I came across Temecula Valley Imaging due to a family member requiring an ultrasound for diagnostic and was referred to this facility. Appointment was easy to schedule, all of the information needed was provided on the referral. You enter insurance information when scheduling your appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 5:40pm, we arrived at 5:37. We were greeted and checked in immediately, copayment was taken and by 5:48 my family member was taken in for imaging. No wait was necessary and it was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The radiologist was very helpful and informative, the care quality was great. I'm not sure how long walk in/no appointments wait time is. But as far as appointments, it was very easy, fast and straightforward. read more

OMG, hopefully the radiologists and technicians are good. The scheduling staff is beyond BAD! My Dr. placed the Order. It clearly stated all the specifics for my 2 xrays. The first call from Radnet said they could not make an appointment because they didn't know which foot to xray...the Order states LEFT only 5 times! Unfortunately, I did not have the order in hand when they called and I was aked to have my Dr. clarify which foot. I wasted my time and my Dr's staff looking into this and RE-clarifing the Left foot. This took a week. I get a text to now call to schedule an appointment. I called 951-238-6055, the number given in the text. The young girl that I talked with had a heavy Asian accent that was hard to understand because she talked so fast. Next she asked me to verify who I was (no problem) but THEN...I had to verify the doctor, the doctor's address, their phone number, my address and phone and email. This is ridiculous!!!! I am not a new patient, the same doctor has sent me here multiple times AND she has the Order in front of her!! More wasted time and now I am really frustrated! Now I get put on hold....reason unknown ??? When she finally comes back, she tries to set an appointment in Temecula. That is too far for me to go. I ask for Murrieta as written on the Order. After quite a long wait (calendar loading?) she states that I cannot have both the hand and the foot xrayed at this facillity..WTH really??? Try the Menifee facility I said. She brings up Hemet! Menifee, I repeat and once again waited and waited for her to get their calendar. FINALLY, I get an appointment for 8:35 PM this evening. I wasted a week and a lot of time for this appointment. I will definately be asking my doctor to send me elsewhere in the future. Let's add some more: I get a text concerning my appointment. I need to verify my date of birth (fine) I enter it. Nothing happens. Again..nothing happens. I get an email asking the same thing. Enter my date of birth...AGAIN, nothing happens. More wasted time and frustration. UPDATE: I directly called the Murrieta Office and had a VERY nice exerience. My appt was verified and she could clearly see the Dr had given the correct information on the Order to begin with. My advice would be to NEVER call the numbers given in the texts but to call the Radnet (Temecula Imaging) Office directly. read more

I AM NOT A FAN of Radnet/Temecula Valley Imaging! I always seem to get the run around from them. Using their website to schedule an appointment may work ok if you have a annual preventative procedure, and if you can wait to have the procedure done. However, if you need an appointment as soon as possible, you have to call. The service over the phone is hit or miss, and mainly a miss. One person I talked to wouldn't look at the dates available unless I answered several time-wasting questions. I hung up because I was so frustrated, redialed the number and got another person who found me an appointment without asking me time-wasting questions. I needed an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and the soonest they could get me in was at the end of September. After a call to my doctor's office to get them to revise the order to asap, and after several calls to Radnet, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. As for this particular location in Murrieta, I give the ultrasound technician a thumbs up for the serene setting she created in her room. It was very zen-like. Came in as a walk in with a doctor referral, I didn't even wait very long, probably less than 15 minutes with a packed waiting room so I'm not sure the order of how people are called. The room was packed already when we got there and only one person was called back before me. I deducted a star because the front desk people are not the friendliest and when I asked a question after my xray, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Your saving grace was definitely the tech that did my xray, she was extremely kind and patient, very comforting during an already stressful situation. read more

