    Chaitini

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was delicious. Service was on point. My friend and I both got chaitinis and they were delicious. We also got samosas and this fried cauliflower appetizer that was a little spicy but not too much. I could eat that cauliflower every day it was so good. My friend got the Korma Mushroom Ravioli and I got the tumeric shrimp and the sauce was so good. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

First Indian restaurant in dt Naperville so had to come out n try! The menu is super broad with so many fusion options, but I ended up going with the paneer tacos and paneer makhani. The tacos were super stuffed with toppings and had plenty of sauce. The paneer makhani was very standard but tasty. I'd recommend for solid Indian food, it wasn't anything over the top but everything was good

My husband and I went for taco Tuesday and it was exquisite! I am gluten-free and was well taken care of my tacos were putting a corn shell and I can have a lot on the menu. Wonderful rice dishes and meat dishes. I'm going to go back on a Thursday for their Indian Buffett and salsa Dancing classes Nextdoor! highly recommend the lamb!! I loved it and the bit of spice It had!

Went tonight for a birthday celebration and enjoyed it even more than expected! We were intrigued by the fusion concept of the menu, but primarily stuck with Indian food dishes. I have to say we enjoyed all the dishes we chose. We started with Bao buns with delicious chicken. With garlic and plain naan we enjoyed two types of chicken, lamb dish and salmon. Ordered all medium spicy which was perfect. None of the dishes were too oily or over spiced. Added an order of Kashmiri biryani, really full of flavor but not taking away from the other dishes. Staff was attentive clearing plates and filling water. Owner came and chatted with us and brought a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration. The music was a little loud but nice set up inside and understand they'll have a banquet hall next door. We'll go back and try more fusion items next time.

    Goan Shrimp Biryani

A Taste of Goa in Naperville - TemptInn Indian Fusion After browsing TemptInn's menu online, I was excited to see several Goan dishes--a rare find in Naperville. As a Goan myself, I had high hopes, and I wasn't disappointed. We visited for a Valentine's Day lunch and were warmly welcomed by Anthony, the owner, who has lived in both Goa and Bombay--just like me. He shared his vision of creating an Indian restaurant that stands apart from the many South Indian spots in town, and I think he's succeeded. With so many tempting options, choosing was tough, but we settled on: -Gobi Manchurian (mild) -Goan Shrimp Biryani -Sizzling Chicken Cafreal (with rice and fries) -Sizzling Goan Recheado Masala Pompano The Gobi Manchurian was perfectly crispy and spiced just right--an absolute delight. The Goan Shrimp Biryani transported me straight back to Goa, with bold, authentic flavors and plenty of shrimp (they didn't skimp!). The Chicken Cafreal was flavorful and true to its Goan roots; the spice level could be dialed down a bit, but the buttery, fragrant rice it came with was incredible. I'd happily trade the fries for more of that rice! The Sizzling Recheado Masala Pompano had that unmistakable, tangy recheado masala flavor I know and love. However, I found the fish too bony--I'm more accustomed to recheado-stuffed pomfrets or mackerels. That said, it was still a treat to experience these flavors outside of India. Overall, TemptInn delivers on its promise of unique, well-executed Indian fusion. I'd definitely order the biryani, gobi manchurian and cafreal again--and I can't wait to try more from their menu!

Exceptional service, fabulous food! Ate here with my daughter before, but today was my first solo visit -- treated like a queen! Russell went the extra mile The Indo/Thai Curry and Indian beer were amazing. Definitely my go-to spot!

Everything we ate here was so yummy but the bao was definitely the favorite. Service was fast and the ambiance was that of a normal nice calm desi restaurant.

    Chili Naan delicious!!!

Great little place with unique offerings and huge portions. We definitely should have shared because everything comes with extra plates for sharing and again the portions are ginormous! My husband had goat for the first time and loved it. My kids found the mild to be too spicy for them but I love spice so I enjoyed my medium level a lot, and the chili naan was spicy perfection.

    Chicken 65+. and my chai.

When I look at the menu, I try to look for dishes that I've never had. I know our waiter suggested butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, but those are the most popular safe dishes for non Indians. I say safe dishes because your average American that walks in, is not going to order something that he/she doesn't know what it is. We ordered chicken 65, kashmiri naan, spinach chicken, kadhai lamb, and tandoori shrimp. Just a FYI, the water bottle(s) that come to your table are $2 each. They're not free. Portion sizes are average. Prices were fair. Service was great and attentive. Usually, there would be parking in the front and back. However, for some reason they were both full and there were barely any customers inside the restaurant. You can also park at the nearby parking garage (top level). That's a 2 min walk. -chicken 65 5 - this reminds me of a Chinese dish but I can't remember. I'm talking about the texture when you're eating it. As an Indian appetizer, it was delicious and would pair well with rice. Very addicting to eat. -kashmiri naan 5 - it has a mild sweet taste that is good with savory dishes. A mixture of dried fruits, coconut, and maybe nuts. -spinach chicken 5 - chicken was very tender and the sauce was flavorful. Very safe dish to eat if you're not that adventurous. -kadhai lamb 5 - the sauce has a more bold flavor than the spinach chicken. The lamb was very good. -tandoori shrimp 5 - Just a warning but this is kind of spicy especially for those that can't handle spicy foods. I like that the shrimp are prawn size and they were very tasty.

Food-wise, we were happy with our selections. We started with the Babai Punugulu. I can't tell you what it was b/c the description only said: A south indian snack enjoyed on the street side, served hot with house chutneys. I can't tell you if there was meat / protein / veggie in it or not. TBH - the menu should have described it a bit more - but it was good and we enjoyed the chutneys that came with it. Having just looked it up online - they are: golden, bite-sized fritters are made from a fermented batter of rice and urad dal mixed with onions, green chilies, and cumin. For entrees - we got the Butter Tikka Masala (w/ chicken) and Rogan Josh (w/ lamb). We asked for them spicy and I thought the spice level was good, but we could have gone spicier - but one never knows. It came with white rice and we ordered a garlic naan. The naan had a good amount of garlic on it so quite good. We enjoyed both of our entrees - I might have gone chicken for mine instead of lamb next time. The sauces for both dishes were really good and plentiful. The only drawback is the ordering / menu. It's on your phone (no menu in the restaurant) - which makes it hard b/c the phone is small - and you literally have to click on each dish to know what it is. Took a while to order. I would recommend having a hard copy menu - or changing the online portion where you can see the descriptions easily w/o having to click on each one. Overall - a great place with good food.
