When I got to the store there was two women working the one helping me was not helpful I asked her about the portable massage chair and tried it. I was going to try the Tini massage chair but she said no. So I told my husband to try the chair and he said no he didn't want to try it. I asked the sales clerk why she said no and asked her there was a weight limit and she said it was 160 lbs mind you there was no sign saying that. Recently my wife and I visited Health Korea and was helped by Lee who is the manager there. We were there to look at massage chairs. She suggested trying the chairs so we tried 3 different models ranging from about $3,000 - $6,000 so we could determine for ourselves if we both liked the chair and if so which one fit our needs the best. Never did she try to sell us on the higher priced chair instead let us decide on our own while answering the many questions that we had. Lee was very patient and answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured to buy! We ended up purchasing the Gravity Turbo. Aging is a real thing, and each time I do feel the difference in recovery for anything. After I fractured my ankle the process has been painfully slow and painful that's something I haven't been through even in my life. Recently passed by this Korean health store called health Korea in Ala Moana. I was curious so I went in with a couple of buddies we figured we could get a good massage from the cool looking massage chairs. When we went in we automatically went to the massage chairs. At first we didn't know but we had to make appointments to try the chairs because of COVID-19. The store manager was pretty cool about it and she said that there was a few time slots they had available so we could try the chairs. As soon as I got in it it it was amazing. I instantly fell in love with the chair. Now I didn't want to seem desperate to buy the chair so I tried to play it cool. The manager and the workers were really nice and they explained the product very well. I ended up buying the best chair they had and had no regrets. I'm on that bad boy everyday. Two of my buddies ended up getting the same chair. All I can say is that their customer service was awesome. They answered all of my questions and helped me with the financing for the chair. We've been seeing commercials for this place so when we realized we were close by, we made a point to go see what they have. Sort of a sharper image/brookstone with your usual selection of chair massagers and gadgets and a specialized health food store with not so common supplements. Came across some interesting items to say the least. The price of items kept me from considering anything seriously though. What did catch my attention was the customer service. Not terrible but did leave me feeling like I didn't belong there. As we entered you could sense the sudden silence of the three staff. One followed us around not saying anything until I decided to ask a question. It didn't feel like she knew much details about the products. Neat selection of goods to go look at and talk about. This company was being advertised heavily on the radio(KSSK) as a high end Korean product retailer. So I bought KN95 masks over the internet. What I received looked like Chinese knockoffs that wouldn't fit properly. Masks did not look like genuine KN95 to the person who actually had real Korean made KN95 masks. They were made cheaply and too small even for teenagers. These masks are suitable for Halloween custom for toddlers. No wonder this company can pay top $$$ to advertise because they are making tons of money selling these cheap masks. read more

The sales person that I approached to she looked down on me. She said 4 grands, 6 grands, 10 grands and 14 grands for the massage chair. I asked her if I can try on the massage machine. She said I will need to schedule an appointment just to try it on and asked what is my bougets. I told that my bouget is around 3-4 grands. And she said "we don't have 3 grands, and she repeated the price again 4G, 6G, 10G and 14G". I have no idea why I have to schedule as appointment for try on the chair. The store has two customers only including me. I think this store will not last long if that sales person still works there. We travel to Korea frequently and my husband and I like to buy electronics, health care and facial products when we are there. I am an Aesthetician and I just love Korean aesthetic machines and products. We would pass by this store often, but the store would be closed. Today on December 3, 2020, we both had the day off and decided to visit the store after we shopped at target. When we passed by the store earlier, the sales clerk allowed customers enter the store and we saw her helping them inside the store. It was around noon and before we could enter the store, the sales woman ran to the front door, stopped us from entering, looked at me up and down and told us "what do you want". I told her "are you open, I would want to shop". While closing the door and peering her head through the crack of the door, she told me "Yes, but you cannot come in. You just tell me what you want and I'll get it for you". I told her "I will need to see what I am buying". She told me "I cannot let me in because of covid". My husband and I were wearing masks at the time and I always carry a spray bottle of alcohol with me. This is the only store in the mall that treated me in this way. This seems odd to me or just plain discrimination because I did not look like her preferred type of customer like she had earlier. At that time when we wanted to shop, there was no customers and there was only 2 sales clerk in the store. There was no sign on the door stating what their store procedures were and what to expect like other stores. Other stores would state only 5 people allowed in stores and mask must be worn at all times. This store did not have any signs. We were treated VERY differently from other customers we've seen in the store earlier. I am very appalled with this store and their sales clerks actions and discrimination on certain customers. I feel that the public should know how this store treats their customers and their employees work ethics are towards certain customers. In this day and age, no one should not be treated and disrespected in this way. read more
