I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom tooth extracted due to the way the tooth grew…read morein. The staff were very nice and attentive with X-rays and questions. Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

Hood. Recently, one of the titanium screws holding my jaw together became loose and started to protrude through the gum line from behind my R-molar. Luckily, Dr. Ford was still around, and who better to contact than the surgeon himself? Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Check-in was almost seamless (prior referral was somehow missing on their end, so they had to re-contact my other dental clinic for information), and the wait time was minimal. The extraction process was near-painless (of course, with the help of a local anesthetic) and fast. Plus, Dr. Ford even let me keep the 1/2" titanium screw as a souvenir and called me later that evening to ask if there were any complications. I have to add that the side where the screw came loose (R-side) was the work of his partner at the time. When describing his work and because he's left-handed, he confidently stated, "that's because it's the Ford side." Highly recommended!

And even when you jump through their electronic hoops to keep your appointment and confirm it, they claim you did not do it (even when you could hold your phone up and show them the proof that you did) and take you off the appointment book. On my last visit here the assistants were so busy talking to each other across the hallway that I felt ignored as a patient. I prefer an office where an individual matters.

The process was done in one day, within a few hours, and was able to leave with a PERFECTLY fitted crown. I have always had issue of pain, fitting, or sharp edges of some sort. 2012-current (2020) and the crown is still doing better than others I have gotten more recently. If I lived closer, I would hands down be back :)
