I texted and called 3-5 times throughout the day with ZERO response. Cynthia COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME!!!! We had a sunset cruise booked and then home to our beautiful rental. Impeccably Gourmet RUINED our experience. She never called, texted or emailed to cancel. Friday night I sent a text asking her to please verify if she was coming or not. NO ANSWER! Saturday morning, the day of my booked private dinner, I was left with no other choice but to send a text stating since she was ghosting me, I assumed she cancelled the event. Again, NO ANSWER. We had to make last minute dinner plans at a restaurant for a party of 12 in the Keys on a Saturday night. Soooo difficult and totally devastating. I would not trust this company to follow through.
