They clearly did not have sufficient staff and should've remedied this by not seating me initially if they were short staffed and under pressure. Unfortunately this is another poor experience in a long line of forgotten items, menu price increases, and issues with takeout orders. My family has been eating here and at their other location for more than 25 years but I'm not sure how much longer we will if this trend down continues.
