The store is always clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the meats and veggies are fresh, take out is amazingly in point every time, and you'll find ingredients here that are a lil harder to find at normal stores. I ordered delivery from here during COVID times. We ordered through GrubHub and had pork belly tacos, popusas, a pork burrito, a chicken empanada, and chips and guacamole. It was all delicious! I just ordered myself a lettuce bowl with barbacoa and it was soo good! Lots of perfectly charred veggies, pico de gallo, and guac. My new favorite spot for tacos! I love supporting this local business, Norbert and his family are wonderful. They always ask me if I liked what they made (yes, DUH) and even offer samples of their salsas, sauces, or soups of the day. I haven't been disappointed in anything I've ever ordered here. Especially their tacos - chicken, carnitas, brisket, shrimp - I've almost gone through the whole list. I recommend you eat in, because one of the best parts of Teresa's is their homemade hot sauce that sits on every table. It has a real KICK to it. You can also buy the sauce to go from their fridge... We ordered delivery from Teresa's Market a few of times. I appreciate that the orders are always delivered accurately and punctually. The tacos were delicious- I got the carnitas tacos and my husband ordered the agave pulled pork tacos. The tortilla chips are some of the best chips I've ever had at any Mexican restaurant. They give a generous portion for the price. The only disappointing dish was their taquitos. This place has become our go-to for delivery (aka when we don't want to venture outside in the Bostonian winter) when we have tacos and tortilla cravings. The only reason I took a star off this review is that the birria tacos are not what I except from birria tacos. To me they mean tacos that are toasted similar to little quesadillas that you dip. I have been coming here for over a few years now-- the used to have groceries but they have added some nice seating for the lunch crowd. I love their food. I have brought countless co-workers and it's now our go to for lunch. I have had the Carne Asada, which comes with beans, rice and a side salad for a great price. What a wonderful addition to Brighton! We were in desperate need of a great Mexican place, and Teresa Market delivers in spades. Disclaimer - this is not a typical restaurant with tables, bar, etc. Looking in from outside you'd think that this was a market/grocery store. However, the beautiful, delicious secret is that these guys are making some of the best Mexican food in Boston. Menu boasts some typical taqueria-style items like burritos, bowls, tacos, etc. (which are all fantastic) but they also always have a special that rotates daily - or maybe every other day; I just know that there's almost always something interesting and different every time I go in, and they are always very quick to give out a sample. More often than not, I end up going with the specials after tasting them - these guys can COOK! Speaking of the guys - the two owners are always behind the counter making the food fresh. They are incredibly nice and friendly, and clearly have a huge passion for what they do. You can tell by the way that they talk about their food, and even if they said nothing, you'd certainly be able to tell by the taste alone.
