I chose to rebook here again for my next set of scans since I had such a positive experience on my previous visit. With all the bad reviews, I was thinking my first visit was a fluke, but it really wasn't. The front was professional, efficient (not very friendly today), but the guy got me checked in quick and I was called back within a few minutes. My tech was the absolute best, she was very sweet, calming and thorough when I was brought in the back. I had my appointment at a different Radnet facility, but because their MRI machine doesn't go as low as they need it to for my spinal cord stimulator, they sent me to the facility at 25455 Medical Center Dr. Murrieta. I was able to check in immediately but was told they are running 15 minutes behind (it was 10:55am) The waiting room was pretty full but clean. The chairs are not comfortable and all have rips in the seat pans. Thru still have Christmas lights up and a skeleton on the door. Like what!! Why?? Anyway, I'm here because I have to be but would prefer to be at a facility that runs on time. We all have a life and we can't make list time. I overheard a person saying he was here waiting since 9:30am and he just got called to the back at 11:31am. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional. This is not how a medical facility should be ran. I'm still waiting at 11:27am and was told it's be another 15 minutes to be called back. My appointment was 10:50am. That's 40 minutes late!!!! I finally get called back to get my MRI. The girl tells me to remove all metal from my body and put it the locker while she goes to check on my device I wait for another 15 minutes or so and then gave to ask someone to check on her. She comes back only to tell me Trey can't do the MRI on me because their machine is not capable of doing it. She tells me I have to go somewhere else or maybe even a hospital. So I blew an hour of my time because their machine idiots from the very beginning don't know how to verify which facility has the MRI machine that can be used to scan me. Oh but let me be even 5 minutes late to the appointment and they threaten to not see me. Don't come here if you don't have to. read more

This place is the most unprofessional joke of a facility, do not put yourself in their care at any cost. I was scheduled to have an electro Mylogram months out. I live in San Diego and it was the only facility my insurance could find that was relatively close. The procedure requires a driver after the procedure. I received a call from the them day prior to thd procedure and they said my bloodwork required for the procedure was not recent enough, it needed to be within a month. Mine is two months old. I told the med tec that a day notice is not acceptable as I had already arranged to have my shift covered, I work nights 1-11 and I have already arranged for a driver, my daughter to miss a portion of school to drive me. They called back and said, the dr will make an acseption and to hold the original appointment. I arrived 40 mins prior on the appointment day and they said, oops sorry we made a mistake, there is no doctor this late in the day to do the procedure. I explained that I used a vacation day, I burned gas, time, my daughter's time, and my care still isn't addressed. "Oops sorry" Is What Sandra Huertero the site manager had to say. I am impressed with the care and kindness of Staff when scheduling as a frequent (3 to 4x per year) patient needing MRIs of brain with and without contrast. IV insertion skill quite good and speed of process consistent. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment that was set for today at 8:00am and I arrived at 7:40 only to be told that the person who scheduled it scheduled for the wrong test. When I made the appointment I verbally told her what it was for and sent the referral to her and one other place with the correct testing that was to be done. I was told now I have to reschedule and the next appointment is in July. Did I mention it is now April. So they mess up and now I have to wait until July. If I could give it a negative score I would. Staff is rude and not helpful whatsoever. I drove 1-1/2 hours for these appointments because otherwise Radnet was unable to get expedited mammogram and ultrasound until 5 weeks later. So I took this appointment. When I got here for my 1235 appointment they informed me that they are 1 hour behind. While I'm sitting here I hear them telling people they are 1-1/2 to 2 hours behind. It's wild that if I'm more than 10 minutes late they will cancel my appointment but they can be 2 hours behind. I traveled 75 miles to get here. Because they are so behind it is going to take me over 3 hours to get home due to traffic. When a woman has lumps in her breasts she is already nervous and anxious about what they are. Having a facility make you wait 2 hours and a rude staff definitely doesn't help. Choose a different Radnet. Don't come here. read more

Each year we women have to do our yearly mammogram so this is where I do mine! I've been coming here for quite a few years now and the customer service is always great. All of the staff is very kind from the front desk to the actual technicians that help you do your test. I feel comfortable here and always choose this location. I could go to one in Temecula that's literally a mile away but I prefer this location because everyone is so kind. When going in for these yearly exams it can be a bit nerve wracking for many reasons but the group at this location puts me at ease and the process is smooth. Results are usually within a week. I will continue to come here every year! Great job everyone!! read more

Insurance not verified prior to my appointment, took the day off and they had the audacity to ask me to call to verify my insurance as if I'm billing for my service. Front desk Ladies are not nice. Plain and simple. They are not helpful at all. I explained we have reached our out of pocket max for the year so no co pay. They said too bad. I asked them to call our insurance to confirm. They would not. I called insurance to confirm and they would not speak to the insurance on my phone. They said pay or leave. I needed to get the procedure done (Of course... its for health reasons) so I paid and as soon as I got home started the refund process. Refund process is crazy and takes forever. Not simple. For my follow up I had them confirm before going in that I did not need to pay the $100 co pay. They confirmed and added a note to my paperwork. I show up and same thing. They tried collecting and I pointed out the note. I stood firm that time and finally got my procedure without paying my copay. I will say the woman who helped me in back was nice and professional. No problems once you get past the Alligators swimming that mote in front. read more

