My purpose was to pick up my new CPAP machine. As soon as I got off the bus I walked across the street to the Pearl Kai shopping center and started walking along the walkway towards the back. Off to the right in the back and right next to the Tattoo shop there was Gammie HomeCare!! I walked into the showroom which was filled with with different types of walkers, comfy looking chairs and motorized wheelchairs. There was a lady sitting behind a desk helping a customer and she got up and asked me to sit down after I told her I had a 4:00pm appointment. Not even 5 minutes later Daniel Paregien, Respiratory Support Technician, came out and introduced himself and brought me into his office. Since my PCP had provided him with part of my sleep study data, he was able to chose the right CPAP machine for me. He was thorough in explaining how it worked, how to take it apart and put back together, what kind of water to use & how much, how and when to clean it & change the filter. I had to record it (I got his permission) so I wouldn't forget anything. He gave me his card so I could ask questions in future. I got to try it out to see if it fit & if it felt comfortable. It felt weird but I'll have to get used to it, starting tonight. It could save my life. I asked for permission to take photos so I wouldn't show anyone's personal information. Mahalo, Danny!! I brought a travel stroller with me but didn't realize that lap strap would not work for our infant.. who is 10 months old and in a very wiggly stage. The stroller is delivered directly to our resort. $85 for one week that includes tax. He also has high chairs, car seats etc. lots of baby gear. At the end you leave it with your bell man and they will pick it up. Easy transaction. Called and ordered the stroller at 8 AM received it at 4pm that day. Plan ahead if not call them for rentals..

I've never seen any other customers at their place on any of the three times I've visited. I had double knee surgery. I need an electric wheelchair. I live 40 minutes away from where they are and when I talk to one of the representatives again, who lacks salesman skills on a Monday about electric wheelchair they had I go out there and once again the woman, Leanne and I don't know the gentleman I shouldn't call me gentleman I don't know the males name, and he basically throws up his arm tells me to get out of there. Well no need because I was leaving anyway if you want to rent a scooter a wheelchair Rollator or any kind of device, please look for another service. We have several like ace, medical and jammies, but save yourself a headache and don't put these people in your path to the people who work there you need to find a new occupation. At this rate, you won't have any customers left.

My experience at Pharmacare has been wonderful!! I had to get a total of 12 infusions once a week…read more From day one, nurse staff was kind, welcoming, and comforting, especially my main nurse Mel!! I appreciated being greeted with kindness and a smile during a very stressful medical care situation. Mel and the other nurses on staff worked well together, helped eachother out when it was full in the infusion seats, and always answered all of my questions and would message the pharmacist for me about if certain meds or supplements might interact. Mel gave me lots of encouragement and a listening ear when she had downtime during my infusion. Mel doesn't make it feel like you're coming in for a medical treatment, it feels like I'm just taking an hour break to relax. She even offered me jolly ranchers at my first visit because the meds I was getting made a bitter taste! She is so kind, professional and thoughtful! I never had any infection or issues at the site of infusion so they are very efficient and clean. I am very grateful to have gotten my infusions done at Pharmacare and if I ever needed more treatment I would hope that Mel is still there to be my nurse again!!
