We never received our appetizers, went long periods without drinks, and watched other tables (with different servers) receive their food before us even though they ordered after we did. The wait to pay our check was also unacceptable; I ultimately had to get up and search for our server just to settle the bill. To make matters worse, my wife spoke with management about our experience and received only a brief apology and excuse. No effort was made to address the inconvenience or offer an opportunity to return and have a better experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing first visit, and unfortunately not one that encourages us to come back.

There were no less than six people who passed by our table, all of them busy and interacting with customers.