No surprise at all that this place has such a low rating. Total incompetence. They farm out all appointment scheduling out of the country and I have no idea how this is legal when your giving important and personal identifying information to the person on the phone. Took me almost 30 minutes to make an appointment only to have none of the documents that I was asked to send to the scheduler included in the online portal so that I had to do it all again online. On top of that she couldn't give approval for appointment and said they would follow up with me once insurance is confirmed. Three days later no call so I call again and this person was able to make the appointment and had no idea why the other person couldn't. Day of appointment came and I get a call one hour before appointment (after already taking the required fleet enema) that their machine is broken and they need to reschedule. Reschedule for the next day but this time I call them before taking fleet to confirm my appointment. Person that answers transfers me because she can't answer if machine is working. Next person spends another five minutes confirming who I am before she will tell me that "Yes, the machine is working and my appointment is set". I proceed with my prep work only to get a call about 30 minutes later from the center saying "sorry, the machine is broken still and they have to re-schedule". This is what happens when a company controls a certain market in a specific area. No reason to offer any kind of actual customer service or care. I don't plan of visiting this place. She kept yawning and chewing gum into the phone, kept asking the same questions multiple times after I already gave the answer. I went a few months ago, the front desk young guy with tattoos was rude and did not want to help. He was disrespectful and acted as if it was a burden to help me. To be treated badly and also have to pay a lot of money for the services wouldn't, management see these bad comments and do something about it. The receptionist at the Murrieta location is 100% incompetent. Takes 20 min to look up an available appointment and then asks about my schedule instead of offering the next available appointment. Also, she does not know how a referral works. She asked me to send her an image of the paper referral.. The referral is in their data base which was confirmed by my physician. This place should be illegal! I called Friday of last week and spent OVER an hour with some incompetent person who should be FIRED to say the least! When you think your son might have cancer and needs to get in right away to have an ultrasound, it does not take an HOUR + to make the appointment. This moron kept me on the phone for OVER an HOUR on Friday! He had me send the doctor's order and at the end, claimed he would have to call me back on Monday as he alleged his system was down [more like his brain!]. Pure EVIL. Then, I asked for the locations of the WALK-IN X-ray locations. HE said he would let me know on MONDAY! Seriously? MONDAY came and went. It is now 5:34 PM on WEDNESDAY, August 28, 2024! I have now called TWICE today for a SUPERVISOR. I explained this is unacceptable! I even asked if I should contact the State? This operation should be closed. I was 15 minutes late because I got lost going there even though a I pre- registered this Monday. The receptionist said no problem we have time to see you at a later time today. I was thankful that they saw me on Thursday. It took about 15 minutes when they called me. The X-ray technician was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had two X-rays to do and it took ten minutes from undressing, taking the X-rays and getting dressed. I was surprised how fast it was. I recommend this place for their efficiency, how fast they are and their friendly staff. read more

They called me at 7:05am, about 30 minutes before I was supposed to check in, to let me know that my MRI was still pending approval by insurance so they couldn't see me. I don't know who I spoke to but she was incredibly rude and combative in general but especially about why they didn't call the day earlier with that information as they have always done in the past rather than waiting until right before. I let her know that I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me to which she hung up. I understand the insurance aspect as I've had 5 MRIs in the past year and a half, but I've usually gotten the call to reschedule a day or two before so I wasn't already on the way to the facility and they were usually at least a little nicer. The gentleman I spoke to later to reschedule though was extremely kind and far more helpful in comparison which created to a far better experience. read more

