CID has always been easy to access and waiting time is minimal. I've had mammograms in the past and bone density tests past and present. All staff have been polite and helpful. I must compliment this office on how clean and calm this office always is. It's a place you want to sit for a few minutes to catch your breath. Worst place ever! The people upfront are illiterate, unprofessional and incompetent! I had an order for xray and my provider accidentally scribbled the "left" check box and corrected it as "right" for right foot and they wanted a new order for it! Extremely power tripping and a bunch of no IQ office admins especially the lady on the right! Oh btw, they wont accept digital insurance card! 1-Star Review I'm only giving this place one star because I actually showed up. My experience was frustrating and completely avoidable if the staff had been more accommodating and professional. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk told me I needed a printed copy of my insurance card. I explained that I only had a digital copy on my phone and offered to email it to her, but she insisted on a printed version. She suggested I call my doctor's office to fax it over, which I did, but when it arrived, she claimed it was not legible. Trying to solve the issue, I told her I would go down the street to FedEx to get it printed. She told me to check in before 1 PM to ensure I'd be seen. I was only gone for 15 minutes and returned at 12:15 PM, well before the 1 PM deadline. However, upon arrival, she then told me I had to wait until after 1 PM, making my total wait time 45 minutes--even though I was the only person in the building at that time. To make matters worse, someone else walked in for an appointment, and they were also told they had to wait until after 1 PM but would be seen first. The staff offered no valid explanation, and both women I interacted with were rude and unhelpful. This location is poorly run, and the staff clearly lack professionalism and basic customer service skills. If you have a choice, avoid this place and go elsewhere. read more

The biggest bummer about CID is that they don't have a full-time x ray tech. You have to call each day to see if they are open for xrays! Very, very inconvenient! It's been this way for a very long time. This is the Murrieta office. The only other place I can go is clear out in Hemet! Even the Menifee location is closed, all the time right now, as of June 30th. Why don't the hire enough staff to keep all 3 locations open 5 days a week? I got there at 8am. My appointment was at 8am. There was no number on the door so I could not find #101. I looked up n down the street. I asked another business #105 where 101 was. She looked it up and said it's directly behind them around the building on the other side. I ran around and found it at 8:10. They said they are prompt with there schedule and I had to reschedule even though I told them what happened. All I needed was a number on the other side of the building (101) because there was a door on that side also, but no number. REALLY they are prompt! I was there!! Put numbers on your door so first timers will know. I rescheduled. We'll see how it goes. At least now I know where it is read more

All the staff I interacted with were incredibly kind. I went in for a walk-in X-ray, and despite filling out paperwork, processing my insurance, and getting the X-ray done, I was in and out within 30 minutes. I did arrive first thing in the morning, which likely helped. I'll definitely be returning to this imaging center. My experience with Radnet was terrible, so I'm grateful to have found California Imaging. read more

Appointed at California Imaging on 2/14/2024. The two ladies at the front desk were gracious and efficient. I was called back for my appointment (ultrasound) by Veronica who was pleasant. In the room she explained each and every part of the procedure which made me relax. She stood by as I got on the table (important for us Seniors) and made sure I was comfortable before the session began. She was experienced in her techniques and pleasant throughout. I should have read reviews prior to attempting to get an X-ray here. I've been to all three CID this afternoon trying to get a hand x-ray for a dislocated finger / possible fracture. Upon entry at any of their locations you see the common "Mask Requited" signs as most medical offices have. Walking in you expect to see a stand of masks, there is no such thing. Checking in with the receptionist, if you' do not have a mask, you're treated second class. If you ask for a mask and their staff use the whole "we just ran out of masks" speech adding "why you don't have one?" -- as I. why would I have one.... We're all vaccinated and the pandemic is ending next month.... CID is the FIRST place in 3 years of this pandemic who do not have or refuses to give customers masks at entry to adhere to their mask policy. Since I visited all three of their locations it appears the reality of things is they refuse to provide masks for customers without one at entry. The whole situation would have been resolved if they provided a mask. They didn't and became rude. Temecula Valley Advance imaging provides masks at entry. Forget CID, there's no excuse to treat injured customers in-need like second class people because they didn't bring their own mask -- provide masks for crying out loud like every other business with mask policies across this nation. CID needs costumer service training. read more

