The next day he said all the right things and apologized. He then wanted me to pay him cash, no checks. He said he would give me a discount for not showing but it had to be in cash. He claimed he was going to show up in the afternoon and then didn't. Then claimed he would show up in the evening and then didn't. I didn't have AC on the hottest days of the summer because I trusted a sticker placed on my AC unit. I read another review on this company and it was pretty terrible. I've met scammers before and this guy is a classic scammer. Worst customer service I've experienced.