I had an appointment for an MRI and after waiting 1 hour I was finally called back! I was assured that my test results would be back for my appointment 1 week later! My results were available 3 WEEKS later! I tried calling several times over that 3 week period. I left several msgs with NO RETURN CALL! I also emailed them with an auto response that someone would be calling me back shortly!NOTHING!! My Dr also called and never spoke to ANYONE and no response to any msgs left! PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!!! They are bad for a reason... IF YOU ARE A CANCER PATIENT DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT SET APPOITMENTS HERE. I joined my patner here for his CT appointment and as we arrived there was an older patient ON THE FLOOR IN THE PARKING LOT and nobody went out to help. After we helped once he was inside the front desk healthcare worker Miraya told him he couldn't be seen because he was scheduled for a different day. The patient explained how he is a cancer patient and needs to have his MRI, he explained how he fell in the parking lot and scrapped his knee and was currently bleeding. Miraya didn't react and just said sorry. My partner then explained how he picked him up outside and once again mentioned he is actively bleeding and after over 10 minutes offered a band aid. KEEP IN MIND THERE WAS/IS 3 HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES AT THE FRONT DESK PRESENT, AND ALL USELESS. Patient explained he gets uber rides from his insurance and cannot go anywhere as easily. After waiting 1.5 hours and him insisting Miraya to speak to a supervisor she says supervisor is stuck in traffic so there's nothing she can do. Just to shortly after looking into it and finally tell him at 9:30 she can get him in at 10:30 for his MRI. Luckily he was called in at 10am. Not the best experience nor treatment especially for a cancer patient.TERRIBLE !!!! Let's do better as humans not just as employees and staff. As my partner was in there he mentioned how the staff in the back were also complaining about another olderpatient they were dealing with which is also wrong, maybe chose a different career if you don't want to deal with older people. This was actually 9 months ago, and i forgot to post. You go here because you have to. It has the earliest available appointments but then you realize, that's because it takes three times as long to do anything here, and so if you're smart, you don't come back to this location. I am apparently not as smart as I should be. Here's the biggest problem with going to get a mammogram. The absolute best you are hoping for is nothing. You're hoping for no change or nothing of significance. It's not like you're going to come out saying that you're in really great health or something exciting has happened...really the best thing anyone is hoping for is that things aren't potentially terrible. So everybody in that waiting room is there with some level of concern or fear. It doesn't matter if it's routine, it doesn't matter if it's your first time or your 50th. The best you're hoping for is it you don't have to come back again. Now me personally, this time I have been called back because there was something that they "wanted to check on" so I'm not feeling terribly excited about how this morning is starting from the get-go. The staff is unwelcoming, unhelpful and slower than a sloth in molasses. It's 8:57 and I've been here for over half an hour, the line is out the door. Virtual check-in seems to do nothing. I still had to wait in line to give my ID, then was called back for my copay. The employee then yells out "yeah this failed. You want me to try again?" Um lady, I can cover the freaking $30. No one wants to be here, but don't call out to embarrass me about money and then squeeze my boobs. honestly most of me just wants to cry and go home but then I would just have to come back because potentially there is something of concern and I want to do everything I can to make sure I'm taking care of myself. Two stars because this is the closest to my house and when I actually got out of the waiting room, the very kind technician took care of me and was lovely but I will never go back to this location if I can help it. read more

The incompetence of this center is unbelievable. The first appointment I had, they turned me away due to a clerical error on their part. I then came back for a chest MRI, but the radiologist did not read the instructions and administered the incorrect MRI. My doctor only found this out ten days later, after he, myself and my attorney left numerous messages asking for the results. None of our calls were returned. I then drove all the way there to speak with a manager. She eventually came out and told me that the radiologist did not follow the instructions. No apologies about that or the unreturned phone calls. They then booked me for the proper MRI that week. I showed up at 6:45am as requested. They finally saw me at 8am. The facility is lacking hygienic protocol and has atrocious service. AVOID!!! read more

Trust these reviews when you read them! Especially when it's something as important as your health. I got imaging done for my son and had to get them all redone by a separate hospital because the measurements were all done incorrectly (which as a parent is terrifying thinking these results could be accurate and negative) I'm still disputing a bill from July, since I had to pay again for the same procedure to be done correctly (thankfully results were much better when done correct) They had country music playing while doing the images, not against enjoying music but probably too distracting for employees considering the outcome. Consider more training and taking this role more seriously. read more

This company provides the worse customer service. The people that run the scheduling, do not pay attention to anything. I had an appointment at 6:10 am, they told me to arrive at 5 am... they don't open until 6! I get into the office they proceed to tell me to I cannot be seen until 7.... While in the office 4 people were told they could not be seen at 6am on a Sunday due to the fact that Answers weren't submitted. I was told by the phone receptionist to go to medical center dr., Murrieta location. When I got there, they said "We don't take x rays here". The phone receptionist knew what services I needed. Gave a previous review of the treatment I received by the technician which was abusive and painful, unnecessarily so, as ultrasound has never been that way before only at their facility. And the technician talked about me over my head and when I tried to ask something pretty much told me to shut up " wasn't talking to you" ignoring me as a human being like I don't have enough trouble having to be in there for a medical procedure. also, I was told when I arrived that I had no copayment so I disputed it when they sent me a bill, but I paid part of it and they responded to my previous review by saying oh we're so sorry which is why, I'm sure, they sent my $20 account due to a collection agency, really "sorry" ! If you can avoid them, at all cost, do so, and go somewhere else for any procedures that you may have that require radiology or ultrasound, because they do not give a crap about their patients, obviously. !!! read more

Repeatedly fail to initiate pre-authorizations resulting in delayed services. Despite providing written doctor's orders on January 9, TVAI/Radnet failed to initiate pre authorization request from insurance company until January 23. In 2/14 they called to advise my appointment scheduled for 2/15 would be cancelled. Waiting five + weeks for an appointment is bad enough. Failing to do their jobs within that period is the last straw. Zero apology or assistance in resolving the issue is the norm.