I had an ultrasound done of my legs today. Not a test I remember with fondness ever. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment and I had lost my wallet recently. I had every expectation of not being helped. All the reception staff especially Grace and Ghazel and my techs Yami and Tori (Torrey?) were beyond gracious, professional and courteous. Website shows they open at 7. Be advised their x-rays aren't available until 8 am. online says they take cash. Be advised it's exact cash only which isn't posted anywhere online or in the building. What an Equity issue this is for low income people that may not have a credit card, took a bus to get here, brought their cash, and now don't have exact change to pay. They'll have to take a bus to a store and come back another time because there is nowhere around here for getting change. The front desk person could care less. Shes the one with brown hair, glasses, and a flat affect acting like a prison guard. Treats people like their existence is annoying to her or a problem. Absolutely no customer service skills. I had an appointment today and confirmed all my information, but I was contacted by a staff member that said if I could be on my way anytime after 3:17 I would be able to be seen sooner than my scheduled time sounded great to me so I mentioned to the lady... I have to pick my daughter up from school that it would take me 35 mintes for me to drive there. we both confirmed and I was on my way. As soon as I got here they told me I went over my time by 20mins. But I was never told I had to be here at 3:30pm that made absolutely NO sense to me. The lady at the front desk said she was sitting next to the lady that called me earlier and heard her confirm a time. I said that false no time was ever told to me. There has GOT to be another option around here!!!! They are sooooo damned incompetent. Every time I go there it is some BS or another either with my appointment, billing or I overhear someone else having to deal with their incompetence. The latest one for me now is them telling me my copayment is going to be over $400 almost $500. I don't recall the exact amount. I told them my copay is $100. THey said no it is not and I need to call my insurance company. I call them and my insurance company says my copay is only $100. I then asked them to call Temecula Valley Imaging and set them straight. I was on the phone for over an hour to get this straightened out. I am still on hold and so pissed off I had to write this while fresh in my mind. I am being held hostage on the phone any way and can't do anything else so might as well let you all know how much this company SUCKS THE BIG ONE!!!!! They have a monopoly out here and know we have no choice so they can treat us like crap and we have to take it. UPDATE: Since they F'up soooo often I figured I better check my appointment that I made. I needed an MRI of shoulder AND neck. Asked to make the appointments together so I would not have to come back a 2nd time. Made the appt for 7 am on 04/20/26 for MRI of shoulder and then cervical neck to follow. When I called back yesterday to make SURE I was going to have them both done one right after the other I was told no, I would have the shoulder at 7 am then I would have to go back out to the waiting room and wait for my neck later in the morning. SO I was RIGHT!!!! They couldn't even get that right. So I asked them to "reschedule" so that I can have BOTH tests done right after the other without having to get off the table and go back to the waiting room. Was on the phone for quite a while and actually got it rescheduled for later that same day at 10:30 am for the shoulder and I could stay on the table after the shoulder and have the neck done. Double confirmed date, time and fact that I would NOT have to go back to waiting room between studies. So this morning I am going through my emails and see an email from Temecula imaging saying I need to reschedule. I am thinking: WTF! That must be a mistake. I logged into portal to check my appointment time. NO APPOINTMENT!!!!! Called scheduling and they confirmed I have no appointment. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The scheduler said she would have someone call. I told her I would hold and that I wanted to speak to someone and I don't have confidence that any one will actually call back (they haven't in the past). At least I thought to get her name: Jenn in scheduling. She said Marky would call back. Still waiting. I can't even understand how freaking incompetent they are. I have posted a few reviews of this place over the years about the issues I have with them. This is nothing new. I haven't even posted every time they screw up. My mom needs to have KUB X-rays regularly and this company shares ONE technician between multiple sites. When calling central scheduling they are not aware of this and will just book you for a time & location. Same thing with the website (which you are directed to use for X-ray appointments). Calling the front desk (at ANY of their locations) has not been helpful either-they tell you the technician is there all day but fail to mention that they are oftentimes NOT qualified to perform this type of X-ray, even after I specifically ask about it. I was told by several staff members (in different locations) that I need to 'just take your chances and show up' because they don't know when that qualified tech will be available. That is not ok-I can't just randomly take off work to check each location in person for a qualified X-ray technician. Not sure if this response is due to extraordinarily poor communication within this company or just plain laziness. TLDNR-poor communication, you may get the runaround if you need a KUB X-ray. read more

I had the most important scan of my entire life done on August 4 2024. It was extremely vital I got the report back sooner than later so if we found cancer, we could treat it asap. I took in BOTH IV and ORAL contrast. Today marks almost 3 whole weeks and no report has been done! Even my referring doctor says how awful this place is in their reporting in a timely manner. I AM INFURIATED. If I could sue this facility (if they found cancer which I doubt they do) I would and will. Worst case of care I've ever seen call me a day before my lab tell me that my lab work is going to be 61 days old and they won't schedule it because my lab work has to be within 60 days. Meanwhile they would not schedule me sooner, even though my doctor requested it as an emergency And never informed me about any prior requirements for blood work so here I am a day before scheduling and have to cancel because I need to be fasting to take the blood work. If it wasn't for the the lady who took 30 mins on the phone to get me booked I mean i would of gave this place 5 starts let's skip the fact they should get a faster phone receptionist because it should never ever take that long. I mean the lady was extremely slow taking all my information literally cannot make up taking 30 minutes.. however, when you get there, the place is clean the receptionist in the front very quick fast very knowledgeable. In my pre operation days I saw roommates who were in pain and struggling to get well and the nurses and Dr helped them tremendously and in one case my roommate was recovering in what seemed to be over night but more likely 2 but he was up and talking and feeling excellent. read more

This review is for check in purposes. As you can see, the signs are very confusing. I was told at my PCM's office that I would be able to walk in with my x-ray order. When I arrived, the two employees at the front desk were busy with patients. I got in "line" behind the x-ray walk-ins. Other patients began to walk in behind me and the receptionist behind the ultrasound appointments didn't say anything to me and helped them. Neither of them greeted me or said anything. After other people were helped, I asked if that receptionist was the only one able to check in walk in X-ray patients and she said no, I could be helped. If I didn't ask, I wouldn't have been helped at all. Another woman went up to the window that said x-Ray walk ins and started talking. The employee yelled at her "I'm on the phone." These front desk receptionists have no training. They're very rude and it's amazing that they work here. If you can choose, don't come here. I would put **** curse words in here, but it's better that I not. read more

Considering all the negative reviews i figured it could be good to post something positive. 1. Be kind to people. It goes a lot further than being mean. These individuals work for a COMPANY. They have to do what their system tells them to/ allows them. I can guarantee they would change the way the system was if they could. 2. While yes, it is a WALK IN- only system- once you "check" in you'll get a return time. (I appreciate this VS having to sit around and wait all day). But with that being said, they can only accommodate a certain amount of people per day. So by 10am most spots are taken, and they will turn people away. So get there early, like as soon as they open if you want to be guaranteed a spot. Or go to a location that does allow you to pre book appointments. The ladies at the front desk were all very kind, especially the woman with braided hair!! Thank you for making my experience wonderful. And the X-ray tech was quick and efficient all while being kind. read more

Beware of them charging you for what is covered by insurance! This is concerning the business located at 25455 Medical Center Drive, Ste. 210, Murrieta, CA. I have been here previously for a breast image scan. Each time I was told to pay $75.00, and each time, I was later refunded that amount from my insurance company as it was covered by insurance. Brestlink knows that, but they charge patients anyway, so that they can collect interest on your money? They should not be charging patients ahead of time for something that they know is covered by insurance. Are they just too lazy to look up your insurance coverage, or are they ripping you off just to collect interest on your money? This business cannot be recommend for these rip off tactics. read more
