Vanessa & her staff let you take your time and look around at all the amazing deals at your pace. The value of what we found was exactly what I was looking for! Vanessa explained the furniture is never used in someone's home but are peices that are discontinued, lightly used show room pieces and even brand new items that have been taken out the box to be showcased. I saved a HUGE chunk of money shopping here & it was exactly the couch I had been looking at for awhile at Costco. They offer white glove delivery services & always seem to have a holiday deal or featured discount going on if you walk in at the right time & are lucky. The day we were supposed to get our delivery we never received a phone call regarding our delivery. We reached out and they told us nothing could be done and they were going to talk to the rep would made the mistake. Nothing was accommodated and I had to pay last minute for a hotel for my family since there was no where for them to sleep. My biggest problem was that I was reassured by not one but two employees that my furniture would arrive on time before I inserted my card for payment. Who ever is the Owner you lost a customer and we have purchased several items from this place. The fact that there was no accommodation was very disappointing and I will be taking my business else where.

He walked us through a few models we had already been eyeing and made sure we had time to actually try them out. That made it so much easier to figure out what we wanted. The bed itself is awesome. My side is set to 65 and my boyfriend's side is at 30 -- total opposites, but it works perfectly because we can each have what we like. Coming from a softer mattress, being able to fine tune our sides has been such a big improvement. New sleep level unlocked: I hit a 99 on my sleep score. I want to shout it from the rooftops. Delivery was smooth too. The team showed up on time, set everything up quickly, and even gave me a quick walkthrough before leaving. I liked that they had an option for a bunkie board since we use a platform bed and love our storage space. Overall, the whole experience (store, bed, and delivery) has been excellent.

First off the bed was Very Expensive! The entire bed with adjustable base came to over $10,000! So were were thinking we would get good customer support and a quality product. Second we were told that the bed came with a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. But when we purchased it the guarantee was for "190 nights" but after we received it customer support said it was only "100 nights" The sales person Nathan Roberts was very helpful but didn't make that clear to us. Third off the bed had a nice feet warmer and let us raise up our head and feet which we loved but the main complaint about the bed we had was the edge or borders of the bed had no support. My wife fell out the bed twice and hurt her shoulder. The Edge of the bed is not even firm enough for us to sit on and get dressed. This is something they don't explain to you is that a big disadvantage to these air beds is the "Edge Support" is just not there. We contacted the Southcenter Sleep Number store and they said we had to call the Main Customer Support Number. We called them and they said they can exchange or refund the "Mattress Only" but the Adjustable Base is NOT Refundable. They did NOT make that clear during our purchase. We just couldn't tolerate the new mattress so we asked for a refund. They came back and took the mattress only but left and disabled the base. So we are now stuck with a $5000 adjustable sleep number base and they even removed the Heat / Foot warmer function from the base! We feel like we got Scammed and We do not Recommend Sleep Number Beds to anyone.

The minute I walked in he guaranteed me the best furniture for the best price. We both walked around the store probably 2-3 times going back and forth between stuff. I dragged him along the entire way of my indecisiveness. Rick truly was looking out for me, learned and remembered my background and my life so he could meet my needs in the house. He constantly wanted to make sure I liked the product. And even thought he could sell sell sell the expensive stuff all day... he didn't. He made sure everything was well within my price range. He knew the store like the back of his hand so If something was too expensive for me he walked me over to the right stuff and we browsed there. I could go on and on about Ricks customer service, but idk if yelp will allow it. Take my advice and ask for Rick when you go in! The manager that was there was also super friendly when it came down to pricing and I think her name was Jenny or Jenni (couldn't see) but she was also very helpful throughout the process.
