My experience at this facility was unacceptable. After waiting two weeks, I returned to pick up my MRI results only to be told that the report was still not ready because the radiologist had not read it yet. According to their own website, MRI reports are typically completed within 1-2 days, not two weeks. I also asked whether their MRI machine was compatible with a spinal cord stimulator that a family member has. I was instructed to download the device identification card from the facility's official website, and the receptionist assured me she would call me by the end of the day with an answer. She never called, and after two weeks there had still been no follow-up. When I asked about it during my visit, I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes because she had never asked the MRI technician in the first place. Only then did she print the identification card and take it to the technician to get an answer. This level of poor communication, lack of responsibility, professionalism, and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this facility. read more

This place is AWEFUL. Anyone going in for an MRI to determine the extent of cancer (already diagnosed with cancer but need to know the spread) is needing accurate and timely results to start their cancer treatment. We were told the doctor reports would be out in 2 business days. We kept calling to get the results and were told each time to call back in 2 more days. We are now 18 days out with still no report. They say they needed other doctor images to compare to their images. THEY CANNOT OBTAIN OTHER IMAGES TO COMPARE SO THEY NEVER ISSUED A DOCTOR REPORT!!! All other imaging places can obtain images from prior imaging providers. This place is way behind on tech so they cannot ever obtain other images and therefore cannot ever issue a report. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. RADNET IS A RIP OFF. THIS PLACE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY ARE USELESS AND THEY WILL DELAY YOUR TREATMENT WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE. read more

The agents who help set up appointments and help locate reports are mostly not speakers of clear English; moreover, the information they give the caller is not reliable. For example, they said that a certain ultrasound would not be done at our usual place, but would have to be done many miles away - that was false. Eg they said I would receive the report on a procedure from weeks ago on my portal and my email immediately - days later, nothing had come. They then passively resist requests to escalate an issue to a manager. read more

I had an appointment for an abdominal ultrasound. Check in was quick and easy. I was called in within minutes. Selena performed my procedure, she is very nice and professional. Had a scan this AM. Temecula Valley Imaging abuses patient waiting time. Even an early appointment means waiting. Every time "they are running behind". Running behind happens every visit! Required an imaging procedure by one of my Docs. I've been to several diffeent Rad Net facilities for different things involving Radiology, but this locationby far has the nicest office, lobby and seating area. Parking lot is expansive and spaces are plenty. The entire staff here are really professional, helpful and personable. You do not feel rushed at the front counter checking in. The lady who checkwd me in did not rush me when I had to full out addtional firms not provided in your pre-check on the RadNet portal. She was very helpful in fuguring out how I could share my meds list, which I normally download in advance and attach separately. The person who actually conducted my procedure was equally friendly and efficient who explained the entire process, and just made me feel at ease with the procedure. read more

Was referred by my doctor for a 20 week ultrasound. Should have been an amazing experience but it was the worst was charged 259 when only was suppose to be charge 50 then they messed up and had wrong information of a different patient. This place is really nice. First off, the lobby. Whoever designed it - I love it. How can you not be in a good mood when you see the tree at the front desk with all the lights? I came here on a Friday night for an MRI for my right shoulder. I love that they have extended hours for people who work late. It's so convenient! I checked in and was greeted nicely by the young lady at the expansive check in counter. I was surprised i didn't have to pay the $36 copay as it indicated on the website. She told me that the contract between Radnet & Tricare negotiated that we did not pay a copay. I like that! She directed me to sit in the waiting room until called back. The place is immaculate as usual and the old jungle furniture was replaced with more practical & functional seating. Thankfully, I waited no longer than 5 minutes when my name was called. Jose my technician was very friendly, polite, and professional. He took me to the changing room, gave me a gown, and showed me how to lock my items. He prepped me, gave me a pair of foam earplugs & had me lie down while attaching a contraption to my right arm I believe meant to keep it stable. He placed pads all around & told me to breathe normally then draped a blanket over me thankfully! It felt tight going in. I was doing fine for a bit then I experienced a panic attack. I started to hyperventilate. He cautioned me to control my breathing. I had to calm myself and I began to inhale slowly and draw out a long shallow breath through my mouth. I never experienced a panic attack before and I've had countless MRIs done in the past. It seemed to take forever! I was praying it would be over soon when Jose announced only 5 more minutes. Longest 5 minutes ever! I was so glad when it was over! It's not Jose's fault. He was just as nice as he could be. I still like coming here because it's close by and they've always treated me well. read more

