I was paying for their VIP service and that is the quote I got. I said no way since I trust them zero. Got Hero Air, who get amazing reviews on Yelp to come out and were there within 2 hours. Turns out I needed a new thermostat, which all in for diagnosing, running out to get the thermostat, and installing for $407. He also recommended a deep cleaning and charged me $150, so for $557 instead of $1,833 which wouldn't have even fixed the problem I am up and running 4 hours after requesting an appointment. So when I said above they hope idiots will let them get away with charging triple, I was not exaggerating. ABC deserves to go out of business. It seems like with their AI reservation system and "fluid" scheduling they probably go bought out by private equity and it seems like they are running themselves into the ground. He handled my winter maintenance well, and I recently had him back for the summer checkup. It was clear the previous homeowners hadn't maintained the AC units--they were filthy and both needed a deep cleaning ($100 each). Jesus performed extensive testing on the units, which was much more detailed than what I was used to with Four Seasons. He found a faulty capacitor, showed me the readings, and explained everything clearly. I even double-checked the process on YouTube, and everything he said and did checked out. Overall, he's honest, hardworking, and provides top-notch service. Highly recommended!
