    Angry Dragon Roll

Had Angry dragon rolls, egg rolls, lo mien and the house fried rice. The food was amazing especially the sushi rolls. The service was great and the inside is very nice, I appreciate the esthetic.

Great take out dinner from here! Sushi rolls are large and nicely packaged and the crab rangoon filling is very creamy and tasteful! Dip the rangoon in some sweet and sour sauce and you're golden - so good! I give 4 stars only because my order wasn't ready when I arrived and was asked to wait outside in the 90° heat while I waited for my order. I was bothered because when I arrived I wore a mask yet wasn't allowed to wait in the AC.

Fake tuna nigiri. Real tuna doesn't turn your rice pink! If it is unnaturally pink or red, it's fake tuna.

Young Asian girl that was rolling sushi orders wouldn't stop touching her face and hair (that was hanging down over her face) with her gloved fingers. She also was wiping her counter with gloves on and then taking sushi rice with the same gloved hands from sushi rice container. I told her that she was supposed to change gloves and she just looked at me. There were alot of orders being called in for sushi that night. Everyone who ordered sushi also consumed this girl's sweat and oil from her skin because it was all over her gloves. Another female employee went to the restroom with her gloves on and CAME BACK OUT with her gloves still on! I couldn't believe my eyes. Beware on a previous visit, we had ordered "tuna nigiri" when in fact the "tuna" was really artificially dyed escolar (aka the diarrhea fish) and when lifted off the rice it left the dyed pink coating on the rice. This happens alot with inferior sushi places. It is customer trickery. If the tuna looks unusually pink or red, it is definitely NOT real tuna! It is dyed crappy cheap fish. Real tuna does not leave a pink hue on rice if you lift it up.

excelente food and good service I love teriyaki chicken . it's the best spicy bourbon chicken

Used to be great food!!! Not anymore. Coconut chicken curry used to be the best. Teriyaki chicken has no flavor.

It's okay. We order late at night because it's the only place that's really open. Food is over-priced and mediocre.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after we placed our order. I'm from New York City, where I'm used to busy restaurants, but waiting over 30 minutes for our food was excessive. Even the beers we ordered took more than 20 minutes to arrive. The biggest disappointment was the sushi quality. The salmon nigiri was noticeably discolored and didn't look or taste fresh. We also ordered the "bluefin tuna nigiri," but it was clearly not bluefin. I've had bluefin many times, and what was served appeared to be saku tuna (yellowfin), which was misleading. The specialty rolls were creative and visually appealing, but nothing really stood out. They mostly seemed to be standard rolls topped with tempura flakes rather than offering anything unique. Overall, the atmosphere and service at the beginning were enjoyable, but the long wait times and disappointing sushi quality left us underwhelmed. Will I be coming back ? Maybe .. but probably not .

I was dining alone, so I decided to sit at the bar which had plenty of available stools. The bartender was friendly and was able to answer my questions about the menu selections. Now for the food.... It was outstanding! I had the Chashu Bun as an appetizer and the Cheeky Ramen as my main. They were both off the chart tasty. Since I was sitting at the bar which is adjacent to the sushi chef station and right outside the kitchen, I saw many delicious looking plates go out. It honestly felt like the owner might be Japanese or Chinese, because the whole atmosphere was thoughtfully done and very authentic. The service staff were all friendly and welcoming, and overall the dining experience was great. We did have a delay with one of our dishes (waited over 30 minutes), but the manager noticed the issue right away, took responsibility, and handled it really well. They even offered us complimentary spring rolls, which I really appreciated. That kind of attentiveness and care makes a big difference. The food was solid and enjoyable--of course, you can't compare it to bigger cities, but for Springfield, this is definitely a great find. They also have a robot that helps deliver food, which was such a fun and unique touch. I'm here for work, traveling from out of state, and we actually ended up coming back four days in a row--which probably says everything. You can really tell the owner put a lot of heart into this place--from the decor to the overall experience. I appreciate being able to enjoy a different culture like this, especially in a smaller city. Springfield has given me a really great impression and some wonderful memories.