They use a third party for scheduling. I waited over a month for a CT scan that took 3 minutes. When I got there, the office was empty... only one other patient. The guy at the desk greeted me and asked if I had an appointment or if I was a walk in. Fast forward a month and I need another CT. I had an order in hand from my Neurosurgeon (waited 2 weeks to allow insurance to pre-approve). I get there and the girl at the desk tells me they don't take walk ins. She schedules me for later that evening but says they are waiting on insurance approval. She said she would call my insurance company. I walk out and just make it to my car and I get a call from "Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging" (a number out of Texas). I could hear her kids fighting in the background. Clearly someone working from home. She had no idea I just walked out of the actual office. Without hesitation, she tries to reschedule me because there is no approval for insurance yet. I told her the lady inside said she was going to call the insurance company for me. At this point I realized I was lied to and she just forwarded my appointment to this third party scheduling. Zero patient consideration. False information to patient (twice now). Bad customer service. I had an order in-hand from my Dr., had a prior CT one month earlier covered by insurance, and was told I could walk in for my second CT. Dealing with their third party phone company is annoying and they barely speak English. Not surprised with their bad yelp score. read more

Every time I come to one of the Radnet in Temecula and Murrieta locations they screw up something. This time they sent me a notice that I needed to be an hour earlier for my appointment I even checked the morning of my appointment, I get to Radnet and the person from Radnet says I didn't need to come in early. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After receiving news from my mammogram that I needed two biopsies, I was understandably stressed. At the time, I had just moved from Northern California to Southern California. My previous doctor referred me to this office, assuring me they could pull my results immediately, avoiding the hassle of transferring images. I scheduled an appointment in August for a biopsy in October. However, just 36 hours before my appointment, I was contacted and informed that they didn't have a radiologist available, and I would need to reschedule for November. As a law student with a busy schedule, I was only able to book an appointment the week of Thanksgiving--my soonest availability that fit with their morning-only biopsy slots. Knowing that I needed the biopsy, I confirmed with the office before agreeing to the date that they would have a radiologist available, given that it was the holiday week. After receiving repeated assurances, I confirmed the appointment. So, you can imagine my disappointment when, just two business days before the appointment, I received an automated text saying it was canceled. I called immediately, waited on hold for 30 minutes, and was transferred multiple times. I explained that I had specifically avoided making plans with my family over the holiday to accommodate this appointment. The earliest they could offer was Christmas Eve day at 1 p.m. -- as if they would even have a radiologist available on a major holiday. The nurse told me the manager would call me back, but no one ever did. The only contact I received was more automated messages from their scheduling system. I ended up scheduling with another doctor in Northern California. This office clearly shows no regard for patient care or communication. They demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and empathy, and I wouldn't trust them with my health again. read more

I needed an ultrasound and if you've never had one, they require you to drink 32 ounces of water an hour before the visit so your bladder is full. Of course I have to pee and unfortunately someone thought the best design feature for their waiting room is a fish tank!! Pure torture when you have a full bladder. I was nervous after seeing other reviews, but my experience was great! My 6 month old son needed an X-ray and this is where we were referred to. The staff was friendly and did great with him (though he is a friendly baby lol) we had a 10:30 appointment, i arrived at 10:15 was done with paperwork and checking in by 10:30, and they seemed behind so we got seen at 11, and the process only took about 5 minutes and we were on our way! Will see how fast they get back to the pediatrics. Thankfully it's not for anything super urgent but if you're worried about going for your child don't be! read more

