    Pork chop bone
    Joseph G.

Various other eateries have been in this location. The restaurant has been remodeled and looks nice. The menus are colorful and large. They are also open for breakfast, which is very much needed in Morristown. I was there at suppertime and I was going to order a steak but the grilled pork chop looked great. All but the most expensive steak (with a house name and $44) were recognizable cuts, such as t-bone, sirloin, and so forth. All of the entrees come with thin asparagus stalks and two sides. The mashed potatoes looked good but the steak fries and corn on the cob won me over. In fairly short order, my food was served. The chop looked great, but the corn was half the size of the menu picture and the steak fries looked wilted and as if they'd sat under a heat lamp. They tasted bland. Rather than a bottle of name-brand ketchup, Heinz or Hunt's, they had a plastic squirt bottle like you'd see in a diner. It tasted as if it came in a giant food service can. The chop was delicious--until I got near the bone where the meat was pink. Never eat pink pork. Dangerous diseases such as trichinosis can result. The waiter was indifferent from the start: no smile, no small talk. When he finally came by, I pointed out the limp fries and pink chop. He said nothing and obviously did not care. Attached is a copy of the pink pork chop. I'll likely return but only once. If it isn't better, I won't come back.

I am not really the kind of person to leave a review at all let alone a bad one but this steakhouse was hands down the WORST place I've ever eaten. The only pros was the place was clean and the staff was kind. However if you like good food don't eat hear. I ordered a medium rare steak... when I cut it open that stake was gray. The Mac and cheese was so nasty I had to send it back. It was over cooked noodles with a butt load of velveeta cheese... worst Mac I've ever had in my 29 years of life. The broccoli tasted like dish water and don't even get me started on the corn. The corn was so gross it was like it had been boiled in water 4 days ago then left in a refrigerator then flash boiled to serve. It was gross. I just think the owners and the people thinking of eating here should know the truth. 10/10 would never eat again.... Unless you rethink this whole place and change your ways. Also, to the owner... figure out what you are this menu is confusing are you a steak house are you a Mexican place or are a hibachi?? The menu has way to much. To anyone wonder yes I did have stomach pain after eating a gray steak.

Baked potato came with butter, sour cream, real bacon, and cheese

The food was terrible and the service extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Ugh. Steak was overcooked. Sides were overcooked and salad was warm. The only good thing was the beer.

My daughter ordered the Ft Worth Ribeye Medium... they cooked it rare, it was still mooing. They didn't give me ranch for my salad and the bread I paid extra for was completely raw in the middle. Also my daughter mac n cheese.... wheres the cheese? They put a little bit of cheese on top and the rest of the macaroni has nothing on it. To go order is a complete and utter joke. I had to go in and sit there, stand and wait for them to scan my giftcard on my phone because they had to get the manager to figure out how to use the texas roadhouse giftcard. So I got my food about 20-25 minutes after it should have originally been ready.

Today there was only 4 of us and they took us to one of the booths on the back wall. We asked if we could be moved and the waitress was very sweet and said she would ask. She came back and said they didn't have any other tables to move us to, so we said we weren't going to stay. She said she would ask again, very sweet. A manager came over and was very rude and said wherever they moved us would be the same, which is untrue. We have been seated in other areas where it hasn't been directly blowing on you. Consequently we left. Very sad, we were looking forward to the ribs but we won't EVER be coming back to this location, terrible customer service!

The food and atmosphere were both great, but honestly the highlight of the meal was our server, Brayden. He was just the absolute definition of a nice young man. Not the super-polished, script-perfect kind of server who makes you feel like you're watching someone who's done the same routine a thousand times, but someone who was genuinely warm, kind, and earnest. Every interaction felt sincere. When my iced tea got low, he'd quietly bring me a fresh one before I had to ask, and he looked almost apologetic that it had gotten low at all. He had this way of making it feel like he was personally hosting us and genuinely wanted us to be comfortable. There was a little bit of endearing newness, too. Instead of silently making things happen, he'd stop by to let us know our appetizer would be out before the steaks, just because he wanted to keep us informed. It wasn't inexperience so much as someone who really cared about doing a good job. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and authentic, and that kind of service is memorable. 11/10 for Brayden--we'd happily ask to sit in his section again. The food was very enjoyable, we had: -the shrimp cocktail appetizer (excellent bite to the cocktail sauce) -salads (weirdly great, just a normal house salad but one of the better ones I've had) -ribeyes with sides (steaks were correctly medium rare, I would have loved having a smaller ribeye on the menu as well as the existing 14oz, I ordered mine with the horseradish crust which was tasty, though without the crust the underlying steak itsself was a touch under seasoned, the creamed spinach was great and the baked potato was flawless) -bread was fresh and pleasant, though the slight sweetness is not something I especially love, but that's just a style thing -chocolate mousse cake was both massive and absurdly, ridiculously good Total before tip was $125, well worth it, and I'm only sad they haven't expanded to Texas yet.
