Taro milk tea; peach cream cheese
    Dickson L.

Super small boba shop that does most of your boba needs. We got the taro flavored and peach with cheese cream teas. The tea themselves are wonderful - most boba shops honestly make their tea way too sweet even at "less" sugar. The teas here somehow found a really delicate balance without being too sweet or too bland. The cheese cream boba was an intriguing concept- and they only had it for a limited time. Service was pretty quick. but only the two of us were there and only one guy at the station. tldr; cute boba shop, high-quality teas. Would go back again.

One of our favorite boba spots! Love their jasmine milk tea and mango pomelo sago slush!

This is my fiancé's top boba shop and he like, boasts this to be the best ever. This is my second (?) time trying drinks from here and I'm growing to like it. The first time I came I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea, but I guess I didn't say it clearly so I received a peach oolong milk tea instead. I thought the peach was going to be weird, but I actually liked it This time we ordered on the kiosk and he decided to try the mango pomelo sago drink, and I tried the classic milk tea and cheese watermelon (without the cheese tho bc I don't like cheese foam). I liked the watermelon, tasted very fresh, real fruit, and natural watermelon taste. Although, I prefer my fresh fruit smoothies to be a bit more chunkier like a slush. Still good though! As for the classic milk tea, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually love it a lot. Sometimes I stay away from regular milk teas at other franchises because of that powdery, or overly creamy, heavy taste. But this one was like light and just right. I could honestly drink it over a long period of time without getting tired of it. One thing though is that the boba is a little too small for my liking, but besides that it was great! My fiancé loved his drink too and said that the sago topping reminded him of Vietnamese Che. In all, a great place for refreshing boba drinks!

i love the bubble tea at royal tea. i always order the large milk tea with boba and after taxes it's about $7. they have plenty of flavors and options from their cheese tea series to their yogurt series. the sweetness levels are right on target, and their boba is always made well (i.e. never hard, too chewy). i think that royal tea is on the pricier end for boba, but i think it's worth a try. the shop itself is small and there is no seating. parking may be a bit difficult, but it's easy to get there by the T (red line or green line). overall rating: 9/10

    Mango passion green tea!!!

This is definitely the most beautiful boba I have ever had. The service was amazing and it looks so cool due to the fact that it is underground. Overall great place and I hope to see it again soon.

I do not go out for coffee much anymore due to the convenience and cost effectiveness of a Breville and am often frustrated paying over $5 for mediocre coffee, but flour cafe was not in this boat. Their cappuccino had the balance of flavor and aesthetic for a pleasant drink for my wife and I. Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. Also, I am not eating flour until March but my wife said the ham and cheese croissant was incredible: generous portion of ham and cheese, baked to perfection, and not too bread(y). This is a great place to stop (in a beautiful residential area too).

I went in around 1PM and the place was literally PACKED! The 4th floor has the children's/young adult books and I love how there are so many fun elements there, from the train that goes around the top by the ceiling, to the small red door that I think it just there for decoration? Unless it leads to some magical other part of the building... lol The ground level has a cafe and offers typical cafe food like sandwiches, soups and salads, but I think their specialty is breakfast/brunch items as well as afternoon tea.