This review is about Radnet overall. The worst customer service, ever. Ever. If you call 951-587-8956, you are directed to an out-of-country call center. My first call, in an effort to schedule an MRI for my husband, took 45 minutes. The noise in the call center was overwhelming, and it was a struggle to hear the "customer service" person. It was more of a struggle to understand her. An appointment was finally set for today. I called this morning to confirm: this time I had to deal with an off-shore/out of country guy who was (you can't make this stuff up) FEEDING HIS CHICKENS because he "works from home on Thursdays." I had to ask him to MOVE AWAY from the chickens as between their noise and his lack of familiarity with English, I couldn't hear nor understand him. The original appointment was LOST and I had to completely start over. I had to spell everything as the rep had extremely limited knowledge of English. I asked to speak to a manager: he put me on hold, then told me I had to call back after 9:00. I called back-this time a person at the LOUD call center answered (but hey, at least no noisy chickens). He told me there isn't a manager or supervisor! I have called my husband's doctor and requested a referral with another company. Worst experience, ever. Outraged. Avoid this company! read more

I gave it 2 stars only cause the mri technicians were great didn't get their names but they were great, but front desk girls must hate their job very unfriendly and chomping on gum like teenagers, they should know customers pay their wages, also just had mri done at healthcare imaging the day before and was able to get results emailed to me within 4 hours of test, asked temecuka imaging if I can results emailed to me they said it would be 20 to 15 days, I don't have understand why healthcare imaging can do it in 4 hours and Temecula imaging takes 29 to 15 days. I knew something was up when they called non-stop to come in for a routine procedure. Then when I got in there they required I pay up front, even though I have a PPO with small deductible. They couldn't provide me with a detailed bill, or really explain how they came up with the cost of the visit. But they refused to see me unless I paid first, which out of principle, I wouldn't do. How can you estimate costs of a visit, you don't even know what you're going to do and demand payment prior to seeing a doctor? Typical greed. I'll go back to the big providers for my care, at least they have a billing department. The girl at the front desk told me they don't have a billing department! I was like are you sure about that!? You've never sent a bill? It was comical. They called and texted me no less than 20 times to come in, ask yourself why is it they care so much? Money, money, money. read more

I went to get a mammogram on October 25, 2024. I paid $40 cash for an AI mammogram. I sat there for 2 hours and then when to the front desk to ask how much longer. She didn't know so I said give me my cash back because I had to reschedule at a later date. She didn't know how to give me my money back but she said it would transfer to my next appointment. After I left I called the billing department and asked if this was true. She said no and put in for a refund for me. I said I paid cash they would have to send me a check. I was told my refund would arrive in 30 days. December 2, 2024 I called to see where it was. I was told they didn't have my receipt even though on October 28th she saw it on their computer. So I sent them the receipt. On December 28th 2024 I went to the Murrieta office. When I checked in the gal said I see you paid $40 in October. I told her the whole story she said it doesn't transfer. She voided it and said that would speed up my refund. I thought that was odd but it's not my business. She then charged me $40 so I put it on my debit card because I wasn't going to fight for cash again. Still no refund. I have talked to at least 3 to 4 supervisors. One told me my debit card amount would fall off because she said the gal could not void my cash transaction. I sent them my bank statement to prove that I was charged. So now I have paid $80 for a $40 procedure. 2 of the supervisors said they would get back to me and never did. What irritates me the most is the supervisor at the location is lying and saying I was given my money back. If that was true why did the gal void it in December. The billing department has all the invoices including the one that showed the void. It's now the end of March 2025 and I still don't have my money. I am not going to stop calling it's my money. I even filed a complaint with the BBB which they ignored. read more