When asked to file a complaint she said there was no number to call and they all refused to give me their names. I arrived 3 minutes late to my appointment and was told they would have to call and see if they could see me. I let them know that I was parked in the back and had to walk over. I asked to speak to the office manager whose employees refused to give me their name and told her the problem. Told me they had a strict policy to arrive on time. Which at that point i was annoyed. Jeanette behind the glass who was not involved at all now was smirking and shaking her head. They told me when the message they left said to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment. I tried showing office manager the email and voice text and she said she could not see that far. She walked away and left me there without a resolution. Nowhere does it say to arrive 20min early. Please, please speak up when people treat you this way. We deserve the respect they expect from us read more

This place deserves a minus stars, not for the staff, they do the best they can. it is way too crowded. Cannot make appts for xrays it's first come first saved and over a 2 hr wait. Patients are cranky, hungry due to fasting, in pain and probably frightened. Who wouldn't be after getting a dubious diagnosis waiting for results of a scan. Parking is almost impossible and the office address is impossible to read so unless you know exactly where you're going many people are close to panicky trying to find their way. They are understaffed and overworked and it's the patient who suffers the most. I will be going back to Scripts. read more

On Tuesday May 26th my mother went in for a mammogram a white Caucasian lady middle-aged Theresa was very rude and left my mother's breast black and blue,my mother said out of all the years she's never been hurt and everyone has been very compassionate this woman was very rude and should not be doing mammograms,my mother is 84 years old and she should be treated with respect and compassion this woman should not be doing mammogram and needs to be retrained in compassion with patients I am very disappointed. Went today and didn't bring a mask for both me and my son. Guy behind the counter said they didn't have any and that my son wasn't even allowed in the office without one. They finally agreed to let my son wait out in the rain while I checked him in and then swap masks so I could wait in the car. So as my son soaked in the rain, I tried to check him in. Then they said I had to have the physical insurance card, that the digital image from the insurance app wasn't sufficient. The gal kept looking over at the guy, who out of a serious inferiority complex, loved telling her no. Will NOT be revisiting the location. So rude, such an unnecessary hassle. read more

We have gone to the Sun City location several times to get x-ray's done and every time we arrived we were told that there was no technician available . We were also told that the Sun City location does not do Fluoroscopies , that we would need to call the Hemet office. I proceeded to call the Hemet office and was told that they DO NOT accommodate people in wheelchairs. So needless to say I had to contact his primary physician to be referred elsewhere. Today we arrived at the Murrieta location at 12:24 and were told that they do not start doing x-rays until 1pm . They only take walk-ins for x-rays , so we had to wait until 1:30 to be called back . Mind you my husband is in a wheelchair ( that is not comfortable) . At the time of check in we were told that they have 1 technician who FLOATS back and forth to Sun City and Murrieta. I believe that each office should put a calendar on the door to let their patients know when the TECH will be there !!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone !!!!!! This company says that they care about their patients, if so they are doing a HORRIBLE JOB !!!!! read more

reviews are often a determining factor in whether or not i want to go to a business. so i'm sure you can understand my hesitation on going here. the 2 star rating is almost offensive lol so i have to do my part and write about my experience. the building itself is nice, and there's signage outside identifying where to go. the waiting room itself is quiet and clean, with a convenient bathroom, plenty of comfy chairs, and a couple of tvs playing hgtv or a game show. the front desk receptionists were professional and communicative, and it was the same with the xray technician once it was my turn. i felt very comfortable despite having a lot of anxiety about going to any type of medical office. i went in for an xray which is walk in only, which kinda freaked me out but i only waited for an hour! i have nothing bad to say about this place at all. not to discredit anyone else's experience here but i think everyone needs to exercise some patience, empathy, and maturity before getting frustrated and leaving a review. read more

Worst service ever! Saw my doctor in early February and CID couldn't give me an appt until April. A few days before my appointment, CID called me to cancel my appt to scan for ovarian masses and said they are closing the Murrieta office that day and they will have to move me to another location further away and in late May. This is the second time they've canceled an appt (last time it was for a mammogram for a breast mass) and moved it out further two months out. This is unacceptable!!!! Time is the essence when detecting early cancer and this place can careless about you! Terrible place! Docs need to refer their patients elsewhere! read more
