PLEASE hear me out on this review. i've had some decent times at this salon before- HOWEVER, this time was absolutely atrocious. for 1: i called and made an appointment for 3 pm. not one person was ready to take me when i walked in. i waited for roughly 10-15 minutes which honestly wasn't where the shit show begins. it starts by when i sit down in the man's chair in the back right corner next to the sinks. i immediately notice how NASTY his hands are. his finger nails were all chewed up and crooked, his pinky nail was as long as mine was (i get long nails) and under his nail beds were BLACK. his hands were sticky, grimey and overall disgusting. i did not feel comfortable getting my nails done by him but i decided to keep going because i didn't want to judge right off the bat. so i continue with my fill, (i usually get my nails done 45 minutes away so they weren't super grown out.) and i assume that this man has at least SOME decent nail abilities. boy was i wrong. he started laying down the acrylic (that also looked OLD) and missed about 4 nails with giant missing spots of acrylic. i politely asked him to fill them and he did. however, it made me question if he knew what he was doing because he RUSHED every single nail. anyway, we continue and my thumb nails starts to like.. pool? idk. it was very odd. almost like he added too much acrylic. so he continues on drilling down the nails, painting them, and finishing them off. now mind you. he never washed his hands- never had ME wash my hands until the very very end, and before he painted my nails when he went to grab them, and left some kind of black stuff from his hands behind. i wish i would have gotten photos. my nails are decent, and i had to go home and fix small details that personally bother me. it was just the overall experience, smell, and cleanliness that really pushed me over the edge today. i wish i was exaggerating. OH YES ONE LAST THING- he REAKED of cigarettes and my clothes smelled NASTY when i got home. i had my mother even smell me to make sure i wasn't crazy. and she agreed. lastly, i paid 65 dollars - no i did not tip. simply for the cleanliness problem. and for a fill that was not really overgrown... i have NO idea what i even paid for. i got red gel nails with chrome on top. so idk what that comes out too but i feel like for the experience and for the time i spent there (not more than 35 mins actually doing my nails) i think i overpaid just slightly. The payment was not the issue though, it was strictly the cleanliness of this man. someone needs to get that in check please. read more

Sing & his sisters do such a great job!! I've been following them around for years now. They are reliable, trustworthy, & very professional. My whole family comes to see them. They are such friendly genuine people. Before meeting them I had terrible experiences with nail salons but they take care of me & really do an incredible job. Highly recommend !! read more

Unfortunate experience today I'm sorry to say. This was my 4th visit. They are always busy and I understand that, so I made an appointment. But I'm not sure it mattered. I waited while ppl who came in after me were helped. The very nice gal who wrapped my nails looked at the color (which I'd gotten there) and said she would match it. I was then shuffled to someone else for a pedicure. Great experience. But when she was done I was handed off to a third person to finish my dip manicure. No color left on my nails to match to, and I ended up with a way too light color. She rushed through it skipping a few steps. Very disappointing! Two hours total. I saw other clients getting a mani and pedi simultaneously- which was my expectation. I wasn't unkind and I tipped well. But I'll vote with my business and I won't be back. read more

I have been coming to this salon for over a year. Live in the area, after today's horrible nail and customer service and attitude, I definitely will not be coming back. I have been doing my nails for a long time and I know they always have to wash your hands at one point and then when they are done they put the oil on your fingers.... This lady did not and said "oh you can wash your hand after you put the oil on.... You don't normally wash your hands. I felt like crying and walking out. Horrible service read more

If I could give a zero I would. You have a manager that just wants to argue instead of understanding when the customers giving feedback. I have come to this location on top of two other locations and this place will charge you whatever they feel like without telling you the price. Last time I was here I got charged for a cuticle that I didn't ask for and the backfill that I didn't ask for and walked out paying more than what I asked for. Watch out because the prices are not posted. They are not consistent and they will charge for every little thing if they only clip it once. I was charge 55.00 for a fill but it cost 65.00 for a full set. Fair warning on this place. Go across the street as they have prices posted and always ask if you want that service. read more

Highly disappointed that my whole appointment I heard them spreading false information about previous employees, this has happened multiple times while getting serviced. I wish I could give this nail salon 6 stars instead of the 5! Sing, Tee, Kat, and the rest of the staff there are top tier. Not only are they high quality when it comes to nail services, they are nice and welcoming to everyone that walks in. I've had many services done - mani, pedi, gel, dip, traditional acrylic - and every time it is exactly what I wanted. They have an amazing supply of dip/gel - any color combo you could possibly want is there for you. The shop is clean and newly remodeled, and feels very modern inside. read more

UPDATE. I loved this place until it recently sold. New owners are rude, not only to customers of the previous owners but some of the employees the ones that are friends with the previous owners. They dress very provactive and just very unprofessional...unless you are a customer that followed them there. They speak Vietnamese which is fine but they need to realize some Americans speak it to so if you are going to bash your customers do it after hours. I brought this to their attention one week (I was out of town) after but was told they do not guarantee because I didn't use the longer lasting materials which I don't want on my nails. I patronized this place for many years - long before the new ownership. I had a question about a charge which could have easily been addressed when I called the salon and spoke to the owner. However, instead of having a civil, respectful conversation, he was arrogant and rude - talking over me, repeating himself, and not once actually listening to what I was saying. He wasn't a professional business owner who cared about his patrons. His English is very poor, which he admitted himself. He is loud and crass, and extremely unscrupulous. He ended up replying to my review with a long string of completely inaccurate ramblings and then thought it prudent to give my private cell number to numerous people and I began receiving text messages that made no sense in English. Great confusion ensued between the language barrier and the poor behavior. All over a simple question. Yesterday, he solicited rude, immature attention seekers to make a post on Facebook contradicting the actual incident and implying I was a "groupie" of the old shop owner. As if! I didn't even know the old shop owner. It was reminiscent of high school girls seeking attention. I considered the source. What this person, Singh, doesn't realize is that you actually can't behave this way - slander, harass, and spread faulty information about people, and not be held responsible. He made me laugh when he claimed I couldn't return to the shop. As if I would ever go back there! It's loud, no one speaks in English, and now they are trying to convince you to pay for your services with cash (the IRS is very interested indeed). No thank you. There are tons of nail salons! Sad to see customer service so lacking these days and this was no exception. Any response to this is completely inaccurate, I assure you. i was a regular client at temptation nails until yesterday when i went for a pedicure i was seated in a chair they directed me to and soon into my fedicure the foot tub started overflowing and the floor was deep in water. the pedicurist ignored the water until i repeatedly asked for the owner sin to come over. when he did he got mad at me for calling attention to this flood and told me he knew it was broken and he was going to fix it later. when i arrived other chairs were available and there was no reason they sat me in one that they knew was malfunctioning . his attitude and response was rude and demeaning as he discounted what i was saying and told me not to come back. in addition i had noticed that none of the cutting or other metal equiptment was cleaned and just used over and over again. please beware they can be phony nice to your face but the owner is really a phony rude mean nasty person. read more

Had an appointment today for a mani-pedi with Kay who was outstanding. I've had issues over the years with ingrown toenails have an extremely sensitive condition that had to be dealt with. Kay was extremely delicate and sensitive to my comfort as she needed to dig deep into the side of my nail. She took her time making sure to remedy the condition. By the time she was done I had instant relief. I highly recommend Kay enough. read more