I called to schedule a routine mammogram. The next available appointment was 7 weeks out, and I took it. It was for 7:45am at the Menifee office. Came with my Insurance card and ID only to be told that the insurance company was refusing to cover the mammogram and that they had called and informed me of this back in April. That is not true, but I was denied service. I called my insurance company today, they placed me on a three way call with TVA and was told that Temecula Valley Imaging thought that my insurance was expired! Liars! Thats not what I was told the day before. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 5 WEEKS to try again as that was the next available appointment. To add insult to injury, Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and embarrassment of being sent away. read more

Stay FAR away from this place, I have never felt more unappreciated or dehumanized in my life in a doctors office. First, completely unprofessional staff in the scheduling department as they will tell you incorrect information about preparing for your appointment. I was told by several staff that I needed to drink 16oz of water for my ultrasound that turned out to be not necessary and ended up making my ultrasound longer and more difficult than necessary. I also had my appointment cancelled on me 2 times due to staff issues or errors which I can get over but just caused more stress for me. This isn't even the worst of it. The day I went in for my appointment, I ended up having a male technician which they didn't even tell me or ask me if I wanted, WHICH most places are supposed to do by standard. I decided to just get over it since I was already there and trying to get this appointment was a hassle already. They put my in the front room right next to the waiting room. Everything seemed to be alright until midway through the exam a staff member randomly opened the door halfway through the exam!!!! With my hoohah spread open on the table and my legs open!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. Right next to the waiting room?!?! I had a panic attack the rest of the exam and drove home crying. I can't even believe that happened. I feel traumatized and still haven't heard anything back from anyone. Never coming here EVER AGAIN. read more

I am a nurse and I would never recommend Temecula Valley Imaging. The staff is nice. The facility is nice. The problem is, I've been waiting for 14 days for my MRI report. My doctor's office has called him 3 times for the report. They are appalled as well with the length of time it's taken to receive reports of the patient's x-rays, MRIs, and CAT scans. They schedule you right away for tests. which I thought was wonderful. But it's not wonderful, if the scan takes literally weeks to be read. I'm sure that they have already build my insurance. It seems that all they care is about payment. Which seems like a scam to me. I've never waited this long for a report. It's extremely unprofessional that they keep scheduling patients for scans and X-rays knowing that they will not be read or diagnosed for weeks. I worry about elderly patients. There is another imaging/x-ray center in Temecula. I highly recommend that you ask your doctor to order your test at that facility and not Temecula Valley Imaging. read more

From beginning to end I have no complaints about my experience here and i 100% do not understand why this place has negative reviews. I was in quickly. This imaging center does mri, CT scans, ultrasound and a few other modalities. I've been here twice for ultrasounds. The staff is been friendly and courteous. The front desk is decorated with a lot of greenery on the ceiling and walls....looks pretty cool The waiting room is comfortable and homey, it kinda reminds more of a living room more than a medical waiting room. They have a real nice 200 gallon saltwater fish tank. It only has two fish, they look lonely. The exam rooms are pretty normal, nothing exceptional. The technologist are courteous and will explain the procedures and answer questions. One negative though and that would be the scheduling. They tend to book them to close together which causes excessive wait time for the patients. Typically I've waited 30 minutes past my appt time. read more

After the 45 minute drive here I was pleasantly put at ease immediately after entering this office. I would say I am a pretty well traveled person. This office space and the decor made my heart smile, make sure to check out some pics. The employees are polite and very helpful. I hate doing MRI's and CT scans. I always feel like... what do I do if a fire breaks out? Will they push the release button to let me out before they run? The fear is real people! My imager promised me she would let me out if something happened. Yes, I really made sure to cover that detail. After checking in and filling out your paperwork they escort you into the back near where the imaging machines are. You get a key to a locker to put your stuff in. My imager gave me ear plugs and fabric earmuffs to help drown out the loud clicking sounds you hear inside the machine. She also gave me a warm blanket because the air conditioning was on full blast. I took a deep breath, made myself cough, and told her I was ready... in I went. Now make sure you don't move, don't swallow, don't breathe too hard, stay still or you will have to start over or reschedule! read more

