The coffee variety is solid and I appreciated having plenty of good options to choose from. But honestly the outdoor space is the real star here because it is incredibly dog friendly and my dogs absolutely thrived in that environment. So why the four stars? Honestly nothing deal breaking, just leaving a little room because I want to come back on a few more Sundays before I can confidently say this is a five star spot for us. From what I could tell, the cashier seemed a little annoyed that she was taking longer than expected. When it was finally our turn, I started giving her our order one drink at a time. She stayed quiet, so I continued with the next drink, and she responded, "Um, hold on," while giving me an annoyed look. I stopped and waited, then continued with the rest of our order. I also ordered the tres leches muffin because my daughter had previously bought me one and it was SO delicious. It's definitely very moist, especially toward the bottom, so you really need a fork or spoon to eat it. I asked if they had a spork, but unfortunately they don't carry them, which was a little disappointing considering the texture of the muffin. I don't know if the cashier was simply having a bad day, but honestly, that shouldn't be something customers have to experience. We all work, and we all have stressful moments, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be maintained when interacting with customers. As a Latina, I really wanted to support this Latino-owned business and give it a try, but unfortunately, the customer service left me disappointed.
