The Massage was full body and she asked questions to ensure that she catered to my personal needs. There were two clean bathrooms and two separate rooms for the massage and the facial. Overall the "spa" is since there are only maybe 5 room on the entire floor since it is in a luxury apartment building. But none the less this just helps to create tranquility and a feeling of seclusion. I never had the chance to come here. I booked a massage deal through pulsed. My back and shoulders were killing me and I hadn't had a massage in about six months and was looking forward to checking this place out and trying it. I called and they told me that they were booked for the week. It seems that they may be open part time or for limited hours. They said business was doing so well that they were fully booked all week and could only squeeze me in at 9:00 am for a weekend slot. 9:00 am on a weekend is mad early. I then wasted significant time having to get a refund through pulsed and have abusive text conversation with someone at temple concierge spa. If you want to keep doing a good business, try not being verbally abusive to potential new customers. read more

I received a Groupon as a gift for massage and facial because it was a long, hard year it clearly my friend felt like I needed to relax. The spa is not located in a storefront but in a luxury residential building. I was serviced by Zara and she was great. She commented on how tight my back was (see why I needed this) I got so relaxed that I fell asleep. The facial was long overdue. The face felt smooth afterwards and glowed. I was a bit skeptical because the introductory price seemed too good to be true, but this was literally the best massage and facial I've gotten in NYC, and I've been to Bliss and Great Jones and Mandarin Oriental before for treatments. Sophia really cared about my specific skin and body needs and tailored the facial and massage to me. These are PRIVATE spa suites, the same level of luxury and attention to the senses and special touches like soft robes and water and espresso you'd get in any high end spa, but you're in your own world from the moment you walk in, so totally pandemic friendly. I had a facial with Sophia and it was great! She was so nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about skincare. She told me how to take care of my skin. My skin felt/looked great and smooth for days after my facial. She cleaned my pores and hydrated my face with masks and other skin products.