This whole companies scheduling system (or lack thereof) is just crap. They say Xrays are walk-in, but apparently not for all of their locations. The walk-in locations have hour (or 2) waiting times, the very few that do take appointments, you literally have to go in to schedule the appointment. This is 2024, you should be able to schedule and upload all pertinent info needed to schedule an appt even for an X-ray. This company needs someone at the Helm who knows how to run a company efficiently, not third world company wise. read more

Since Temecula valley imaging bought out EVERYTHING, getting any kind is scans or imaging is almost impossible... Not only are the techs uneducated and rude but they're pretty much all around useless... After my visit tonight at this location it really just reinforced my opinion... They refused my MRI scan of my spine because I have aluminum bead in my hair which I can't take out... Despite the fact that aluminum is non reactive to magnets they insisted it's a bigger magnet because it's a 3t MRI... I'm Not sure how a bigger magnet matters with a NON REACTIVE METAL but apparently according to them it does... I've had previous MRI's with zero problems but supposedly this is a 3t MRI machine so somehow that changes things... If a metal doesn't react to a magnet it doesn't matter how big the magnet it, it still won't react... It seemed from my perspective they knew my test was going to take awhile (I needed 2 mri's) and my appointment was made late in the evening and they didn't want to do it... STAY AWAY FROM RADNET!!! After a poorly done ultrasound (tech wasn't experienced...too much pressure on transducer and didn't know the codes for the images, plus had another tech in with him part of the time overseeing and coaching him), I get a vague report so now go get an MRI. That was 3 weeks ago and no results yet. Have been told repeatedly "we've had a big influx of patients." No estimate whatsoever when the report will be completed. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Possible cancer diagnosis and they don't care. THEY DON'T TELL YOU WHEN YOU MAKE THE MRI APPOINTMENT it will be weeks for results. Get you in, get your money, and leave you hanging. Read the other Yelp reviews...this is commonplace. I would have gladly sought imaging elsewhere had I known I'd be in this situation. And if they are that behind and radiologists have reports piled up for weeks, I sure don't feel like I can trust the results if and when I get one. MINUS 5 stars! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by a receptionist. She was very pleasant and prompt. After I finished my paperwork, it took less than 10 minutes for my name to be called in. Love offices that respect my time! Honestly, I was kinda bummed to be called in so quickly, because their office was just so breathtakingly gorgeous. It's incredibly spacious and very well decorated! I definitely want to hire their interior decorator!!! My X-ray tech was Paul. He couldn't have been more friendlier. I was at complete ease during the whole examination. I didn't feel rushed, but yet I could tell he was trying to be quick since I had to hold my breath for just about every shot he had to take. From start to finish, it was probably the most easiest abdominal ultrasound ever. Since I had to fast from 7am to 4 pm, you can bet that I wasn't in the best mood, but honestly, I can safely say I had an easy time at a Dr's office. How often can you say that? The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because when I left, all the receptionists and I do mean all 6-7 of them were all in a circle talking amongst themselves. I understand it's Friday afternoon and I was probably one of the last patients, but you should still say "bye" or "thank you"...something....I didn't even get a nod or even a glance. They were just so caught up in their private conversations that I just didn't matter. I just left after waiting a few seconds. I wasn't sure if they needed any other info from me. This place is absolutely horrible. I've had several x-rays and ultrasounds over the past years and I always have to wait forever - even for an appointment. Recently I went there and was told there was no one to do the X-ray...he had called in sick. NO ONE. So I left and went somewhere else. Today I went there again for a knee x-ray and was told to go grab some lunch and come back in an hour!! I can't believe they don't have anyone there to do a simple x-ray. I will never go back there again. The only reason I went there today was because my husband had an appointment with another Doctor in the same building, so I thought I'd try to get the x-ray done while he was busy with his appointment. read more
