Picture it, It was around 7:30 PM in January (Today) and it is starting to snow and drop cold! Well I called the "other" heating company I worked with for many years, yet I was told by the Manager: "I am at home and it will have to wait until tomorrow afternoon". Ummmm, I have an elderly mom who cannot wait until tomorrow, so I got on YELP, called some friends and again Claudio Heating was recommended since its not far from me and the guy was honest. Extremely happy I did, I love YELP, and as an Elite 11, I take it very seriously! Mr Claudio (yes the owner) was extremely fair with pricing and wasn't looking to kill me financially (mind you I just paid mortgage) and his estimate was not even close to what I thought I would be paying. I was elated and proud to say that Claudio Heating and Cooling are now the pride of my Heating Business from now on. It was easy to book an appointment for an estimate online and I received a response back quickly to suggest recommended times. The technician, Kamil G, came out and was professional and efficient. Within a week their 2 technicians came out to do the work and they showed up early and on time and stayed late to ensure that it was working properly. When they noted an error in how they set something up, they called it to my attention and corrected it right away. Their supervisor came back the next day to check the work and demonstrate how to use the system. I received 3 different quotes for this work and Global had the best pricing and was definitely the easiest to work with. I would strongly recommend them for your needs and I intend to call them back for future work.

I contacted him prior to Christmas for a second opinion on a furnace. Originally, I was told the furnace needed to be replaced but Priority said it was an issue regarding airflow. At this time I am still unsure as to what the actual problem is as no work has been done. It was not an emergency nor urgent but it did take him over four weeks to finally get to our house. There were missed appointments, a lack of follow through and very poor communication. He missed a scheduled appointments, missed stopping by on a Saturday as he had promised and had issues with a broken windshield that prevented him from showing up. The problem has not been resolved as yet but I have decided to tackle the problem myself. I will pay the invoice he sent me today but will not be calling him again. While my issue was not an emergency, it still deserved an appropriate response like any other customer would receive. UPDATE: Two minutes after posting this review I have both a text message and a voicemail from the company asking to resolve the issue. I wish this offer had come sometime during the previous month during which I've had no contact from him at all.

Tom came by to check out our furnace today. After changing the filter last week, I found that the…read morepower would turn on but it would turn off after a couple minutes. Tom had 3 other jobs before us, but when he finished early he gave us a call saying that he'll be able to come earlier. He arrived right on time, put on shoe covers to make sure our floors are kept clean, and went straight to work. In about 5 minutes he was able to figure out the cause, and after 15minutes he was able to fix it. The job was done right and the price was fair. He knows his stuff and even our 20+yr old furnace. Tom is very professional and you can just tell he enjoys fixing things.

Steve always did a great job (even working in a hot attic in August), and was also polite and personable. I recently needed to call Steve regarding the cooling system. Although the AC system was near the end of a 5 year warranty, Steve responded quickly and did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It turned out the AC system he had installed (nearly 5 years ago) was fine, and I was just ignorant of the circuit breakers. But Steve was very helpful - he checked everything, taught me where all the relevant controls are and how to change the air filter. AND he also fixed a latch In the attic so that it would be easier for me to go up there to change the filter- - this was above and beyond service! Temp Controllers (and specifically Steve C.), has been responsive, demonstrated integrity (e.g., honoring warranty with no pushback, not up-selling), and just knows HVAC systems. These Super Heat guys are neighborhood super heroes…read more We were in a jam with our AC unit shutting down during one of the terrible heat waves earlier this summer. I called everywhere, and the demand was too great for most places. However, Bob picked up right away, and while he was on the move he scheduled an appointment with us the next day. Jessy and Carlos showed up to the appointment, and they were total pros. Immediately pinpointed the issue, and cleaned both our AC units on top of the repair to prevent any further issues. They were also friendly and cool the entire time, despite crazy temperatures and it being the end of no doubt a long day for them. Jessy offered some advice on another HVAC question I had, and Carlos even helped my neighbor out with a stuck door--what a guy. Businesses like Super Heat make our neighborhood great.
