appointment without asking me time-wasting questions. I needed an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and the soonest they could get me in was at the end of September. After a call to my doctor's office to get them to revise the order to asap, and after several calls to Radnet, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. As for this particular location in Murrieta, I give the ultrasound technician a thumbs up for the serene setting she created in her room. It was very zen-like. I wish we had more options to choose from in our area for scans. Radnet is such a disappointment when it comes to customer service!
