I added guacamole and requested that the guac be on the side. Instead, all toppings were placed on the side. They did not add any charro beans which -combined with the queso, are what make these nachos my favorite. I am disappointed that the restaurant's solution placed the responsibility on the customer rather than owning the error. They indicated the receipt says all items on the side (see images) and that beans were not selected as a topping to be added. The website (their site not a third party site) does not have an option to add beans as they are a part of the entree in the menu description. Had they apologized and taken responsibility, they may have retained me as a customer.
