Great selection of court shoes (in a pretty tight space!) and nice, knowledgeable staff although they are mostly busy stringing racquets so they aren't helping with fittings, etc. They did answer all my questions though - i.e. which shoes were best for stability, which shoes ran small, etc. My husband and I both found court shoes we like (Wilson) but they do have a 30 day return policy for unworn shoes (hopefully we won't need to use that!). Best tennis store around! Great selection of racquets, shoes and tennis gear (balls, hoppers, bags, grips). Curtis is all about customer service and a true pleasure to deal with. I was interested in buying the Blade 98 based on online reviews, but instead of making the immediate sale, he insisted I demo the racquet first. I wound up loving the racquet and purchased it, but appreciate that he wanted me to be sure! They have a generous racquet trade in program and same day stringing. Because I drove 40 minutes to get there, it was very important for me to have them string it while I waited which they did. Curtis, the owner, is a great guy to work with when it comes to choosing a new tennis racquet. Some places will only let you try demos one at a time but Curtis will let you demo more than one racquet at a time, which I like to do. And talk about the deals! Because Curtis is the owner he will try very hard to give you the best price on a racquet and it will be strung for you that same day, usually within a hour or 2. Curtis is plain awesome! He's all about customer service, and he KNOWS his stuff. He never rushes me. He instinctively knows when to step in and assist me and when to just let me browse. He'll listen to your play style to recommend racquets and strings. He can actually tell you the differences between each racquet and how it will affect your play. He can do the same with string. He'll string racquets quickly with high quality. He strung 4 of my racquets within an hour and I could tell the difference between those string at 60 and those at 65. No other retailer or services compares. As long as he's open, he's my guy. He has a very wide selection of equipment and accessories. Other places claim to specialize in tennis. Love the service and knowledge this shop provides AND the quick service (same day if you need it for re-stringing). When I purchased my new racquet from Curtis a couple years ago, he let me take five different racquets with me and keep them for three days - didn't change anything to try out the racquet and not even a deposit. Like another review mentioned, he saw what a mess I'd made of my overripe and he replaced it - free of charge. First time restringing was also half-price. My only problem has been that a few times I've had to sit there and wait since the store was locked during normal hours b/c he had to leave for a short while.
