This is the second time we've been in, first time was good food and good service however can't say the same for this visit, I have no idea where our server went but she would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. Our first visit on a Sunday afternoon, wasn't crowded at all, sat in bar area, they were eager to change channels to football at our request, all servers we came across were extremely friendly, got appetizers - buffalo shrimp was very good. Wings are good, learned last time I was here to ask for them well done. Love the fried green tomatoes. The loaded fries however were a huge let down. For the price you pay for a loaded fries appetizer, you would expect a decent portion. The amount of fried were probably around a medium size from a fast food restaurant. There was very little bacon on them and the cheese was non existent. While the wings are good (around my 5th time here,) I would say this is my last time stopping here and wouldn't give this place a recommendation. read more

Stopped here for dinner. We ate at the bar Angelica and another gal were the bartenders. They took great care of us and were very attentive. Our food was great. The entire staff were so friendly. I will definitely be back. This was such a welcoming place. Also Saturday night is karaoke night the locals were amazing. read more

Terrible service. Terrible food. We waited for over an hour for food. When we received our food it was cold. Worst part was waiting over 30 minutes for a drink refill and ended up having to get up and refill our own drinks. There were a couple positives. I just moved to Morristown 9 days ago and decided to give this place a shot since it's right around the corner from where I live. I ordered a drink - sickening sweet. I ordered a kids meal for my dogs "chicken tenders" to which only one tender existed and it was fried over multiple times and very salty. For me, I tried their Jambalaya. All you taste is tomato sauce. I asked the server if their steak was seasoned to which he said yes so I figured I'll give it a shot and added a shrimp skewer with a baked potato. The best thing I ate was the baked potato after I took salt from another table. The steak was flavorless and overcooked. The shrimp also had no flavor and wouldn't even slide off the skewer. The garlic bread was soggy. Just overall it was very disappointing. Maybe their appetizers/bar food is better but nothing I had was anything to eat again. I am from out of state so my boyfriend and I ate here because it was really close to our hotel. Our server was extremely kind. The food was average at best, so come here for the service not the food! My state is much stricter with masks so I knew what to expect in TN, but none of the hostesses were wearing masks and there was no enforcement of mask wearing for customers either. Just avoid this place if that bothers you, it didn't bother us. The ambiance was nice even for a Saturday evening. I would not return due to the price of food not matching quality. read more

The old blonde bartender was gone over half the time smoking in the back. She wreaked of cigarettes. When asked to change the tv to the Titans game she tried for a second then slammed the remote down and said: "someone figure it out". We watched the game from a booth and were left without a server for over an hour! Turned out the server went home and no-one picked us up. I asked the same bartender for more food and another drink and she left it sitting at the bar until it was cold and then had a server bring it over and ask "Do you still want this?". This bartender is a joke and needs to be replaced immediately. We will not be back! read more

We met some friends here for dinner, drinks, and live music. We sat outside in the patio dining area. After being seated, it was about 15 minutes before our server first came to our table. While awaiting for our drinks to arrive, a gentleman that was seated at the makeshift bar area outside, chair back broke resulting in this person falling back onto the concrete floor, suffering injuries to include cuts/scrapes which were bleeding, and possibly hitting his head on the iron patio table or concrete floor. What surprised me the most was that a manager did not come out to check on him or apologize, as it was the establishments chair that broke which resulted in his injuries. When the food finally arrived, my steak was well done, ordered it medium. Our server did not come back to check on us for about 20 minutes after the food arrived. I did show the server the steak and she asked me if I wanted to talk to someone about it, which is exactly what I thought I was doing when telling her about it. I asked if it could be replaced in less than 10 minutes, she said she didn't know how busy the kitchen was. I also pointed out that the Caesar salad my wife ordered (charged extra for) was never brought out. She said she would bring it out now (after the meal). I stated that the time for the salad had already passed. Long story short, no replacement steak, did not receive the cost of the salad removed from the bill, manager/server did not remove anything from the bill, even the items they did not serve us. I can understand low staffing levels resulting in our server being overworked, but there is no excuse for the management not addressing the issues that occurred that evening. Will not go back back here ever again and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

We loved eating here and have done so at least once a week for the last 8 weeks. And then I usually eat here with my family on Saturdays. So sometimes I eat here twice a week. I have recommended this place time and time again. BUT for the last 4 weeks IT HAS SUCKED!!!! And then tonight 2-18-2020 my friends and I were here for our weekly girls night. Between the four of us we spend over $100. Our waitress was great at first but then she got lazy. My friend got baked potato, sirloin tips, peppers and onions. When she moved her potato there was a hair wrapped AROUND it!! Long story short the manager came out and was a total a**!!! He acted like it was such an imposition to talk to us and then basically said since we had already paid for our meal the only thing he could do was offer her a $5 gift card toward her next visit!!!!! The whole time he was looming over us like he was trying to intimidate us. So my advice.... too many other places in town to eat with A LOT BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE to ever eat here again!! read more

This place SUCKS!! Been there twice. The second time was worse than the first! Waited 25 minutes before anybody acknowledged we were there. Then the server blamed us, said we should have seen a hostess when we came in. No hostess to be found! Ordered the 2 for 12 burgers. Meat was raw in the middle! Told the server and she got the owner AND the cook! Cook said that if she cooked it any longer it would be dried out! My wife got fettuccini alfredo! It looked like tapeworms from a dog! Tasted awful! We sent it back and refused to pay for the swill they tried to give us! This place wont be there much longer and rightly so! It is a SHITHOLE! Don't even waste your time or money! We decided to try Tennessee Jack's for lunch today. Very disappointing our mushrooms had an old oil fishy taste, boneless wings salty and over cooked, Philly cheesesteak and fries were lukewarm and not tasty. The service matched the food terrible. If you like slow service, lukewarm salty food then this is the place for you otherwise save your money and eat somewhere else. read more

We had a bad experience. Our waitress started off great when they brought our food out there was a hair on the plate that we noticed right away and it was sent back and the food was transferred to another plate. Not thrown away. Even the potato was just moved from one plate to the other where the hair was. The girl that served it did not apologize. (Not our server) Our table spent over $100 and was not even offered a free drink or anything for the disgusting hair on the plate after asking for a manager the owner came out and offered a $5 gift card. The waitress had forgot the drink and when we brought it to her attention we had been charged for cheese that we had not ordered $.50 she took it off and added a drink. So needless to say her $20 tip that we always leave went to $4 and I can say I've never left less than 20% or has the ladies I was with. I hope adding that drink for the company was worth it. You may have made $3 for TN Jack's but you lost $16 that you would have took home. The owner was not very apologetic and I understand people come in and take their hair and put on a plate I've worked that business for many years but never at the beginning of a meal. It's at the end so they don't want to pay. The difference I'm sorry let me take that drink off or here let me take off $5 or order an appetizer on us or dessert. When speaking to the owner She started with we come in here all the time. No loyalties and our service had been less than mediocre except last night the waitress was so much better until she added the drink knowing that there was a hair on the plate and many other things she overcome from the kitchen.
