Had this waiting for me as the lady scooped a drink while i was busy across the street with the RMV. Brown sugar milk tea with boba! Best seller. The tea itself i give a 3/5 but the BOBA man it was GOOD! Still nice and warm, perfect chew no need to mix just enjoy it as is at the bottom haha! Nice that arsenal yard has transformed so much from the arsenal mall days! Will be back!

I was on a business trip and found this boba place. I am glad I saw it and got to try their brown sugar boba. It was refreshing!

Fresh brown sugar boba in a refreshing milk tea. - Milk Tea drink was flavor spot on, not overly tea flavor and maybe slightly milk forward - Boba is on the sweeter side and the texture was 10/10 for me, soft and chewy and freshly warm Recommend shaking it up before drinking. I haven't tried their fruit teas yet, so I'm looking forward to coming back to try their fruit tea options.

I've been wanting to try Ten One Tea House for a while now, & today was my lucky day! I was hanging out at Arsenal Yards in Watertown and saw that there was literally a Ten One Tea House located here... I was STOKED! They have self ordering kiosks , two of them, which are perfect if you have ApplePay or pay by tap. We were not sure what to try, so we asked the staff member for recommendations. Brown sugar milk tea is their #1 best seller! We decided to get three Lahr brown sugar milk teas with boba, whole milk, & less ice. Since the sugar is fixed for this drink, we were not able to ask for % less sugar. Thoughts: The boba was yummy! It was also still hot. Had a nice chew & was the star of this drink! The milk tea on the other hand was mid. I also think that this drink tastes way better unmixed. Once I mixed it, I found myself tired of drinking it. Boba 10/10, the actual drink itself, 6/10. I do want to come back soon to try some of their other drinks! Parking: lots of parking available. The garage parking lots are all free!

This was my second time trying milk tea here, and I was impressed this time! I ordered the Matcha Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The sweetness level was spot on, just as I requested. They use organic milk and the matcha tasted high quality. The service was quick, making the overall experience even better. Lastly, the shop small but it has some inside seating and a lot of outdoor seating around the plaza.

I don't usually care for Boba but Ten One got me hooked. I love the Brown sugar milk tea and the boba is consistently soft/chewy. Ordering on the tablet or on the app is super simple and after you get your drink there are always plenty of seats around Arsenal yards to sit. Ten one is in the ideal location and their drinks are the definition of Boba Tea.

I've tried countless boba places, from local to chain businesses. Out of the many places, TenOne has one of the best drinks when it comes to freshness and quality. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and this has been the best brown sugar milk tea out of all the other chains. If I could, I would rate TenOne a 4.5/5 stars, but I had to settle for 4 stars. The only reason I did not give this a 5 stars is that the drinks are quite pricey, with my drink being $7.96. I am aware bubble tea has been inflating the past couple years, but $8 seems quite a lot. Besides that, everything from the milk tea and the tapioca is very fresh and well prepared. Not to mention, the service was excellent, and took less then 5 minutes for our drinks to come out. The store is well lit and has a great ambiance to it. I for sure recommend this place if you are around the area. Definitely not a drink to get every day, but for a treat once in a while.

I got a Mango Slushy and my son got the Lavender tea. It was good and the lady helped us out making out choices.

tbh, their brown sugar fresh milk tea is the best i've ever had. and i've drank A LOT of milk tea. it's the right amount of sweetness and the boba is a perfect texture. i also love that you can get it decaf. this one drink alone deserves 5 stars. i'll have to try their fruit flavors next time.

PLUS, they close later than both. I have this bad habit of going here almost every time I have a meal in the area LOL. The addiction is real! I love that they keep adding new drinks to their menu... keeps it interesting. My favorite is still the Mango Coconut Boom but I'm a fan of most of their new drinks, like the Golden Oolong Yuzu & their King Jasmine Guava! I tried the Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut, as well, and it's super similar to one of my favorites from MollyTea. I prefer the one from MollyTea more w/ champaca tea. Since their opening here, I have tried almost all of the drinks & their mango coconut boom is STILL superior! Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys mango. It is pretty much their version of mango pomelo sago (they have a version with pomelo but I like it without). SO GOOD! ***Pro tip: order ahead of time via HeyTea app. This is a lifesaver, since the wait time is pretty atrocious most days still. Usually takes ~20 min to be ready.

The wait time estimates are relatively accurate too. Menu-wise, they have a nice variety of both fruity and creamy flavors. Definitely easy to find something for everyone's palette. I really enjoyed their Grape Boom Drink! The sweetness level was perfectly not too sweet with plenty of freshness from the actual grapes. Their Mango Sago Drink was also great but a bit too heavy. If you're looking for more refreshing drinks, definitely go for their fruity options.

The mochi was so chewy and fresh, the matcha was rich and creamy, the strawberries provided a hint a tartness that gave balance, and the butter crunch made it the perfect texture combination. It doesn't get better than this. I think about this place often. You have the option of buying pre-made mochi. It was my first time trying taro pork floss mochi. I felt like the sweet cream, taro, and mochi was good, but it was sweet in comparison to the pork floss? the pork floss is supposed to make it savory, but the sweetness overpowers the pork floss, so I found it to be odd. However, as they've expanded their bakery case to include specialty cakes, pastries, and drinks (all of which are delicious, by the way) there has been a noticeable decline in the care put into the mochi itself. The mochi used to be incredibly consistent: thinly wrapped, evenly distributed, well-dusted so it wouldn't stick to the paper cup, and filled perfectly. These days, it's a bit of a gamble. You'll often get unevenly rolled skin, filling spilling out, or mochi sticking stubbornly to the paper it sits on. The prices have also gone up exponentially since they hit peak popularity--paying almost $40 for just six mochis and a tiger cake roll is rough if you're expecting repeat customers in a suburby area. Yet, because they have virtually zero local competition, this remains the absolute best option for anyone craving fresh cream mochi in MA in my humble opinion. Otherwise, you're looking at a trip all the way to Flushing, NY. The store itself is small and packed, making it strictly a grab-and-go spot, though they do put out a couple of umbrella tables outside during the warmer months. The space is always clean, but it gets pretty chaotic inside considering there is barely any space to stand, let alone comfortably view the bakery displays. As for the service, it's just okay. The staff isn't particularly friendly or helpful, but they aren't rude either.
