We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. However, the patient experience was significantly undermined by shortcomings in customer service and communication. The front desk staff, consisting primarily of younger individuals, engaged in personal conversations and flirtatious interactions among themselves. This behavior created an unprofessional atmosphere that was particularly inappropriate given the serious health concerns of the patients present, many of whom appeared somber and anxious. The environment resembled a casual social setting rather than a professional medical facility. Additionally, the handling of my MRI results fell well short of expectations. I was initially informed that the report would be available within one week. This timeline was later adjusted to seven business days. Despite checking the patient portal on numerous occasions--more than twenty-five times--the report did not appear. When I finally reached a staff member who confirmed the report had been completed, I was assured it would be emailed and posted to the portal within the hour. Neither occurred. Subsequent calls required repeated entry of my date of birth and zip code, only to encounter staff who mumbled, failed to listen attentively to questions, and relied on repeating a limited set of talking points. A later interaction revealed an even longer delay, with one representative stating that it could take up to 14 days to send the email report. In a field where patients are often dealing with significant health uncertainties, clear, empathetic, and efficient communication is essential. RadNet Temecula Valley's operational efficiency is commendable, but improvements in staff professionalism, training, and follow-through on reporting timelines are urgently needed to better serve patients. Please avoid Dr. Pria Persaud from the behavioral health department…read more She does not know what she's talking about When it comes to medication management. Her medical staff is no better. Cassandra was no help whatsoever. She only reinforced Persaud's maligned direction on tapering my medicine. I am currently tapering off Sertraline (Zoloft) after being on it for 14 years. I wanted to taper off very slow (all current research strongly suggests this). Persaud wanted me to taper off within a month! That is medically reckless. She obviously has never heard of B.I.N.D. or protracted withdrawal syndrome. Tapering off at the rate Persaud wanted me to risks terrible withdrawals or temporary neural injury. She doesn't know what she's talking about. On top of this, she wouldn't prescribe my medicine in lower doses (25 mg tablets and liquid) which is what I'd need to taper off slowly. It takes 2 seconds to Google this information or watch YouTube videos from Dr. Josef or Angie Peacock. Persaud is going to hurt someone or put them through hellish withdrawals having people taper that fast. Especially individuals who have been on their psych meds for a longer time. Avoid her!

Despite being #1 on wait list, staff treated a walk in (who arrived 30 minutes after I did) before me. Over 2.5 hours have passed since they've called another walk in. When asked if any of us will be seen, we are told "I can't say." The waiting room, filled with walk ins, staff laughter and chit chat is audible yet no patients being called back.
