You can find a variety of brands from J Crew, Farm Rio, Moschino, Maje, and more. 4. You can find some very nice designer purses, accessories, and shoes. While I have not sold here, I assume one con would be that they may "lowball" you. People have to understand that they have got to make money, too, so if you're looking for top dollar, you're better off selling yourself. Anyway, on the evening I visited, the store was very busy. However, they had multiple staff on the floor and I was greeted at least three times. A classic black jumbo CHANEL flap caught my eye. I collect CHANEL items, and you'd think I'd have a classic in black, but I don't! After doing some quick research on my phone, I believed the bag to be authentic. It also came with an Entrupy certificate. My research also found sold listings on eBay, Poshmark, and a few other sites to be anywhere from $4800-7500. Fillmore was selling it for $5,000. After doing my research, I decide to purchase it. I just used Designer Pawn to have it authenticated, and it's authentic. Yay! I appreciate the customer service and the great finds at Fillmore & 5th. I will definitely return for my next find!

It was clutters of stuff and we were the only customers there at the time. To be honest, some of the stuff there probably should be just thrown away like worn out shoes and books in a shed that probably has mildew on them. Each time I did find something to buy, the owner kept on checking on her phone for a similar item's price. Apparently, most prices here are not set and the owner decides once the customer asks. I saw some hats I liked in a box marked $2 each, she told me that only some of the hats were that price. I found a kid's sweater that was from the 1990s and showed wear, she wanted $10 for it because it was apparently designer. Seriously?!? Also my sweetie wanted to buy a doll for his mother for mother's day and again the store owner had to compare pricing for it online. She gave him a price but would not budge on the price, my sweetie and I debated about it...was it worth it? Could we find another collectible doll at a different thrift store for less? Well my sweetie ended up buying it. His mom loved it. But we both think there are better deals elsewhere. I also have a feeling that the owner here sizes people up to see by how they dress and act to determine the price she would sell the item to them. This small thrift store is hidden in the back behind other businesses. I get the impression that most items for sale here have been in the store for years. There is an awesome collection of vintage phones but who wants an old landline phone? There are not only worn out shoes, but clothing that has seen better days. The aisles are cluttered, narrow and cramped. It is difficult to walk through them. Also as there is no fitting rooms, there should have been at least a long mirror to see yourself while trying on clothing, but there was none. When you buy used clothing, you are taking a huge chance as clothing can have shrunk, have unraveled stitching, stains, alterations, cigarette or sweat smell, have holes and other issues- trying on clothing is the best way to examine clothing before purchase. There is no way to do that here. I would not even know where i could simply stand with a few chosen articles of clothing to try on over my own clothing here. As I said, my sweetie and I were the only customers in the store at the time. I get the impression as well that it does not get much business at least lately. And yet, her prices are generally high. I do not even know how a store like this one can stay in business!

Spent a rainy Sunday afternoon exploring this shop. It's a large antique store with many booths…read morethat offer a good variety of items. Lots of mid-century modern furniture and decor. They also have knick knacks, jewelry, pottery, toys, art, and more. The store was quite busy with customers while I was there. It was nice to see. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly opening glass cases when I wanted to see something. Their inventory is so large I found it difficult to see everything in one visit. Their prices are reasonable. I ended up buying some California pottery, a framed floral print, and an MCM trinket dish. I'm looking forward to returning and taking another look around the store. There is a parking lot in the back of the building. Note: Some vendors have modern items mixed in with their antiques. A quick Google image search before you buy is a good idea if you care about the age of an item.

We randomly came upon this store, walked up to the door and were bummed to see that it was closed, opening in 30 minutes. Absolute gem of a thrift shop!…read more Well curated and the volunteers went out of their way to help me navigate the giant hula hoops I discovered. The prices are beyond great if you love vintage clothing and know fabrics. I may have found my favorite dress of all time here for a whopping $14 (because it's a two piece set of decorative vintage fabric) it was in the premium section and the volunteers were adorable making sure I knew why it was priced this way. (I couldn't afford a yard of this fabric retail I'm giddy about a vintage two piece set that I can customize). To then discover that the proceeds go to support women's scholarships was the ultimate bonus! My grand total for everything was $54 and I happily gave my change to the donation bucket by the register. If you are in the area and love unique vintage items this is a must explore. I had to resist the urge to buy several of the tea cup collections. I'm a sucker for vintage tea sets and they have several that are stunning! Great shop, fantastic volunteers who are donating their time to support a wonderful cause.
