I requested an alignment and 5 min later he said I needed other things that I in fact did NOT need. he went from 65$ to 675$ dollars saying I needed things fixed even tho I had recently changed all of those things. my dads a mechanic he just wasn't in town to do my alignment. i went in by myself im a female, he tried to rip me off for $675. I went here because they were recommended by my mother's bf, he had previously had his vehicle serviced here a few times so I decided to give them a chance. WORST DECISION EVER! I came here to have my two front tires changed. My mother had called the day before to get a quote on two used tires for my vehicle. They said they had two that would fit the only thing was that they were different brands. I said as long as they are functional and safe the different brands aren't a big deal. They said it would be $80 total (40 for each tire). On Sunday 12/19/21 they changed my tires and everything seemed fine. Next day I was getting ready to leave for work and on my way there I heard a loud clunking noise & my steering wheel was shaking. I get out to look and low and behold the tire separated from the rim. I called them and explained (yes I was extremely upset but who wouldn't be, as that is a serious safety hazard) whoever I spoke to tried to say the picture that I had sent, the rim didn't even look like it was separated from the tire but that the tire was just deflated and could be caused from a nail (Picture Included) and then went on to say that is beyond their control and nothing they can do about it but recommended I take the vehicle to a nearby tire shop to have it fixed. (Which I then had to pay for a tow truck) I found a used tire shop about 10 minutes away and once my vehicle was towed there upon arrival right away the mechanic said "whoever sold you this tire, take it back and get a refund because they sold you a bad tire" they then did a pressure test and showed me where the issue was. There was a slit in the tire causing air to seep out (Picture Included) It looked like the tire was old and starting to crack or something. My mother & I then called Tenorio and explained to them what the other mechanic had just told me. The manager (who I presume is who I was talking to) tried to say that he wanted to help me but was hard because I was really upset and yelling at him on the phone (I was extremely upset but I was not yelling or screaming at him on the phone) and then went on to say that he will refund me for the messed up tire and could give me a credit towards a new tire on the other side. I declined the offer because why would I at this point trust you guys to touch my car or put another tire on or give me a good tire? I also asked about being reimbursed for the tow truck and the other tire I had to pay for, he then said he could only give me a refund for the messed up tire and possibly reimburse me half of the tow truck fees and give me a credit towards a new tire on the other side because he doesn't believe they are fully responsible as they perform a "full pressure test" on their tires before putting them on. ( I don't believe that at all. He said he only had one tire left and I think he just wanted to make a sale instead of worrying about a customer's safety. Also how can I trust anything you say when based on a few other reviews and witnessing it with my own eyes & ears, you guys like to change prices on things when it's convenient for you)  I said "I guess..." he said think about it and let us know. However after getting off the phone I was still not satisfied with that answer as I feel they should be completely responsible for this! I had to miss work, could have gotten in an accident and hurt myself or someone else and cause even more damage to my car, had to pay more money out of my pocket, which made me miss and be late on several bills that I had to pay for (credit card payment, medication etc...) all because of their negligence. I am filing a small claims court against them at this point because I honestly feel like this is not fair at all and they should be held accountable and reimburse me for everything & I don't agree with how they are choosing to handle this. Anybody considering them please be weary! They like to change prices when convenient and don't stick to the quotes they give you and I wouldn't trust that they are selling you new tires or safe used tires at all. read more

So this is an edited review for the shop: UPDATE after the owner Alvero got in contact with me on facebook my husband went in on May 1, 2018 to get the new tire on. It took us a little while to come up with the money to replace the tire and he said that the owner spoke to him and gave us the price of 130.00 that we originally paid for the first tire. I appreciate that the owner took time out of his schedule to speak to us and correct the situation. Because I have always went here to get our tires for many cars I have had over the years I have always had great service with this place and this was the only time that i had an issue. So I can say that with the owners help the situation was taken care of and Thank you to the owner for fixing the situation. So originally we were happy with the service we received here they gave a great price on 4 new tires with installation ($560.00) in March of 2018. We purchased 4 tires in March the tires looked great. This is where the problem came in. I was driving on the Highway in traffic in April 2018 (a month later) and my car sensor for the tires went off. We got out of the car checked the tire and we couldn't find where it was tore but it was completely flat. So we called a roadside mechanic he took off the tire put on a spare and inspected the tire. He said the tire had a rip in the inside lip and that due to the tires being new that its a manufacture issue. So we get home look at the receipt from the shop and see we had a manufacture warranty. I called the office the next day spoke to a nice man on the phone he asked me to bring in the tire and they would look at it to see if it was a manufacture issue and if it was then he would gladly send it to them to get a replacement tire and would loan me or reimburse me if i chose to buy a new tire until it came back. So the next day i went after work explained the situation to the tire guy and he said No that it was our issue that the rim was no good and thats the reason the tire was cut. I disagreed with him because yes our rim did have some damage but it was on the other side of the tire not where the split was. Regardless, I asked to see if they can put a different rim and/or tire until I could figure out what to do. Unfortunately the only rim they possibly might fit had not fit on our car so they had said that they might have had our original tires in another shop that he would give us a call on Monday. (it was Saturday when i went in). Fast forward to Wednesday. My husband got the rim repaired took in the rim and asked them to put a tire. The man looked very irritated by him being back there and said 160 for the tire. My husband said We originally paid 130 for the first tire how is it 30 more?! He said nothing and walked away. My husband was dumbfounded. Not only did we NOT complain that they didn't send back the tire to the manufacture to see if it was an issue for the first set of tires we bought even though a mechanic confirmed that it was, we still were going to pay for a new tire after repairing the rim at their request and your going to charge us more for a tire we originally paid 130 for?!!? It is beyond unprofessional and I wish i could say they provided us quality service but they did not in the end. DO NOT go here to get your tires. read more

I went there to give me an estimate to fix my muffler and they told me it would be $120.00 I had to give $20 and deposit I did. They supposed to call me, they never did. And I went to a different place and I only played $20 I think this please repot the customers read more

Got some tires changed there. Was at a different shop earlier and got quoted the same price for the same tires, so seems pretty legit. Quick service, you can tell that while most of the clientele is Spanish-speaking, there was no problem communicating. Not too shabby, overall! read more

Horrible place. My first complaint is that it's a rim and tire shop. They work with rims and tires. So I would expect them to know this type of stuff. I took my rim and tire to get repaired and I got a price quote at first. I was told they would be able to fix my tire and dented rim for 70$. After once they started working on it they told me my rim was cracked and it would be 90$. So I was ok with it. After they started working on my rim they said my tire wasn't repairable so they tried selling me a tire. I didn't buy it. But I told them to still fix my rim. They told me to come back the following day since they didn't have the paint needed to paint my rim. When I arrived they didn't start on it and followed to say I needed the tire, and didn't want to give me my rim. So I came the day after and they had "REPAIRED" my rim. Come to find out when I when to my dealership to buy a new tire. They said my rim wasn't repairable because it is a alloy aluminum rim. My complaint in general is that they shouldn't tell me that they can fix it when it isn't fixable at all. Stole my money and lied to me. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Don't go here at all, bunch of scammers. read more

I went in just to get a alignment cause I just put new tied rods, struts and controls arms. Came out with busted rods and struts they stole a new control arm of my vehicle and put a use one back on everything was loose no nuts tightened.Went back three time in two months till my warranty expired with them.These people are thieves,drug dealers and scam artist.I will proceed with criminal charges. read more
