This place is far more a dive bar than I was expecting. But not a bad thing, because they have a nice menu that goes beyond standard bar food. I had a very nice chicken caesar wrap, and while a wrap is wrap, the sandwich itself had great flavor. I got clam chowder with it because it's Friday of course lol, and there was a real nice amount of clams in it, and it wasn't too thick. Had a bite of Hubby's fish and fries and they were def house breaded and fresh for how inland we are. After reading the reviews we were hesitant to try this place however we were staying in the hotel next door so we decided to walk in and give it a shot I have to say that I don't understand the bad reviews. It is a fun sports bar with a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere but not so loud that you can't visit. Service was great and prompt, food was fresh. We ordered their dinner special of a 12-in brisket pizza for 20 bucks and it was more than enough to feed two people with a couple of slices left over. They had over a dozen beers on tap I went for the groove pineapple wheat ale which was tasty. We got great value for the dollar the food was better than expected the service was better than expected. Came here for dinner to take back to my room at their inn that they have in the same parking lot and also grab a couple of beers since the inn gave me a free pint coupon. I tried their pineapple wheat beer and it was very good, not too light but not too heavy and it had smooth flavor. For food I ordered the loaded fries (bacon bits, tomato, onion, sour cream, steak fries) and added ground beef. I also asked for a small side of their spicy queso to put on top of the fries and some ranch. The fries had great flavor but I couldn't eat most of it, just picked at the sides that I could becuase they didn't provide me with any utensils and at this point I was already in my hotel room, they knew I was staying at the hotel too so that just irritated me because the fries were too messy to eat with my hands. The total for 3 beers, loaded fries, queso, and 2 sides of ranch was $35 so that was very reasonable. I would've given 3 stars if I had utensils to eat my food. The inside of the taphouse was clean, and had a lot of seating. They have a lot of round booths that look really nice, I sat at the bar top since I was alone I figured I'd get better service sitting at the bar top but I was so wrong. The bartender took about 10 minutes to even greet me, there were other patrons in there but there was also 2 other bartenders working. The bartender wasn't really friendly, not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she took forever to ask if I needed anything else at any point and I just felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I was in there for about 1.5 hours, I've never experienced such slow service while at a bar top for 3 beers and some food to go. A group of us stopped into Ten Pin while on our brewery tour. The tap house is not to be confused with the brewery. Both are in the same parking lot. Different buildings and different offerings/atmosphere. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. The tap house is 21+ only. There is a covered outdoor seating area for those who like to sit outside. Indoors is large, clean and contemporary. TV's are mounted everywhere, including at each booth table. One side of the tap house is dedicated to card tables. Ten Pin offers an extensive draft list of their own brews as well as guest taps. A full menu of food is also available for those who are hungry. We didn't eat here during our visit. My wife slurped on a Barmaid Blonde for $5.25 and I slurped on a Strike IPA for $3. We both enjoyed our beer choices. Ten Pin is perfect for large parties. Everyone is bound to find something they like in beer as well as in food. Our server was friendly and efficient. The next time we are driving through Moses Lake, we plan to also try their food. read more

We discovered this tap house during an unexpected overnight stay in Moses Lake. There's the Ten Pin Brewery across the parking lot from the Ten Pin Tap House, which is on the side of the bowling alley. The Tap House has an enormous number of TVs, (including one in each booth) and one huge screen that takes up a whole wall. Fun to watch several football games at a time. Looks like there's a cardroom and pool tables, then the bowling lanes, though we really didn't explore. We had the roast beef sliders with Swiss cheese, which were really good, accompanied by a small Caesar salad. And a bowl of their housemade chili, which was good, too. They have a great selection of beers on tap, both their brews and guest taps. Our server, Steph, was a star. She got everything right, was friendly and fast. Oh, and it's all reasonably priced! Next day: Still stuck in Moses Lake. We ordered takeout from the Tap Room based on last night's experience. Cup of soup - wonderful, bacony broth but with cavatappi noodles (?), personal pepperoni pizza (pretty good), and a side Caesar salad (fine). Two women behind the bar complaining about everything. The bar wasn't busy. Poor service, the food took forever, and the ticket was just shoved at us. Kind os a shame when there are lots of (happy) people looking for a job. That being said, I ordered the black bean guacamole burger and loved it....until I had severe stomach pains on the drive out of town. As a pescatarian of 13 years, I can tell when something I eat has shared a cooking space with bacon or bacon grease/fat, other meats, etc. A word of caution to those who are vegetarian - they likely cook everything on the same flat cooking service that is likely not cleaned between meal preparations. Stick to non-grill items and you should be fine. We came in here to watch the Huskies game and they had plenty of big TVs around to sit in front of. The beer was great, the service was quick and the food was great. I got the Asian wrap and it was delicious. I'm not a big beer drinker, but I ended up loving their sour beer. I read some reviews on yelp that made me nervous. However, from the moment I got there to the moment I left, I genuinely have no complaints. I would go again if I was in the area. I feel like this place has so much potential. Not only is it a bowling alley, it's an arcade, it's a Casino, it's a brewery, and it's a restaurant. It's a solid place to either bring your kids or have a low-key date night. However, as someone that knows the restaurant industry, I would strongly urge the business owners to do something to spice the place up. Had a great visit here today. Not sure what the reviews around bad service are about because that wasn't my experience at all. I had fantastic service start to finish and it was on a Saturday no less. Had a least 3 servers continually checking on me- super attentive. Food was good too, no complaints. I love that they have so many wing flavor options, it would have been nice if they separated them. Our favorite was the mango habanero. Sliders were bomb- tasted fresh made. The steak fries were freaking amazing. Had the crunch and everything the only 2 things we didn't like was the regular fries.. they were so bland and soggy. First as you come up the ramp there are several employees out there sitting and smoking with even the pleasure of squeezing by a couple of robust ones standing on the ramp smoking. They looked to be from the casino part. You sit yourself and we got a table and waited enjoying the smell of dirty socks (probably coming from the AC). We waited some more and finally the waitress came and took our drink order I ordered a porter my girlfriend ordered a blonde. After about 15 minutes the beers came. Mine had zero taste color or IBUs I'm thinking something like Miller lite. Then when the waitress finally came back to take our dinner order I told her about the beer then she said "oh I'm sorry I just grabbed a beer that was up". Our food actually came quick via a food runner a very pleasant young man. I got the mac and cheese with pulled pork. It was a cheese sauce on pair with velveta that lacked taste and had no real cheese to it besides a like bit of parmesan sprinkled on top. The pulled pork was fair. The best part was the soggy Texas toast that was smothered in garlic. The waitress never came back and checked in with us. Then the waiting begins waiting fir the check. So once you ask how to find the secret tap room down the dark hall with no directions, (we basically were leaving because it seems like a kids gamer house) you come into a dark and dirty bar that is basically a casino feel, no one to seat us and most tables are blocked so you can't sit in them. The waitress Lynn was basically put out by even having to wait in us after we had waited 15 minutes to even be recognized, we waited more time for her to take our beer order then never brought it... I asked for something real quick because one in our party of 5 was needing something super quick to snack on because, told her it could be chips or anything but the need was urgent, she didn't give a damn to the point we had to get another waitress and she quickly brought a basket of chips, still no beers, water, napkins or even forks. Lynn finally took a food order after we've been there around 20-30 min. Beers came after a while, then 3 of the 5 meals came and after another bit of waiting I flagged down another waitress again and asked where our other meals were and could we have silverware and napkins... Lynn came back and tossed them in a dirty plate and walked off... another 20 min or so( we were all done eating) the other two meals came out and I asked for another beer, we were all basically done when it finally showed up ( I had to ask again for it) The Asian wrap was un eatable, the southwest chicken salad was a plate of bad lettuce with a little black bean at the bottom and microwave chicken on top, disgusting to say the least. Worst restaurant brewery experience I can ever recall and 145.00 bill to boot. In the game of bowling in order to bowl a perfect game you have to "strike out," which aside from getting a strike in every frame you have to throw 3 strikes in the 10th frame. I was excited to try Ten Pin's restaurant and beers like I'd imagine a bowler who got 9 strikes in 9 frames would be. The end result was far from perfect but it was a solid game, overall. As I pulled into the lot, I wasn't quite sure where to go. There were 2 buildings with 3 (maybe more) entrances. One was for the brew house (don't go there for food or presumably for anything else), the other was the bowling alley and the third was for the restaurant. Nice looking buildings, the entrance to the alley was the coolest...I wanted to enter there. The restaurant entrance looked like anything but. The patio looked like a place for employees to take a break and smoke (and it was exactly that). I walked in and immediately to the right was casino gaming tables...woah, another thing they do? To the left was the bar and some booths were in between and to the back. Nice long bar. Traveling alone for business I went there. The bartender was alone and I don't admire the walking she had to do back and forth but, whatever. Decent selection of typical mass produced beers, some other craft beers and the breweries own. I ordered a flight and asked questions about the brews. She knew just enough about the beers but not a lot. She let me sub one of the tasters for a non Ten Pin, that was cool. Beers were all solid but nothing amazing. I asked questions about the food and the answers were honest but not encouraging. The tender recommended other items when I tried ordering the special (a beef dip sandwich). I then sought approval for the next...beer Mac and Cheese? "No, we get more complaints about that than anything." What about the Patty Melt? "I'd suggest the Cuban." Ugh, I didn't want a Cuban. She then said "the pizza is good." I asked if it was fresh dough, "no." Finally I settled on the BBQ Chicken Pizza after she recommended it over their standard pizza. It was good, I was happy with it. The beers were consistently above average and I overheard the waitresses and bartender arguing about coverage. I don't understand why Ten Pin is not rated higher - but I should also say that I was one of three people in the main bar area (past the gaming tables of the mini casino) so service was not an issue. Also, I didn't order food, and most of the complaints in other reviews seem to be of the whiney "I waited 15 minutes at the bar and nobody helped me" variety, as well as the perhaps more valid "the food was meh" criticisms. I just had a sampler - four pretty darn tasty 4oz beers, including a beer flavored with basil that was much more delicious than it had any right to be. While the beer was good, the atmosphere and service was not. My wife and I went to have a beer and split a plate of food, which was average. The servers and bartenders spent the entire time arguing with each other and complaining to each other about not doing their jobs right. The bartender then took a turn and complained to us about her coworkers as well. There were 2 tables that got food before their drinks and the bartender had no problem yelling at the server in front of everyone. No one that worked there seemed to be on the same page. We have been to breweries all over the Pacific Northwest and were really looking forward to Ten Pin. We've always enjoyed their beer and found ourselves driving through Moses Lake on Saturday afternoon (2/16/19) just before 3pm and thought it the perfect opportunity. We went straight to the bar since we knew we wanted to enjoy some brews. It didn't seem that busy but there was nowhere to sit since the bar top was a scattering of people without two chairs between and the booths were either occupied or unbussed. We thought we'd just sit in a booth and they'd be by to pick up the dirty dishes in a few. The two people (guy and gal) working the bar saw us but made no attempt to acknowledge us. So we moved to the seating just at the edge of the bar where the kettles are. After 10 minutes my husband finally went to the bar as no one came to us. After 10 more minutes of standing at the bar and watching others get served, the barmaid finally asked if he wanted something. He ordered two pints and laughed at her when she asked if we wanted menus. He was so mad at being deliberately ignored, it ruined our entire feel for Ten Pin. The bar maid started slamming dishes around and loudly complaining about how someone stole her phone so she couldn't even call someone in to help. (I'm sure there's no landlines in the establishment). We finished our beers and walked out past a table that sat unbussed the entire 30 minutes we were there. Too bad. Besides the brewery there is a bowling alley that includes an arcade, meeting rooms and gambling. Across the parking lot is a hotel. Perfect combo for the weary traveler. Our waitress was super friendly and knew all about their beers. The beer easily met our expectations. The menu was large. We opted for two items, an order of Sliders and Wings.
