I called Bryan after seeing all the positive reviews. I had an issue with my oven. He asked questions during our conversation and said he would be at my location on Wednesday 12-1. Talk about being prompt and having the correct tool and part required. He looked at the oven, did his tests and said "before I pit in the part, I am going to try to do something so you don't have to pay for the part". Took apart the bottom part of the oven worked some magic and BAM! We have fire at bake setting. Only charged me for the service fee. Really knowledgeable individual. Does what he can to make sure there are other options than just replacing parts. He could have easily put in a new part and charged me for it. Appreciate his honesty. We had an error code on our oven recently and reached out to Bryan to ask about repairing. He was very honest and frank that based on the error code and that we'd already tried replacing the temperature probe (that worked initially before the error code came back), that it really became a game of trial and error of replacing parts to see if it worked.
