They have amazing Kalbi ribs here. Also they have Teriyaki sauce in a big bottle for $7, it's pretty tasty. The inside is pretty cool, they have a piano which is a plus. Disregard the poor reviews, do not hesitate to come here!

Eh. Not impressed. Chicken fried rice was gummy and looked like veg all was the veggies. Mongolian beef too saucy, meat fatty, and didn't taste like Mongolian beef. Eggrolls fine. Goyza alright. Spicy chicken teriyaki was ok.

First time here, tried the chicken teriyaki and California roll combo. Sushi was okay, but bland. Teriyaki is bland as well. Feel like it could be tastier with the sauce, but that ended up spilled all over my bag. Need better containers...wasn't very pleased with having to clean my meal before eating it.

General "Taho's " chichen (according to the woman with purple hair) and Mongolian Beef. Tell me do you recognize either? ???

Best Teriyaki place in town, prices are good and the meat seems higher quality than some other joints and just overall tastes better.

Not terrible, considering it's Granite Falls, but not worth visiting. The owner was very kind. Sushi had mushy rice and strong fish taste.

I'd actually say that this is the best casual (non-omakase/chef's choice) sushi I've had in the greater Seattle area. Their special rolls are creative and delicious, and I've since tried their sashimi as well which is super fresh. Their appetizers (we got the Inari Bomb and the ika geso karaage) were fantastic. All the rolls and appetizers here were an explosion of flavor IMO, but not too rich that it became unappetizing later. Highly recommend stopping by, it's underrated for sure! The space is a little small, but we've so far not had issues with the wait; the longest so far was about 20 minutes. The service is attentive and efficient as well.

Sushi Koushi is a tiny spot tucked inside the mall -- the place was pretty clean, nothing too fancy about it. We ordered Green Tea, Unagi Nigiri, Jalapeño Bombs, Dragon Roll, and the Koushi Roll. Let me start by saying -- everything we ordered was pretty amazing! A note: We are a pretty hard family to please when it comes to sushi. So far, we've only had one go-to sushi place for the past five years. This one? Even my daughter loved it. The flavors were beautifully balanced -- nothing was too overpowering. The quantity was more than sufficient for a family of three. Usually at other places, we end up ordering one more roll, but not here! I especially loved the Koushi Roll, which had seared salmon -- absolutely delicious. For the Jalapeño Bombs, we requested they replace the tuna with crab, and it was perfect for our taste buds. Needless to say, my daughter finished most of them! The service was really quick -- we were in and out within 40 minutes, which is impressive for the amount of food we ordered. Overall, a really nice and pleasant experience. Super glad we tried this one out -- highly recommend!

The chicken was tender with pretty standard flavor, but had a little more much sauce than I like (as is common with Teriyaki restaurants). I did not find the salad appealing - iceberg lettuce with an Asian sesame dressing -- pretty nondescript and not great. The California roll was ok, a nice appetizer to go with the teriyaki. They had a few kinds of sushi and a variety of other Asian food offerings, meaning a fair amount of choice. The restaurant does a very busy takeout business, as well as having several tables occupied inside. It is clear that it is a local favorite. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food came out quicker than promised. FYI: parking can be difficult on Friday or Saturday night ... more people want to go than there are spaces available.

It was weirdly sweet and super drippy. It looked and tasted more like japchae with onions instead of noodles. It spilled on my jeans as I pulled it out of the bag. My friends had other bentos that they enjoyed, and I liked the sides in the bento. Just don't get the bulgogi. May I give a suggestion? We stood there watching the counter help open the same boxes over and over because they couldn't remember what was in them. I wanted to scream "WRITE IT ON TOP!!!!" I estimate 50% of the counter worker's time went into reopening and reorganizing the boxes, leading to orders hanging out there longer than necessary and wasting time. I would happily donate a sharpie.

We were craving some something warm and since this one was the closest in the area and one of the only places that has ramen, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Red Volcano Tonkotsu And Tonkotsu Ramen. The ramen noodle itself was good and chewy. Egg was perfectly cooked with yolk on the inside and well marinated on the outside. We thought the broth was okay, it needed more flavor and it didn't really taste like authentic Japanese ramen to us. The red volcano was very very spicy, I do not recommend if you cannot handle spice, I really thought it was just a kick of spice before ordering but it was actually very spicy that it was almost impossible to enjoy the broth. The regular tonkotsu was lighter in flavor. Both ramen dishes had this pickled vegetable and bok choy in there which is not like traditional Japanese ramen but we didn't mind the extra crunch. I wouldn't get the ramen again but I'm open to trying their sushi if I ever go again.
