They truly went the extra mile for me when I was stressed about unexpected expenses and repairs, especially since my car wasn't safe to drive. I felt well taken care of, and I'm thrilled to have found a mechanic I feel comfortable going to now. I asked him if I could see the part number for the alternator to verify, and he said he does not share part information. I paid my diagnosis fee, and they said they were going to keep my keys until the tow got there, but reluctantly gave them to me after I would not leave without my keys. I got my car towed to Firestone, and they fixed it for $950. Even with another tow, I still paid less than what they quoted me. Brent up-charged me $600 and could not back up any of the information. Found fine gauge metal wire in my oil filter afterwards. Vibration was not fixed either. Was screamed at over the phone when I attempted to inquire about the origins of the foreign material and was called "stupid". Owner Luke does not take well to simple questions such as : "if nobody but you or your guys have been in this motor, where did the metal come from". Responded with cursing and insults instead of answers. Was hung up on 2 times and told not to return. However my motor mounts were installed at no labor cost due to the original diagnosis for the vibration being wrong (my discovery not theirs).

Then I had to go back today because the issue wasn't resolved. I ended up having to go out and rebuy the parts and asked for a partial refund since I had to go out and rebuy parts that I previously payed for and they denied my request. Originally payed $312. After today I am out and additional, $260. So now $572. All workers do not speak proper english and miscommunication occurred multiple times.
