There's a huge selection of sashimi, specialty rolls, hot foods, dim sum, and Chinese dishes, and everything tasted fresh. What really stood out to us was that the rolls actually felt creative instead of being the same few ingredients rearranged twenty different ways. Some of our favorites were the salmon, white tuna, and sweet shrimp sashimi. Even the surf clam and tamago were surprisingly good, since those can often be too chewy or overly sweet elsewhere. The blowtorched sushi was phenomenal, especially with the sauce they finish it with, which added flavor without overpowering the fish. We also loved the grilled octopus and eel, both of which paired perfectly with beer. They're currently offering a dine-in promotion where AYCE customers get a complimentary oyster, and honestly, the oysters alone are worth mentioning. They're huge, incredibly fresh, and sourced daily. We're still talking about how they were some of the best oysters we've had in a long time.
