Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). I would recommend this terrific company confidently without reservation. I will plan to use them for maintenance going forward and especially when my unit needs replacing down the road.

I replied to the staff who asked how the service was, and that's when the lies started. They first tried to say that he forgot to write it down and gave me a number that wasn't on my written receipt. I was there for the entire service, and my dryer was only turned on after the cleaning. Then the lint from the cleaning was left on my patio and not cleaned up. All they offered was their typical 30-day guarantee, something you get no matter what, and for someone to come back out to clean the mess.
